PROGRESSIVE GOVERNORS: PUSHING AROUND LAW-ABIDING CITIZENS IS OK, AFRAID TO USE FORCE AGAINST RIOTERS, LOOTERS, AND ARSONISTS
Once again, the progressive socialist democrats have demonstrated they are totally ineffective when dealing with their core constituency, but not afraid to push around law-abiding citizens who do not obey their authoritarian commandments, many of which are unconstitutional.
One might believe that elected officials, seeing what happened in Baltimore and elsewhere when you allow rioters and others to have the “space” and the “liberty” to destroy public and private property, would not be so willing to repeat the mistakes of the past. Ordering fire crews not to put out fires that can quickly spread from structure-to-structure and to order the police to “stand down.” Where a portion of their city will resemble a war zone the next morning -- possibly waiting decades to be rebuilt, if ever.
“How quick these progressive politicians are to seemingly condemn, in the weakest possible terms, the violence, looting, and destruction of public and private property before segueing into their socialist victimhood rhetoric. Yes, there are problems, including racial problems, in any community that is governed by progressive socialist democrats because that is what they need to build their coalition of victims, always promising redress of grievances in return for political power. And, after the election, the same old political corruption and continuing decay as public funds are siphoned-off to special interests and political power brokers. The people be damned.”
Are they effin kidding me?
Progressive socialist democrat Minnesota Governor Tim Waltz and Minneapolis Mayor Jacob Frey have it wrong… if you are overwhelmed, you change the rules of engagement, you don’t beg the mob to go home. You grab the ring leaders and hold them on suspicion of inciting a riot.
“We are under assault by terrorists and anarchists conducting offensive operations throughout the Twin Cities. The unified command of soldiers and law enforcement officers withdrew to defend critical and targeted infrastructure. As arsonists set fires, as looters continued their activities, as terrorists destroyed businesses, law enforcement forces withdrew and redeployed.”
Apparently, the city officials do not like my idea of hosing down the crowd – after suitable warning or if they emerge from a particular store – with penetrant dye, grab them as they pass through a perimeter, and place them in guarded chain-link areas until they can be processed. My rule is to arrest and photograph any individual wearing protective gear, including masks or body armor.
The fools come out…
Obama’s communist pal, activist, and agitator Van Jones …
“It’s not the racist white person who is in the Ku Klux Klan that we have to worry about. It’s the white liberal Hillary Clinton supporter walking her dog in Central Park who would tell you right now, you know, people like that, ‘I don’t see race, race is no big deal to me, I see us all as the same, I give to charities,’ but the minute she sees a black man who she does not respect or who she had a slight thought against, she weaponized race like she had been trained by the Aryan nation. A Klansmember could not have been better trained to pick up her phone and tell the police a black man, African-American man, come get him. So even the most liberal, well-intentioned white person has a virus in his or her brain that can be activated at an instant."
At least Van Jones got something right – a Hillary supporter is a progressive socialist democrat. A member of the Democrat Party, the party of racism, slavery, segregation, Jim Crow – and the KKK. As for the virus, the same could be said of blacks who are perpetually aggrieved and quick to take offense where none exists.
It is almost as funny as…
What would a race riot be without former San Francisco quarterback and multi-millionaire racial activist Colin Kaepernick?
How many people remember when this multi-millionaire poseur wore socks with pigs wearing cop hats and “retweeted a quote from revolutionary socialist and chairman of the
violence-embracing Black Panther Party Fred Hampton warning against the evils of capitalism.” I didn’t know that Nike sponsorship money could buy black “authenticity.”
Minnesota Attorney General Keith Ellison was not a “civil rights worker,” but a violent race hustler associated with Louis Farrakhan’s Nation of Islam, a supporter of the Vice Lords – the gangbangers who murdered police office, Jerry Haaf, in
Look at what the Minnesota Attorney General retweets as he promotes the idea that the blame for the riot lies with “white supremacists”…
I find it ironic that these “race” activists witness their brothers and sisters killing thousands in the inner cities and yet speak out only when a white police officer is involved.
Bottom line…
Don’t talk to me about justice…
Injustice is allowing armed thugs to roam the community while disarming law-abiding citizens.
To give retroactive passes to drug dealers who poison the community and to minority thugs who terrorize neighborhoods.
To denigrate and disadvantage law enforcement and make them the scapegoats for the political failures of government officials.
Real injustice is a community that gives a pass to the men who shirk their responsibilities; watching women with ten children from eight fathers become discouraged, depressed, and who never have a chance to earn an acceptable living outside of government support systems.
Unemployment is a direct result of making life difficult for small businesses with onerous administrative rules, regulations, and taxes; demanding large employers be unionized or denied zoning and building permits.
Under-education is the fault of the teachers’ unions, and their captive politicians, who allow unionized teachers to crank out another generation of functional illiterates who are given a pass by lowering test requirements rather than angering parents, embarrass the teachers and the politicians.
Oppression? If these people are oppressed, it is by corrupt politicians, special interests, and their own community leaders. Progressive socialist democrats who want to slice the pie thinner and thinner instead of demanding the hard work necessary to create more pies. Politicians who believe in collectivism, where stupid people need enlightened elites to govern them – rather than individualism. What is wrong is progressive socialist democrats whose political power comes from anger, despair, and victimhood rather than progress and prosperity.
Once again, agitators and activists appear to be using social media and the dark web to coordinate their attacks.
By tomorrow, it is likely that President Trump is likely to declare martial law under the Insurrection Act of 1807 (10 U.S.C. §§ 251–255) to prevent cities from being destroyed on his watch. It is likely that this is an organized operation of the anarchists in Antifa who are about destruction, not justice. This transfers control from Governors and Mayors to the federal government. President Bush took the same action in 1992 during the L.A. riots.
There may come a point where citizens may shoot an arsonist in a residential neighborhood. Again, absolute proof for the ownership of a semi-automatic weapon with a high-capacity magazine.
We are so screwed.
