CNN: SECOND DEMOCRAT DEBATE -- NIGHT TWO -- BIDEN VS. HARRIS

It is a sad day for America when every aspiring politician on the stage is more aligned with the values of the communist party than the values of most Americans…

The real debate is between Joe “The Old White Man” Biden and Kamala “The Chameleon” Harris …

Joe Biden, attempting to ride Barack Obama’s coattails and position himself as a moderate, has his hands full (perhaps I should not use that descriptive in reference to Biden) with Kamala Harris, a far left radical who will say or do anything to knock  out Biden, the current frontrunner. As with last night’s finalists, Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren, both Biden and Harris are deeply flawed and a clear and present danger to America and Americans.

Again, like last night, the policies of all candidates are similar.

Medicare for all is nothing more than the final destruction of health care in the United States: the elimination of private insurance plans, the destruction of the Medicare you have worked your whole life to fund, the massive expansion of the welfare program known as Medicaid, and the delay, denial, and death that comes from rationing. It is physically impossible to service more people without increasing physicians, facilities, diagnostic devices, and other medically-related necessities.

Comprehensive immigration reform is a joke as these are open borders advocates. The theme that children are separated from their parents is crazy as any American citizen who is incarcerated is separated from their children; many of whom go into foster care. Amazing, they declare there is a crisis at the border, refuse to fund a lawful solution, and then blame President Trump.

Gun violence – progressive idiots ignore that criminals, crazies, and terrorists do not respect nor obey the law. These are the people who let criminals plea bargain away serious gun-related charges and release criminals into our communities. This is not a public health issue, it is a law enforcement issue.

Criminal justice – treat criminals like immigrants, rehabilitation not incarceration.

According to the progressives, it is all the fault of those “evil corporations” – you know the one’s responsible for advancing humanity. The fact is that bigger government produces bigger problems.

Education – want to fix education? -- get rid of unions, tenure, and poor-performing teachers.

Climate – the sky is falling!!!  It’s science, so shut up.

Unions – why would any sane person encourage a corrupt system that rewards seniority over merit, ignores technology over manual labor, and increase the costs and completion time of everything they touch.

Trade – trade treaties should not include labor unions. The unions are the source of most labor disruptions.

Race – identity politics was invented by democrats. They are the racists who point to others as being racist.

Our “military is the best on Earth” – so let’s  cripple or destroy it. Yeah – a piece of paper is going to prevent a nuclear Iran.

Impeach the President – no mention of Hillary Clinton and the Democrat dossier.

You must be kidding?

De Blasio – Tax the hell out of the wealthy. (Productive people are leaving the ruins of New York City.)

Bennett – Children belong in classrooms not in cages. (Obama’s cages.) Equal is not equal. Let’s fix our school system. (Perhaps he needs to run for a school board.)

Inslee – The Democrats are the last best hope for humanity on this planet. We can defeat the climate crisis. (Write a law to control the Sun.) White nationalist in the White House. America should be a refuge. (Sanctuary nation – for Muslims?)

Gillibrand – Nothing is impossible. Health care is a right. Trump wants to take your health care. (Perpetual motion and honest politics are impossible.) Self-described white woman of privilege. (Another racist.) First thing she would do is Clorox the Oval Office. (Cute.) Donald Trump is a divider. (Last time I looked, it was the Dems who practiced identity politics.)

Gabbard – I know what patriotism is. (Wrap yourself in the flag, avoid talking about policies.) Al-Qaida stronger than after 9/11. (Lie) There is no [nuclear] shelter, it’s a lie. (Appeaser)

Castro – We were reminded and inspired by our fellow Americans in Puerto Rico. (The land of corruption – yeah, right.) Marshall Plan for Central America. (Wealth redistribution.) Attacks law enforcement and cites Michael Brown (a thug who was killed while attacking a police office and trying to grab his weapon.) The President is a racist. (Castro plays the race card every chance he can.)

Yang – Give every American $1,000 per month. The opposite of Donald Trump is an Asian man who likes math. (Racist and crazy.) Pay people to stay out of jail. (HUH?) Re-enter Iran agreement. Reality show president.

Booker – It’s Donald Trump’s language. (Look in the mirror.) "Some immigrants are from shithole countries, and some are from worthy countries. We need to reform this whole immigration system." (Trump was correct.)

Harris – We are better than them. The cost of doing nothing is far to expensive. (Cheaper than the alternative.) President pushing science fiction not science fact. (Activist science is provably corrupt.) Fine companies who do not adhere to government wage controls. We have a predator in the White House. Trade policy by Tweet. (Trump will destroy Harris.)

