WHISTLEBLOWER: SECOND LARGEST BLOWJOB SINCE BILL CLINTON MET MONICA LEWINSKY

Instead of sending a letter to Steve Linick, Inspector General for the Department of State, demanding he investigates whether any Department of State officials worked with President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to advance President Trump’s political activities…

perhaps Kamala Harris should have sent a letter to Inspector General of the Intelligence Community, Michael K. Atkinson, demanding he investigates whether the whistleblower worked with any members or employees of the House of Representatives or non-governmental lawyers prior to submitting their whistleblower complaint – and who specifically wrote the complaint in the form of a lawyers brief, complete with legal references, footnotes, and appendices. And, as a good measure, whether or not the whistleblower, who is allegedly a current or former CIA employee was associated with Obama-appointed former CIA Director John Brennan or his associates, the DNC, or the Clintons?

Harris Demands Inspector General Investigate Any State Department Officials Working with Rudy Giuliani

Friend,

It's been a long and busy, but productive week.

On Thursday, I sent a letter to Steve Linick, Inspector General for the Department of State, demanding he investigate whether any Department of State officials worked with President Trump’s personal lawyer, Rudy Giuliani, to advance President Trump’s political activities.

[OCS: If I remember correctly, the President of the United States has the power to appoint non-governmental officials to investigate government affairs.]

An August 12, 2019 complaint by an Intelligence Community whistleblower details the multiple efforts by President Trump and Mr. Giuliani to pressure Ukrainian officials to provide information to damage a political opponent and boost the president’s political prospects.

[OCS: These are the second or third-hand allegations of an unknown person, with unknown motives, who apparently conducted their own investigation by questioning individuals familiar with the event in question – which is outside of their official duties and represents little more than spying on behalf of themselves or unknown third parties.

Since the event in question did not involve intelligence functions or intelligence personnel in any official capacity, it staggers the imagination how this individual could be considered a whistleblower and how the Inspector General of Intelligence Communities  has any purview in this matter.

As for the letter to the Department of State IG, this is little more than an open-ended fishing expedition that has little or no probative value. This same request could be made of any non-governmental individuals, such as Sidney Blumenthal, Cody Shearer, Glenn Simpson, Christopher Steele, and many other individuals who may have conspired with government officials to commit criminal acts including perjury, destruction of documents, destruction of government property, fraud, and domestic spying on American citizens.

Perhaps Kamala Harris can show the world where being a candidate for public office somehow absolves you of  being investigated or prosecuted for allegations of past criminal activities?]

These efforts are an abuse of the power of the presidency and a threat to the integrity of our democratic government.

[OCS: This is laughable given that one Democrat candidate, the Democratic National Committee, and various top-level Obama Administration officials not only conspired to interfere with an election, but perpetrated criminal acts prior to and following the inauguration of President Trump.]

Let's be clear about one thing. President Trump is a lawless president. His administration reeks of corruption. It reeks of self-service.

[OCS: What an example of pure psychiatric projection – where one individual or group ascribes their behavior to their opposition. And, in this case, falsely, as there is no indication that Donald Trump or the Trump Administration, one of the most heavily scrutinized individuals and organizations in modern history, has done any the wrong – or even anything approaching the activities of President Obama and his corrupt administration.

As for self-service, why does Kamala Harris continue to allow herself to be portrayed as an African-American when her heritage is Indian and Jamaican?]

If any officials at the State Department worked with Rudy Giuliani to advance Trump's political activities, then the American people need to know about it. That's why I'm demanding the State Department's Inspector General open an investigation.

We must continue to seek the truth - our democracy depends on it.

[OCS: If Kamala Harris truly believed what she writes, she would be calling for an investigation into the Obama Administration and the corruption at the highest levels of the intelligence, law-enforcement, and diplomatic communities. ]

Adding to the drama – and protecting the faux whistleblower from further scrutiny…

[OCS: NOTHING LIKE WIDELY PUBLICIZING A THREAT AND MAKING IT MORE DANGEROUS FOR YOUR CLIENT – IS THIS MALPRACTICE?]

Tonight, "60 Minutes" has obtained a letter that indicates the government whistleblower who set off the impeachment inquiry of President Trump is under federal protection, because he or she fears for their safety. These rapidly developing events began Tuesday when Speaker of the House Nancy Pelosi ordered the investigation based on a phone call between Mr. Trump and the president of Ukraine. President Volodymyr Zelensky asked Mr. Trump for missiles, Mr. Trump asks Zelensky for "a favor" to investigate Mr. Trump's Democratic rivals.

[OCS: Funny, the letter was from Andrew P. Bakaj, the Lead Attorney for the Intelligence Community Whistleblower, and the Compass Rose Legal Group, a known partisan democrat law firm who may or may not have the appropriate security clearances to deal with classified government matters.]

The events of the past week have heightened our concerns that our client's identity will be disclosed publicly and that, as a result, our client will be put in harm's way.

On September 26, 2019, the President of the United States said the following:

I want to know who's the person that gave the Whistleblower, who's the person that gave the Whistleblower the information, because that's dose to a spy. You know what we used to do in the old days when we were smart? Right? With spies and treason, right? We used to handle them a little differently than we do now.

The fact that the President's statement was directed to "the person that gave the Whistleblower the information" does nothing to assuage our concerns for our client's safety. Moreover, certain individuals have issued a $50,000 "bounty" for "any information" relating to our client's identity.

[OCS: One might presume that one would turn over any information on threats to the FBI and local law enforcement agencies rather than publicize the bounty in the mainstream media.]