Biden – It started the minute Harris walked on the stage. ["Go easy on me, kid."] Mr. President … yada, yada, yada. Obamacare is working. (Back to the future.) Jail insurance executives for opioid crisis.

CNN – Nice camera work in using split screen with two candidates nose to nose when they debate. Lemon cites President’s racist rhetoric. (Lemon is the racist who makes everything about race.) Projection – cites everything wrong with the Dems.)

Biden was clearly under attack by his fellow democrats on stage. He held his own, energetic, engaged, and able to recall facts and figures. Harris was combative and as tedious as Elizabeth Warren. It looks like Biden kept his lead.

Bottom line…

Only a politician could explain an intractable and complex problem and the solution in two minutes – proving they are “experts” who know more and more about less and less until they know everything about nothing.

All of these progressive socialist democrats who want to take big money out of politics are lying. What they mean is we should outlaw big money going to their opponents.

Sanders, full of the passion of an old Soviet-style revolutionary, will be pushing class warfare and the idea of “social justice.” And Warren, the artificially passionate professor, will be delivering a series of position papers. Both candidates are profoundly flawed and a clear and present danger to America and Americans.

There was little difference between Bernie Sanders and Elizabeth Warren on policy issues, so no sparks there. But, since Warren was leading Sanders going into the debate, she emerges as the night's winner as nobody landed any serious blows to Warren's presentation. Mayor Pete tried to have one foot in each camp (leftist and moderate) and got run down in the middle by a vehicle named uncertainty. 

Bottom line…

NANCY PELOSI IGNORES INNER CITY DEATHS WHILE EXPLOITING GILROY MASS MURDER

Once again, the progressive socialist democrats are whipped into a hysterical frenzy over a senseless act of violence in Gilroy, California; stampeding before the microphones and cameras to deliver their dire warnings of a lawless future.

Fact:  You cannot control criminals, crazies, and terrorists as they neither respect nor obey any law.

Fact:  You do not improve the safety and security of individuals by denying them their God-given inalienable right to self-protection and disarming law-abiding individuals.

Fact:  Heinous as they may be, the effects of mass shootings are aggravated by the 24/7 echo chamber of the media – who often rank and immortalize killers.

Fact:  Hollywood’s progressive hypocrites make a fortune selling gun-related violence in records, films, and television.

Fact:  The progressive socialist democrats make communities less safe by allowing politically-motivated prosecutors to plea bargain away serious gun-related charges in return for a guaranteed conviction on their scorecard.

Fact:  Progressive socialist democrats re-defined and reduced mass murder from the old FBI standard of four or more people killed during a single event to three or more people, excluding the perpetrator if they are killed.

The progressive socialist democrats do not give a damn about people; they are only interested in pursuing their own toxic, authoritarian agenda, and eliminating the Second Amendment – should “We the People” respond to acts of governmental tyranny.

House Speaker Nancy Pelosi (D-Calif.) sharply criticized the Senate on Monday for not advancing gun-control legislation, calling the continued inaction of the Republican-led chamber “a stain on the conscience of our nation.”

Her statement came in response to a mass shooting at a festival in Gilroy, Calif., that killed three and injured at least 15 before police fatally shot the gunman.

“Enough is enough. Congress has a responsibility to every family torn apart by gun violence to act, and help advance a future that is finally free from this senseless violence,” Pelosi said. “Every day, the Senate refuses to act is a stain on the conscience of our nation.”

Bottom line …

The absolute truth is that not all people are kind, friendly, courteous, considerate, and obey the law – so it is expected that SH*T HAPPENS and will upset the snowflakes and those capitalizing on the death, pain, and suffering of others to advance their own agenda.

There is no doubt that the events in Gilroy were premeditated (He cut the fence to avoid security checkpoints) and carried out with a lawful weapon by a 19-year-old male.

And, you don’t often see young adults on the rampage unless they are gang-affiliated, drug-pushers, or living in the inner cities where such violence is tolerated by the progressive socialist democrats who govern most of these areas.

It is time to kick the democrats and their law enforcement policies out of office before they do irreparable harm.

You do not see the tens of millions of gun-owners go berserk, so why punish the group for the actions of a relatively few individuals. It is as crazy as outlawing alcohol and vehicles due to deaths caused by drunk drivers. (According to NHTSA, 37,133 people died in traffic crashes in 2017, and 29 percent of those killed, or 10,874, were due to drunk driving. There were 5,738 homicides in the nation’s 50 biggest cities in 2017. Cities with the most murders in 2017: Chicago, Baltimore, Philadelphia, New York, and Los Angeles -- all controlled by Democrats, and all sanctuary cities.)