Unfortunately, we expect this situation to worsen, and to become even more dangerous for our client and any other whistleblowers, as Congress seeks to investigate this matter.

<Source: Read the letter in full and in context here.>

[OCS: Dirty tricks?

The anonymous U.S. intelligence official accusing President Trump of improperly pressuring Ukraine to investigate Joe Biden is represented by two lawyers who run a group that offers financial help to fired whistleblowers.

Whistleblower Aid was launched in September 2017 — eight months after Trump's inauguration — with an advertising blitz that involved mobile billboards being driven close to the White House, Congress, outside the Pentagon, and around the headquarters of the CIA and National Security Agency.

The group’s pledge of support, in addition to free legal representation including rent and mortgage assistance, media coaching, and doctor’s bills and counseling, is controversial among lawyers. Critics say it violates attorney ethics.

Whistleblower Aid was founded by veteran national security defense attorney Mark Zaid and John Tye, a whistleblower who worked to promote internet freedom at the State Department before warning of mass surveillance during the Obama administration. Andrew Bakaj, a former CIA officer who is associated with Zaid's firm, is also a lawyer for Whistleblower Aid. <Source>

The Democrats, the party of lawyers, seem to have any number of attorneys willing to engage in dirty tricks or last-minute stunts. Gloria Allred, Michael Avenatti, Marc Elias, Perkins Coie, and all of the clintonista attorneys. ]

Bottom line…

When the Trump/Russia collusion ploy failed and the obstruction of justice ploy failed, it appears the Democrats trumped-up (pun intended) the Ukraine ploy – which is also doomed to failure. It seems that the Democrats need a constant investigation into a scandal to distract from the real problems facing individual Democrats and the party apparatus.

The whistleblower is not a protected CIA asset, so why is the mainstream media so reluctant to leak their name -- never stopped them before?

Nothing like publicizing Trump and portraying him as the underdog in the 2020 race towards socialism.

We are so screwed.

TOM HOMAN: A LESSON IN TESTIFYING BEFORE A PARTISAN CONGRESSIONAL COMMITTEE

It is about time that witnesses before Congressional committees push back when they are mistreated, slandered, or the facts are erroneous. Especially when grandstanding members of Congress speechify while they ask complex multi-part questions that cannot be adequately answered in the allotted time frame.

Here is Former ICE director Tomas D. Homan clashing with, Representative Pramila Jayapal, the Chair of the House Subcommittee on Immigration and Citizenship hearing on “The Expansion and Troubling Use of ICE Detention.”

What makes this a great clip is that Homan defends the activities of President Trump by pointing out that the same activities occurred during the Obama Administration. Even more remarkable is that he pushes back a clearly agitated chair to demand  fairness and equality during the hearing which Jayapal tried to short circuit by asking Homan to “respect the authority of the chair.”

He ends with a classic, “You work for me! I'm a taxpayer. I'm a taxpayer, you work for me."

If the video is missing from the blog or the email version, it can be found here.

Excerpts…

"You are quick to point out the 'cages' that were built under the Obama administration. I was there. Family detention. We had 100 family beds under the Obama administration and we built 3,000 more.”

"When there was a surge in FY 2014 and 2015, Congress was quick to give all the money we needed to build detention facilities, the transportation contracts. We reprogrammed money out of the majority of the years he was president and that was fine."

"Under the Obama administration, in 2012, we removed 429,000, half of what was removed last year. There were no hearings on that. So if this is about transparency, let’s be factual about it."

"Be honest with the American people. You can’t point out faults in the Trump administration when it happened under the Obama administration,. That’s dishonesty. It’s pathetic and it’s sad."

"Look, you want to know why there is 50,000 people in detention? You want to know why there are a million illegal entries in the United States? You want to know why we have these issues? Because you have failed to secure the border."

"You guys failed to work with this president to close the three loopholes we’ve asked for two years to close. You have failed the American people by not securing the border."

Bottom line…

It is about time that elected officials and citizens push-back against the petty tyrants who are disparaging and demonizing those who have been summoned, or even worse, voluntarily appear before congressional committees.

And, an end to on-sided fact-finding committees that rarely allow contrarian testimony or allow credible individuals to contradict testimony which can legitimately be challenged and disputed.

We are so screwed.

THE NAKED TRUTH ABOUT PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST DEMOCRAT MEDIA

NYT-ARSONIST

I was thinking again … yeah, I know, it happens from time to time … about how to characterize and summarize what I am seeing in the current political scene.

Never, in modern history, has the mainstream media been so supportive of a single party that they would breach journalistic ethics to omit the mention of current and important events, create content out of the thin air of speculation, or inject opinion into every item under the guise of providing “context” to those they believe are too stupid to think for themselves.

How can the media justify a years-long attack on a duly elected President of the United States, treating President Trump as if he was the dictator of a banana republic while ignoring the serious allegations of criminal activity within the Obama administration?

How could I describe a media that has focused the majority of its attention in trying to remove and replace a sitting president?

Then it occurred to me, there was only one description that fit the mainstream media serving as the propaganda arm of the progressive socialist democrats…

Arsonists pretending to be firefighters.

Bottom line…

As far as I am concerned, the modern Democrat Party has suffered some catastrophic genetic mutations which make them incapable of living in a law-abiding, civilized society and totally incapable of constructive improvement to mankind.

They are the ones whose radical transformation of our country, government, and culture parallels the Pollyanna promises of unicorns and self-licking lollypops such as those found in the worker's paradises of Russia, China, Cuba, North Korea, Venezuela, and elsewhere where their socialist/communist philosophy has been tried and failed.