The progressive socialists use our own morass of chaotic, confusing, and conflicting laws against us, especially ones that deal with due process.

Yes, illegal aliens have constitutional rights…

Many of the clauses of the United States Constitution use the word “person” in place of citizen and apply to those under the “jurisdiction” of the United States by being present in our country. Thus we find that illegal aliens have a right to “due process” and equal protection under the law. Turning to the Fifth Amendment which provides that individuals should not be deprived of life, liberty, or property without due process of law.”

So it is no wonder that the progressive socialist democrats provide activist lawyers to ensure that illegal aliens wind up in a severely crowded administrative court system whose backlog is deliberately inflated due to a lack of time, money, and judges so that court cases may take years to be heard. Meanwhile, illegal aliens are free to roam our country until they are caught – and, yet again, can invoke due process to obtain their day in court.

In a 1993 Supreme Court ruling known as Reno v. Flores a conservative Justice, Antonin Scalia, wrote “it is well established that the Fifth Amendment entitles aliens to due process of law in deportation proceedings.” So the game turned into one of catch, release, adjudicate, rinse and repeat.

Bottom line …

We do not need to amend our constitution to deal with illegal aliens.

We must elect public officials who will faithfully execute the laws of our land – unlike the progressive socialist democrat activist judges in California who are unwilling to rule on sanctuary cities that openly defy federal immigration laws.

We must also reduce the incentive for illegal aliens to violate our sovereignty by jumping our border.

One, by re-defining how children born of illegal aliens DO NOT automatically become U.S. citizens – which appears nowhere in the U.S. Constitution or federal statutes, but is thought to be the result of an administrative procedure promulgated by the Social Security Administration in the distant past.

Two, by implementing and enforcing a visa entry/exit system that automatically flags “overstays” (up to fifty percent of illegal aliens arrive legally and simply overstay their visas) and places them on a list for immediate apprehension and deportation – as a condition of the contractual provisions of their visa application.

Three, implementing a mandatory e-verify system to punish employers who knowingly employ illegal aliens – and to prosecute for felony perjury and identify theft those who steal or forget identity documents.

And four, robustly funding an administrative law systems which relies on civilian lawyers acting as temporary judges to reduce the present backlog of immigration cases.

WHAT DOES THE "MUELLER REPORT" PORTEND?

While touted by politicians, bureaucrats, and the media as an honorable and capable man, we have every reason to believe that Special Counsel Robert Mueller may have been a figurehead of a Trojan horse ridden by rabid partisans such as Andrew Weismann and Aaron Zebley.

It was apparent from the day of his appointment by Rod Rosenstein that Mueller was horribly conflicted, having relationships with individuals and agencies who could be considered co-conspirators in a silent coup d'état to defeat candidate Donald Trump, and when that failed, to remove President Donald Trump from office. And, upon hiring rabid anti-Trump prosecutors, the handwriting was on the wall.

Since Robert Mueller’s report that was written by some of the most anti-Trump partisan legal professionals that could be found, many with records of egregious prosecutorial misconduct and possibly criminal behavior, are we to believe that anything will change with the long-touted report from Michael Horowitz, the Inspector General of the United States Department of Justice?

A man touted by the very same politicians, bureaucrats, and the media who assured us the Mueller was an honorable and capable man. And, ignoring the historical performance of most Inspectors General to minimize damage to their respective agencies and write reports that result in slapping the wrists of selected agency employees. Especially since the Inspector General lacks the power to do little more than discover and investigate waste, fraud, and abuse of government procedures in a single agency – and whose findings appear in a report, not criminal indictments.

So what if the Horowitz Report finds that DOJ and FBI procedures and protocols were violated and that criminal behavior may have occurred. Like Mueller’s report, the Horowitz report contains a prosecutor’s allegations which have not been challenged or tested in a court of law. Will the DOJ bring these people before a grand jury or indict them is an open question given that any such effort is likely to take place under the purview of whoever is elected in 2020.

Bottom line …

While we may find out more about the relationships and the inner workings of the cabal, to hope that participant’s like Barack Obama, Hillary Clinton, Brennan, Clapper, and others will be indicted, tried, and imprisoned is wishful thinking. In fact, the only thing likely to happen is a deeply conflicted and conspiratorial Congress is expected to pass “protective” legislation with additional loopholes and semantic escape clauses.