I cannot believe that ordinary Americans, even those indoctrinated for years in our schools, will abide this nonsense and noise willingly.

We are so screwed.

HOW RUDE: THE FLEEING FELON DID NOT PULL OVER

police

Sometimes you just have to laugh at the politically correct progressive socialist democrats…

Fremont police Tesla runs low on juice during high-speed chase
‘I am down to six miles of battery,’ officer said during highway pursuit

If the recording is missing, it can be found here.

The last thing a police officer trying to chase down a suspect in a high-speed pursuit needs to see is a warning that their patrol car is running low on gas — or on battery juice.

[OCS: Did the officer fail his pre-patrol vehicle check. LAPD officers are commanded to check the gas and to gas-up if necessary. I can imagine the next day’s radio chatter.]

But that’s how it went down Friday night in Fremont — in a Tesla no less. A Fremont police officer pursuing a suspect while driving the department’s Tesla Model S patrol car noticed it was running out of battery power.

During the pursuit of a “felony vehicle” that started in Fremont and reached peak speeds of about 120 miles per hour on the highway, the officer driving the Tesla radioed in to dispatch that he might not be able to continue the chase he was leading.

“I am down to six miles of battery on the Tesla so I may lose it here in a sec,” Officer Jesse Hartman said.

“If someone else is able, can they maneuver into the number one spot?,” he asked fellow officers nearby, as the chase approached the Jacklin Road exit on Interstate 680 south in Milpitas.

[OCS: I wonder if the officer was low-man on the totem pole or is being punished and forced to drive a vehicle that puts his life at risk. Ever wonders what happens to the batteries if a pit maneuver fails?]

However, shortly after Hartman called out the low juice warning, the person driving the car police were chasing began driving on the shoulder of the highway as traffic was thickening, prompting police to call off the roughly eight-minute chase at that moment for safety, according to police dispatch recordings on Broadcastify and a department spokeswoman.

So the Fremont cops pulled off the highway in San Jose and headed back to their city — but not before the officer in the Tesla made a pit stop.

“I’ve got to try to find a charging station for the Tesla so I can make it back to the city,” Hartman said over the radio.

He eventually found a charger in San Jose to juice up his car, said Geneva Bosques, a Fremont police department spokeswoman.

[OCS: Did anyone figure out the cost of having a patrol officer sitting on his thumbs waiting for the vehicle to charge?]

Apparently the Tesla had not been recharged after the previous shift before Hartman took it out for his swing shift Friday, so the battery level was lower than it normally would have been, Bosques said. She couldn’t provide details on why it wasn’t charged.

[OCS: Worthless in case of a regional emergency. And remember, hot and cold weather adversely affect battery charge levels.]

“Hartman was monitoring the charge and responsibly notifying everyone of its status,” she said in a text Tuesday, noting the department had other officers as well as California Highway Patrol available to take over the pursuit if needed.

The CHP informed Fremont police that the car they were chasing was later found crashed into some bushes not far from where the chase was called off, and the driver was not found, Bosques said. The felony warrant associated with the car is from the Santa Clara Police Department.

Fremont’s police department made headlines earlier this year when this news organization broke the story that it would likely become the first police agency in the nation to roll out a Tesla as part of its patrol fleet. <Read more: Source>

IS THE UKRAINE CALL WHISTLE-BLOWER A SPY OR A STOOGE?

We are now learning that the so-called whistle-blower might be an individual assigned by an intelligence agency to the White House, possibly to further inter-agency cooperation but also possibly to insert a spy into the Office of the President. Given the published revelations of the involvement of intelligence and law enforcement agencies, operating both domestically and on foreign soil, the credibility of these agencies has been shattered.

The fact that former Vice President Biden is involved in an “obvious” shakedown of the Ukraine President for personal profit is being overshadowed by the media who continue to make everything about Trump.

After reading the transcript, it appears that the allegations are not credible and that the entire “whistle-blower” affair – including their representation by attorneys associated with the Democrat Party, Hillary Clinton, and Senator Chuck Schumer – screams for an investigation of the individuals involved.

Excerpts from the redacted complaint made available by the House Intelligence Committee…

In the course of my official duties, I have received information from multiple U.S .
Government officials
that the President of the United States is using the power of his office to solicit interference from a foreign country in the 2020 U.S. election. This interference includes, among other things, pressuring a foreign country to investigate one of the President's main domestic political rivals. The President's personal lawyer, Mr. Rudolph Giuliani, is a central figure in this effort. Attorney General Barr appears to be involved as well.

[OCS: One could make the case that the complainant was spying on the Office of the President and soliciting and/or receiving information from others who are allowing their political biases to color activities within the Office of the President.

The complainant does not appear to have “first-hand knowledge” of the substance of what they are reporting and might be construed as a “cut-out” to preserve the careers and/or continuing access to the Office of the President.

The complainant also appears to be substituting their judgement and/or the judgement of as yet unknown parties as to the characterization of the subject matter of the complaint.]

• Over the past four months, more than half a dozen U.S. officials have informed me of various facts related to this effort. The information provided herein was relayed to me in the course of official interagency business. It is routine for U.S. officials with responsibility for a particular regional or functional portfolio to share such information with one another in order to inform policymaking and analysis.

I was not a direct witness to most of the events described. However, I found my colleagues' accounts of these events to be credible because, in almost all cases, multiple officials recounted fact patterns that were consistent with one another. In addition, a variety of information consistent with these private accounts has been reported publicly.

[OCS: The complainant reaffirms they did not have first-hand knowledge of the subject-matter. They cite multiple officials, which could be anyone from translators to analysts or simply representatives of other politicized departments. It is not the task of the complainant to cross check the information with multiple parties. And, the word for private accounts that have been reported publicly is “leak.”]

I am deeply concerned that the actions described below constitute "a serious or flagrant problem, abuse, or violation of law or Executive Order" that "does not include differences of opinions concerning public policy matters," consistent with the definition of an "urgent concern" in 50 U.S.C. §3033(k)(5)(G). I am therefore fulfilling my duty to report this information, through proper legal channels, to the relevant authorities.

[OCS: From the complainant’s style and use of legal references, it is likely that the complainant is an attorney or has had the assistance of an attorney to prepare the complaint. The use of an “outside” attorney or one that has known political associations with the opposition party would be extremely troubling.

Again, the complainant seems to be substituting their opinions and characterizations for the actions, context, and intent of the two parties to the conversation, namely President Trump and the President of the Ukraine.

And, since when does one’s duty compel them to forward raw, random information from unknown third-parties which may be little more that misunderstandings, errors, or speculation?]

I am also concerned that these actions pose risks to U.S. national security and undermine the U.S. Government' s efforts to deter and counter foreign interference in U.S. elections. To the best of my knowledge, the entirety of this statement is unclassified when separated from the classified enclosure. I have endeavored to apply the classification standards outlined in Executive Order (EO) 13526 and to separate out information that I know or have reason to believe is classified for national security purposes.

[OCS: Violation of trust -- the complainant is aware of the national security risks, but seems oblivious to the damage done to the Office of the President in curtailing the President’s ability to conduct foreign affairs with the leaders of other nations. Primarily because no foreign leader may want their politically sensitive conversation leaked to Congress and then to the media. The complainant is also aware of the handling of classified information, thus is on notice that the information they are handling is classified or sensitive.]

II.  Efforts to restrict access to records related to the call

In the days following the phone call, I learned from multiple U .S. officials that senior White House officials had intervened to "lock down" all records of the phone call, especially the official word-for-word transcript of the call that was produced-as is customary-by the White House Situation Room. This set of actions underscored to me that White House officials understood the gravity of what had transpired in the call.

[OCS: Considering the degree to leaking of White House actions and information, both classified and unclassified, I could see where it would be prudent to protect any and all information originating from the Office of the Presidency. The mere fact that the complainant has filed this complaint, its existence has been leaked to both Congress and the media, makes the need for this type of restrictive action painfully clear. Especially since the President is surrounded by individuals with political biases and unknown motives.]

• White House officials told me that they were "directed" by White House lawyers to remove the electronic transcript from the computer system in which such transcripts are typically stored for coordination, finalization, and distribution to Cabinet-level officials.

• Instead, the transcript was loaded into a separate electronic system that is otherwise used to store and handle classified information of an especially sensitive nature. One White
House official described this act as an abuse of this electronic system because the call did not contain anything remotely sensitive from a national security perspective.

[OCS: Is the word “directed,” highlighted in quotes supposed to convey a “negative connotation” as are the words “White House lawyers?”

It is puzzling to me that the complainant takes extraordinary care with the handling of classified or sensitive materials, but is willing to pejoratively report on the protection of this information by others.

And to mis-characterize the above actions as a “cover-up” is an egregious and outrageous inference.]

I do not know whether similar measures were taken to restrict access to other records of the call, such as contemporaneous handwritten notes taken by those who listened in.'

[OCS: Again, we see the distance between the complainant and the event, which in my mind reinforces the idea of a “cut-out” used to protect others. The complainant goes on-and-on to cite additional external events which could be happenstance, coincidence, or even a deliberate misinterpretation of random events. Correlation is not causation.]

Enter the New York Times …

As always, the Times – which downplayed both the Holocaust, Stalin’s Ukrainian genocide, and much of the criminality of the Obama Administration, feel they must intervene when they partially identified the whistle-blower and proved that they were the recipient of a “leak.” And, it would not surprise me in the least to find out that the leaker was Adam Schiff or someone on his staff.

Why The Times Published Details of the Whistle-Blower’s Identity

Our executive editor, Dean Baquet, addresses readers’ concerns about the decision to publish information on a person who is central to the Trump impeachment inquiry.

[OCS: You remember Dean, the radical activist who wants to re-write the history of the United States and make it all about racism.]

On Thursday, The Times published exclusive details about the identity of the whistle-blower whose claims led Democrats to begin an impeachment inquiry against President Trump this week. (The article reported that the whistle-blower is a C.I.A. officer who was previously detailed to work at the White House and had expertise on Ukraine.)

Many readers, including some who work in national security and intelligence, have criticized The Times’s decision to publish the details, saying it potentially put the person’s life in danger and may have a chilling effect on would-be whistle-blowers.

[OCS: This would not be the first time that the New York Times was complicit in aiding and abetting our enemies by publishing classified information.]

We took their concerns to Dean Baquet, The Times’s executive editor, who responded to them in a discussion with the Reader Center:

The president and some of his supporters have attacked the credibility of the whistle-blower, who has presented information that has touched off a landmark impeachment proceeding. The president himself has called the whistle-blower’s account a “political hack job.”

We decided to publish limited information about the whistle-blower — including the fact that he works for a nonpolitical agency and that his complaint is based on an intimate knowledge and understanding of the White House — because we wanted to provide information to readers that allows them to make their own judgments about whether or not he is credible.

[OCS: If you believe that the CIA is a non-political agency after Obama CIA Director John Brennan, we have a bridge in New York to sell for only $1000.00

It appears that the New York Times may have been afraid that the plot to impeach Trump would go nowhere and that it appeared that this was another fake news event.]