Ask yourself why, if Hillary Clinton’s actions, including perjury, destruction of documents, and obstruction of justice, have been dissected in the media, why is she still traveling around the world telling Americans how to live their lives and commenting on political affairs? A just outcome would be to give her and Bill a three-room apartment in New Jersey and a stipend of $60,000 per year – about as close to jail as they might ever get.

I think that the Mueller report portends nothing but bureaucratic bafflegab and more partisan rancor.

What can be done is to remove those corrupt Representatives in the House who promoted this historic debacle and who continue, to this day, to participate as co-conspirators in a silent coup.

WHY HAVEN’T PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRATS TURNED DETROIT INTO PARADISE?

WHEN IT COMES TO HEALTH CARE, JOE BIDEN IS A FRAUD

** Other than acting as a cheerleader and signing legislation into law, the President of the United States has little or no input into the assumptions and congressional decisions that are the basis of health care legislation.

** During the Obama Administration, Joe Biden’s role was to be Obama’s sock puppet, the amiable old white guy that could serve as a liaison to the establishment’s old guard.

** The Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act was crafted in a backroom by progressive socialist democrats and actually written by progressive foundations and industry-connected special interests. And, if one were to actually read the 2000+ page bill, one would find that it is little more than an outline that delegates the actual implementation to the bureaucracy in the form of Executive Branch administrative rules and regulations promulgated by numerous commissions and panels.

**  Obamacare was a lie from the beginning. There was nothing affordable about Obamacare – without government subsidies, premiums, deductibles, and co-pays skyrocketed into the stratosphere and made individuals and families reluctant to seek health care except for the more dire circumstances due to the high deductibles. And, of course, the biggest lies were told by President Obama AND VICE PRESIDENT JOE BIDEN, who stood before the American public and told you that you could keep your present healthcare and doctors.

**  Obamacare was not only unconstitutional, as we have seen from recent court rulings, but it was also passed in a non-traditional manner using a trick from the congressional rules book. Not one Republican was allowed to see the legislation, no amendments were possible, and it was passed by the progressive socialist Democrats and Independents in the Senate with no Republican votes.

**  Billions have been pumped into the guts of the system – Electronic Health Records – and the system is an abject failure.

**  Billions have been pumped into state insurance exchanges, and most are bankrupt.

WAS ROBERT MUELLER CAPABLE OF PERFORMING AS SPECIAL COUNSEL?

After today’s hearings in Jerrold Nadler’s House Judiciary Committee and Adam Schiff’s House Intelligence Committee, it appears that Special Counsel Robert Mueller was physically and mentally incapable of faithfully executing the duties of the Special Counsel’s Office and producing this report. How could acting Attorney General Rod Rosenstein not have seen what was happening in the Special Counsel’s Office that he was sworn to supervise? And that the conflicts of interest started with Rod Rosenstein and permeated the entire effort,

It is believed by many that real manger of the Special Counsel’s investigation and the writing of the report was Andrew Weissmann who could not be the public face of the investigation due to his corrupt prosecution of Arthur Anderson on charges of obstruction of justice. A case leading to a decision which was unanimously reversed by the United States Supreme Court 9-0. The result was the destruction of a billion-dollar enterprise and the permanent loss of 80,000 well-paying jobs. Weissmann has been associated with prosecutorial misconduct, withholding exculpatory evidence, and a history of biased partisan behavior. Possibly suborning perjury by coercing others into lying about their activities, And, apparently, he played Mueller like a sock-puppet.

MUELLER TESTIMONY: FEEBLE

The greatest takeaway: Robert Mueller is incompetent, a Democratic dupe, or simply a figurehead...

Representative Chabot: “When you talk about the firm that produced the Steele reporting, the name of the firm that produced that was Fusion GPS, is that correct?”

Robert Mueller: “I’m not familiar with that."

The idea that Special Counsel Mueller is not intimately familiar with Glenn Simpson and Fusion GPS which is the origin of much of what his investigators investigated is ludicrous and unbelievable. How can the origin of the investigation and the Democrat's use of dirt supplied by Russian foreign operatives be beyond his "purview" in an investigation of Russian interference in our election? One thought, is Mueller setting up a Sgt. "I Know Nothing" Schultz defense for a potential investigation of his knowledge, behavior, and activities? Or to plead Hillary Clinton-type feebleness when called to account? 

Is this a lie, a joke, or an indication of physical or mental issues?