<Source>

Bottom line…

It is a fact that members of the Obama Administration targeted presidential candidate Donald Trump to help ensure a Hillary Clinton victory, thus interfering with a domestic election, A CRIME

It is a fact that members of the Democrat Party targeted President Donald Trump for impeachment and removal before he took the oath of office and carried out a two year attack in which numerous criminals acts were committed while others associated with the Obama Administration forgiven.

It is a fact that the Steele Dossier strategy failed and there was no Trump/Russia collusion – but there was significant Democrat/Russia collusion.

It is a fact that, when the two-year collusion strategy failed, it was on to the Mueller “obstruction of justice” strategy which also failed – but there was significant obstruction of justice by the Democrats.

Now we are faced with the Ukraine call strategy before the primary election cycle and close to a presidential election.

It all points to a pattern and practice of criminal corruption by the Democrat Party which rises to a RICO offense like any other organized crime association.

Ask yourself why not one of the individuals actually handling the call thought it was so troubling that they needed to blow the whistle? There was no national authority interest here -- and foreign policy is not the purview of the whistle-blower or his agency.

Ask yourself if it is likely that the whistle-blower actually went to the House Intelligence Committee where the complaint was drafted and then presented to the Inspector General? If it turns out that he went to the Intelligence Committee and they helped to draft the complaint, the whistle-blower should lose any semblance of immunity -- especially because all of their information was hearsay, the individual was not tasked with carrying out their own investigation, and they did not have access to the transcript.

Ask yourself why Schumer and Schiff demanded the release of the complaint before they demanded the release of the actual transcript?

Ask yourself why this complaint looks more like a cause for the impeachment of the President rather than a report of wrongdoing?

Ask yourself why this document can be accepted at face value and used to impeach a president without knowing their identity and investigating them and their motivations?

We are so screwed.

NO SURPRISE HERE: ADAM SCHIFF LIES ABOUT TRUMP EXCHANGE WITH UKRAINE PRESIDENT

ADAM-SCHITT

I am shocked, shocked I tell you, to find the Chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, Representative Adam Schiff (D-CA) would blatantly lie to the Committee, the House of Representatives, and the American public by re-stating the content of the communications transcript between President Trump and Ukraine President. His sinister paraphrasing of the content and context of the transcript should shock the conscience of all fair-minded individuals. The fact that he would make-up the text to suit his own needs is shocking, shameful, and Schiff deserves to be removed from the Committee and censured by the House of Representatives.

Making Schiff up…

If this video is missing from the blog or the email version, it can be found here.

“This is the essence of what the president communicates. We’ve been very good to your country, very good, no other country has done as much as we have, but you know what, I don’t see much reciprocity here. I hear what you want. I have a favor I want from you, though. And I’m going to say this only seven times, so you better listen good.”

Schiff continued, making it up as he went along: “I want you to make up dirt on my political opponent, understand, lots of it, on this and on that. I’m going to put you in touch with people, not just any people, I’m going to put you in touch with the attorney general of the United States, my attorney general Bill Barr. He’s got the whole weight of the American law enforcement behind him.”

The House Intelligence Committee chairman even suggested that Trump told Zelensky, “‘And I’m going to put you in touch with Rudy — you’re going to love him, trust me. You know what I’m asking, and so I’m only going to say this a few more times in a few more ways. And by the way, don’t call me again, I’ll call you when you’ve done what you’ve asked.’ This is the sum and character what the president was trying to communicate with the president of Ukraine. It would be funny if it wasn’t such a graphic betrayal of the president’s Oath of Office.”

And why am I not surprised that the so-called “whistleblower” is alleged to be a former CIA officer assigned to the White House? Or that his information is little more than hearsay? Or even, that he was found to be a partisan represented by Democrat attorneys with ties to Hillary Clinton and Senator Chuck Schumer? The question remains, was this a John Brennan plant when he was Obama’s Director of the FBI? Wouldn’t surprise me.

Bottom line …

Clearly this individual, mischaracterized as a “whistleblower,” used the political process to destroy the sanctity and security of high-level conversations to world leaders. Without assurances that their conversations will not be made public through some low-level whistleblower, any candid discussion about world events is likely to be muted.

How is it that what should clearly be an internal process was immediately transferred to select Members of Congress and then the media?

Personally, I believe that this so-called “whistleblower” should be investigated further, sanctioned for any inappropriate actions, and sent to prison if warranted.

We cannot allow intelligence and law enforcement agencies to run a shadow government.

We are so screwed.

CENSURE NANCY PELOSI

np-liar

With the release of the transcript of President Trump’s call to the Ukrainian President, the scheduled appearance of the so-called partisan Whistleblower who allegations are based on hearsay, and the actual complaint from the Inspector General – the President needs to be exonerated and be issued a formal apology by the Democrats in the House of Representatives. The matter was already reviewed by the Department of Justice and no criminal act or impropriety was committed by President Trump.

Nancy Pelosi, who represents a small, uber-liberal district in San Francisco does not speak for the majority of Americans. She speaks for her party, and occasionally, her constituency.

Words:           “Therefore, today, I am announcing the House of Representatives is moving forward with an official impeachment inquiry.”

Action:           “I am directing our six Committees to proceed with their investigations under that umbrella of impeachment inquiry.”

The LIE:         The constitutional requirements to formally initiate an impeachment “inquiry” or investigation require the House of Representatives pass a resolution or bill setting forth the various charges which they believe present a case for impeachment.

The TRUTH:   (1)  A news conference cannot be substituted for a Bill of Impeachment by the House of Representatives. And political rhetoric, posturing, and allegations are not a legal process.

                           (2)  Nancy Pelosi is clearly violating her oath of office to defend the Constitution by ignoring the long-standing “separation of powers” and usurping President Trump’s constitutional duty to conduct foreign policy and  enforce existing U.S. law.

                           (3)  The allegations against former Vice President are not unfounded, unsubstantiated, or uncorroborated. He was videotaped in a public forum blackmailing the President of the Ukraine  “quid pro quo” by offering to release $1 billion in U.S. aid if and only if the State Prosecutor investigating allegations of corruption involving a company where Biden and his partner sit on the board of directors – and have zero experience with the Ukraine, the company, or gas-and-oil.

The big deal …

Bottom line…

President Trump entered the Office of the Presidency as a wealthy man and will leave office as a wealthy man. However, we should ask ourselves how the Democrats manage to enter their positions poor and emerge fabulously wealthy on their government salaries. Congress does not abide by many of the laws that affect mere mortals such as us. And, until recently, insider trading by Members of Congress did not violate the law as they conveniently exempted themselves from its provisions.

It appears that the the so-called whistleblower wants to remain anonymous -- possibly because they do not have journalist immunity and may have to reveal the sources of their second-hand information -- which could lead to criminal prosecution of all parties involved.

We are so screwed.

THUNBERG: THE LITTLE CLIMATE GIRL WHO DOES NOT KNOW WHAT SHE DOESN’T KNOW

There is something wrong with 16-year-old Greta Thunberg, the Swedish climate activist, whose steely glare and absolute certitude about the dangers of global climate change is somewhat off-putting.

thunberg

Portrayed as a role model and the next of the new generation of leaders, Thunberg is little more than a sock-puppet being exploited by those who have a personal, political, or profitable motive for advancing progressive socialism and demanding we sacrifice some of our sovereignty and constitutional rights to “save the planet.” With only a hypothesis based on flawed computer models and highly-manipulated data, the progressives demand that we alter our social structures, economies, and our lifestyle. Kill the cars which run on fossil fuels, kill the cows which emit carbon dioxide in their farts, and destroy the economy with nonsensical reliance on unreliable, intermittent energy sources which are not cost-effective.

Thunberg is a political sock puppet, manipulated by corrupt adults who use Thunberg as little more than a shill for climate change. There is nothing in Thunberg’s background or work to suggest she knows more than the average individual about global climate change or the science that proves that the Earth is just fine, it’s the progressives who are problematical.

Beyond her lack of knowledge, Thunberg has been diagnosed as being on the autism scale with Asperger syndrome, behaviors linked to obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD), and selective mutism. All of which makes her susceptible to manipulation.

One might say Thunberg lacks perspective when she says, “Many people say that Sweden is just a small country, and it doesn't matter what we do, but I have learned you are never too small to make a difference." The very suggestion that you are never too small to make a difference is absolutely ludicrous when one considers the scale of natural phenomenon, geological time scales, and events that conclusively demonstrate man's inability to alter the physics of the real world. The idea than man can even impact long-term global climate with political solutions is to believe that man can control the Sun, volcanoes, plate tectonics, earthquakes, lightning-induced wildfires, or another physical phenomenon. Man can adapt to mitigating the effects of natural phenomena, but to suggest that man can voluntarily change the underlying phenomena itself is absolutely insane.

Bottom line…

Greta Thunberg is a creation of the media, traditional and social, and is being exploited as little more than another progressive spokesperson with an apocalyptic message. It appears that her messaging is totally inconsistent, Thunberg demands action now, but cannot tell you what that action may be beyond the superficial suggestion that we become vegans.

As for speaking before the United Nations, perhaps one needs to put the effects of her speech in perspective. It is the equivalent of two children, one Jewish and one Arab, standing up and demanding that the adults in the room execute a cease-fire and find a peaceful solution to the situation in the Middle East. The first person to suggest that the Arabs must recognize the right of Israel to exist as a state entity will blow-up the entire process and reveal the charade.

Greta Thunberg is to climate change what David Hogg is to gun control – both passionate advocates who do not understand the underlying reality that makes political solutions null and void.

We are so screwed.

NANCY PELOSI CONTINUES THE IMPEACHMENT CHARADE

This is Kabuki theater … the House of Representatives has not voted on a measure to commence formal impeachment proceedings against President Donald J. Trump. Nor are they likely to take such a vote and put themselves in political peril. Pelosi’s instructions to the six committees are not the beginning of an impeachment proceeding, but illegal use of the taxpayer funds to perform opposition research on a presidential candidate in the 2020 presidential election. Nothing about the Nadler proceeding has changed and at the very least, Nancy Pelosi should be censured and removed from her Speakership.

Pelosi Remarks Announcing Impeachment Inquiry
September 24, 2019

Speaker Pelosi.  Good afternoon.  Last Tuesday, we observed the anniversary of the adoption of the Constitution on September 17.

[OCS: I find it ironic that a progressive socialist democrat would mention the Constitution since the Democrats have been associated with such grievous violations of the Constitution and federal law in the past few years –exhibiting a pattern and practice of criminality which has yet to be fully addressed by the appropriate authorities.]

Sadly, on that day, the Intelligence Community Inspector General formally notified the Congress that the Administration was forbidding him from turning over a whistleblower complaint.  On Constitution Day.  This is a violation of law.

[OCS: To be a credible complaint, the complainant should have first hand knowledge and evidence of wrongdoing. From news reports, the so-called whistleblower is represented by attorneys with deep ties to the Democrat Party and specifically to Hillary Clinton and Senator Chuck Schumer. And, from those same news reports, this individual does not have first hand knowledge of the allegations and is a third-party recipient of hearsay.]

Shortly thereafter, press reports began to break of a phone call by the President of the United States calling upon a foreign power to intervene in his election.  This is a breach of his constitutional responsibilities.

[OCS: If anything, the President requested that aforeign power investigate an illegal act by former Vice President Joe Biden who bragged on camera that he withheld a billion-dollar loan guarantee until a top-level prosecutor who was investigating a company for whom Hunter Biden worked was fired. And, just before the prosecutor was to call Hunter Biden to testify. Hunter Biden, who had no expertise in company matters, was paid millions in a circuitous route for unknown services.]

The facts are these: the Intelligence Community Inspector General, who was appointed by President Trump, determined that the complaint is both of ‘urgent concern and credible,’ and its disclosure, he went on to say, that it ‘relates to one of the most significant and important of the Director of National Intelligence’s responsibilities to the American people.’

On Thursday, the Inspector General testified before the House Intelligence Committee, stating that the Acting Director of National Intelligence blocked him from disclosing the whistleblower complaint.  This is a violation of the law.

[OCS: There appears to be a major issue of law at play. When does an unsubstantiated third-party allegation of wrongdoing supersede the separation of powers and the sanctity of the President’s conversations with a foreign leader?

In a display of hypocrisy, there was no similar demand for the disclosure of private conversations between former President Barack Obama and Russian President Vladimir Putin after Obama told the previous Russian President that ‘This is my last election … After my election I have more flexibility.” This was in regard to a nuclear agreement.]

The law is unequivocal.  The DNI, it says, the Director of National Intelligence ‘shall’ provide Congress the full whistleblower complaint.

For more than 25 years, I have served on the Intelligence Committee – as a Member, as the Ranking Member, as part of the Gang of 4 even before I was in the Leadership.

[OCS: Notice that Pelosi uses the “gang of” language of the Chinese Communists and the matter of having a Chinese spy on her staff for 20 years has never been investigated. Especially since the spy was retired with a government pension and not prosecuted.]

I was there when we created the Office of the Director of National Intelligence.  That did not exist before 2004.

I was there ever earlier in 90’s when we wrote the whistleblower laws and continue to write them, to improve them to ensure the security of our intelligence and the safety of our whistleblowers.

I know what their purpose was, and we proceeded with balance and caution as we wrote the laws.  I can say with authority, that the Trump Administration’s actions undermine both: our national security and our intelligence and our protections of whistleblowers – more than both.

This Thursday, the Acting DNI will appear before the House Intelligence Committee.

At that time, he must turn over the whistleblower’s full complaint to the Committee.  He will have to choose whether to break the law or honor his responsibility to the Constitution.

On the final day of the Constitutional Convention in 1787, when our Constitution was adopted, Americans gathered on the steps of Independence Hall to await the news of the government our Founders had crafted.

They asked Benjamin Franklin, ‘What do we have: a republic or a monarchy?’  Franklin replied: ‘A republic, if you can keep it.’

Our responsibility is to keep it.

Our republic endures because of the wisdom of our Constitution, enshrined in three co-equal branches of government, serving as checks and balances on each other.

The actions taken to date by the President have seriously violated the Constitution – especially when the President says, ‘Article II says, I can do whatever I want.’

For the past several months, we have been investigating in our Committees and litigating in the courts, so the House can gather ‘all the relevant facts and consider whether to exercise its full Article I powers, including a constitutional power of the utmost gravity — approval of articles of impeachment.’

And this week, the President has admitted to asking the President of Ukraine to take actions which would benefit him politically.  The action of – the actions of the Trump Presidency revealed the dishonorable fact of the President’s betrayal of his oath of office, betrayal of our national security, and betrayal of the integrity of our elections.

[OCS: Funny, nobody said anything about Democrat Teddy Kennedy sending his friend John Tunney to Russia to ask its leadership for assistance in defeating Ronald Reagan. To ask a foreign leader to participate in an investigation of criminality is not a betrayal of anything.]

Therefore, today, I am announcing the House of Representatives is moving forward with an official impeachment inquiry.  I am directing our six Committees to proceed with their investigations under that umbrella of impeachment inquiry.

[OCS: You will notice that she did not request a formal vote of the House of Representatives to begin impeachment proceedings – only providing legitimacy for the committee to continue to compile opposition research for the 2020 presidential election. If any individual should be charged with interfering in a presidential election, it is Pelosi, her associates, and the Committee Chairs.]

The President must be held accountable.  No one is above the law.

[OCS: Ironic since Democrat former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton does appear to be above the law – and in the face of serious multiple felonious crimes. Likewise certain top-level Obama officials and even former President Barack Hussein Obama.]

Getting back to our Founders – in the darkest days of the American Revolution, Thomas Paine wrote: ‘The times have found us.’  The times found them to fight for and establish our democracy.  The times have found us today, not to place ourselves in the same category of greatness as our Founders, but to place us in the urgency of protecting and defending our Constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic.  In the words of Ben Franklin, to keep our Republic.

[OCS: Our founders would be appalled to see what the progressive socialist democrats have done to government and to our country.]

I thank our Chairmen – Chairman Nadler, Chairman Schiff.  Chairman Nadler of Judiciary.  Chairman Schiff of Intelligence.  Chairman Engel of Foreign Affairs.  Chairman Cummings of Oversight and Chairman Cummings I have been in touch with constantly.  He is a master of so much but including, Inspectors General and whistleblowers.  Congressman Richie Neal of the Ways and Means Committee.  Congresswomen Maxine Waters of the Financial Services Committee.

[OCS: Nadler, Schiff, Cummings, and Waters are virulent progressive socialist democrats who rabidly hate Donald Trump, and in many cases, their own country.]

And I commend all of our Members, our colleagues for their thoughtful, thoughtful approach to all of this – for their careful statements.

God bless them and God Bless America. Thank you all. <Source>

Bottom line…

FACT: NANCY PELOSI CANNOT UNILATERALLY DECLARE AN IMPEACHMENT INQUIRY -- IT REQUIRES OF VOTE OF THE HOUSE OF REPRESENTATIVES.

First, there were two years of the Russia/Trump collusion hoax foisted on the American public. After two years and a $35 million investigation, there was no collusion. Then it turned to “obstruction of justice” related to the Mueller probe which was shown to be a lie – with the President providing unprecedented access, testimony, and evidence. Now, it is the Ukraine matter – even though Joe Biden is clearly guilty of the misuse of taxpayer dollars for personal purposes and to blackmail the Ukrainian President to protect his son.

Sick. And the Democrats must be held accountable.

We are so screwed.

WHO ARE THE REAL CLIMATE CRIMINALS?

Like the progressive socialist democrats who want to blame guns for the actions of malicious individuals, it appears much the same is going on in the debate over climate change and superstorms. Once again we find politicians screaming that the sky is falling and we are facing a planetary emergency. Often citing “super storms” that wreak havoc on communities and cost hundreds of millions or billions in damage.

What they are loath to say is that one of the significant reasons that damage costs are exponentially rising is that homes are being built closer together, the building methods have changed, and then there is the pesky inflation that deflates the value of construction dollars and increases the cost of labor and materials.

But what you never hear is corrupt politicians taking responsibility for much of the destruction. Taking campaign money and bribes from developers to relax zoning restrictions and building codes in areas of predictable harm. Gambling with their constituent’s lives against the odds of a random superstorm – euphemistically labeled a 100-year or 500-year event.

Predictable results …

This relaxation of standards, much like the highly-touted CAFE (Corporate Average Fuel Economy) standards designed to improve the average fuel economy of cars light trucks vans and sport utility vehicles, has resulted in death or serious bodily injury to hundreds of thousands of individuals. In the case of vehicles, primarily through the automakers replacement of heavy steel structural components with lighter weight aluminum, plastic, and rubber to reduce vehicle weight and improve gas efficiency. And, in weather situations by placing buildings in the path of known climatic events such as tornados, hurricanes, floods, etc.

The fact that you can purchase insurance to rebuild or restore your property does not mitigate the danger of living in a known hazardous area. The fact that many residents believe they can escape the ravages of natural disasters by relocating applies only to the wealthy – and those who have prepared for that eventuality. Some rationalizing their actions by noting that this is a secondary or vacation residence likely to be occupied outside of storm season. Of course, that only adds to the premium costs of those individuals outside of this recognizable risk pool.

An example…

30 years after Hugo tore it down, SC coast builds back in the danger zone

Hurricane Hugo didn’t stop development projects on hazard beaches

inset-pic

Litchfield Beach, SC

[OCS: Even with concrete pilings, steel skeletons, roof reinforcement, and raised platforms, these homes remain at risk during storms.]

When Hurricane Hugo hit Georgetown County 30 years ago, the big storm pounded a barren sand spit at the south end of Litchfield Beach, chewing up dunes and eroding the oceanfront, before cutting through South Carolina on a trail of destruction.

At the time, no one said much about Hugo’s impact on the narrow spit because not much was there.

Then in the late 1990s, construction workers arrived on the property, building the first grand home in a row of new oceanfront houses. Today, about three-dozen houses perch precariously on the sand spit, between the Atlantic Ocean on one side and a tidal creek on the other. Some are fortified by an unapproved seawall, built as protection from the rising seas.

The story of south Litchfield is a familiar one in South Carolina three decades after Hurricane Hugo ripped the state. Despite causing $7 billion worth of damage on Sept. 21-22, 1989, Hugo did little to discourage new or more intense development on many stretches of the state’s coast.

In places where small beach cottages once stood, magnificent new houses have been erected. Tidal creeks just off the oceanfront are booming with development. And in some vulnerable spots, high-rise condominiums tower above the ocean.

All this is occurring as sea level rises and more powerful storms lash the coast, and as S.C. legislators dismantle regulations to control coastal development.

[OCS: One might think that these legislators who are all-in on the potential ravages of global climate change, would have something to say about rising sea levels, more powerful storms, and building in hazardous areas. But, they are too busy feathering their nests with campaign funds from developers – and even worse, most may believe that climate change is what it is: a scheme for political power and a perpetual single-party government.]

The coastal buildup is a big issue for an array of reasons. It’s potentially dangerous because more people are living in the path of storms and rising seas, but building too close to the coast also threatens to pull money from the pockets of taxpayers. When people lose homes, condos and hotels along the coast, the federal government often winds up bailing out wealthy property owners through insurance, beach renourishment funding and emergency services.

[Read more here : Source]

Bottom line…

Sometimes you cannot help build in areas with unlikely risk factors such as earthquakes, but you do not authorize the build-out of a high-rise residential or commercial office building next to a known earthquake fault.

There comes a time when politicians need to be held responsible for their actions that result in adverse outcomes for “We the People.” And if individual politicians who are long out of office or dead cannot be held accountable, then their political party.

There is no doubt that short-term thinking, based on election cycles, is causing havoc with our country. It is time to stop the nonsense BEFORE it leads to disaster.

We are so screwed.