The sworn Mueller aide (minder?) sitting next to Robert Mueller at the witness table was none other than Aaron Zebley, an attorney and cybersecurity expert who represented Hillary Clinton aide Justin Cooper from 2015 to 2016. It was Cooper played a key role in setting up and managing Hillary Clinton's private email server, set up her mobile devices, and was involved in the destruction of devices and documents. Just another example of an inappropriate Mueller hire of a person who likely "obstructed justice," lied, and destroyed documents on behalf of Hillary Clinton.

 
Part one – the House Judiciary Committee…

As expected, it was all about a shaky and uncertain Special Counsel Robert Mueller refusing to answer substantive questions or dodging the explanation of his actions. The progressive socialist democrats continued to press the issue of impeachment. I am beginning to think that Robert Mueller did not run the actual investigation and merely was a figurehead. The obvious fact that Robert Mueller did not seem to be conversant with his own report is troubling.

Part two – the House Intelligence Committee…

Adam Schiff’s opening statement was disgusting, disingenuous, and dishonest. Mueller seems to be more lively, but just as resistant to questions from both sides.

Schiff forgot that all of the attempts to interfere with our 2016 election happened on President Obama’s watch and he failed to take action to stop any known ongoing effort by the Russians. And that all of the actual Russian collusion with the election occurred on the Democrat side with the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democratic National Committee. Serious crimes occurred – perjury, mishandling classified documents, destruction of documents, and obstruction of justice were committed by Democrats, some working for the government attempting to destroy the Trump presidency.

Ted Lieu (D-CA) tries a slip one past Mueller …

TED LIEU: “We have heard today that the president ordered former White House counsel Don McGahn to fire you. The president ordered Don McGahn to then cover that up and create a false paper trail. And now we’ve heard the president ordered Cory Lewandowski to tell Jeff Sessions to limit your investigation so that you stop investigating the president. I believe a reasonable person looking at these facts could conclude that all three elements of the crime of obstruction of justice have been met, and I’d like to ask you the reason, again, that you did not indict Donald Trump is because of OLC [Department of Justice Office of Legal Counsel] opinion stating that you cannot indict a sitting president, correct?”

ROBERT MUELLER: “That is correct.”

And just when the Democrats were rejoicing, in the second session before the House Intelligence Committee, Mueller took pains to “clarify” his previous answer and re-stated that he declined to charge President Trump with obstruction of justice because his team did not reach a conclusion on whether Trump committed a crime, rather than because Justice Department policy stipulates that a sitting president cannot be indicted.

Bottom line…

All of the emphasis was on the questions, not the answers. He also appeared to have memory, hearing, and lack of preparation issues. This is one of the Democrat’s last national opportunity before other more important reports come to light. 

It appears that the Special Counsel Robert Mueller was majorly malfeasant with respect to his assignment to investigate Russian interference with the 2016 election as he did not fully investigate troubling aspects of Democrats dealing with foreign Russian agents. It also appears that Special Counsel Mueller was oblivious to the content and conclusions of his own report.

It should be remembered that this report is ONLY a prosecutor's work-product and has never been challenged in a court of competent jurisdiction AND prosecutors do not exonerate those they investigate, they either indict or stay silent. To exonerate an investigational subject would be to destroy the "presumption of innocence" without a legal action -- which is the foundation of our legal system.

THE ROBERT MUELLER SHOW STARRING NADLER & SCHIFF

As we prepare for Special Counsel Robert Mueller’s congressional testimony on his eponymous “Muller Report” let us keep a few things in mind…

** Mueller’s appointment was illegitimate, and he required Senate confirmation like any other U.S. Attorney.

** The proof of Mueller’s conflict of interest is highlighted for all to see, starting with his association with agencies and individuals under investigation and ending with his selection of rabidly partisan assistants.

**  The Mueller report was prepared outside of Department of Justice guidelines knowing that the report would be released to Congress.

**  It is likely that Mueller and/or his associate colluded and conspired with the House Democrats, particularly Jerrold Nadler, in preparation for today’s hearing.

**  It is not the purpose of a Special Prosecutor to exonerate any party, but determine if any party has broken the law and enough evidence exists for a prosecution.

**  A special prosecutor speaks publicly through indictments and remains silent about those not indicted.

**  The report itself is from a prosecutor’s viewpoint and none of the evidence or testimony has been challenged in a court of competent jurisdiction. The report contains hearsay, speculation, and uses information leaked to the media as “evidence” of the public’s interest.

**  And in the final analysis, nothing was keeping Mueller from saying that he believed President Trump should have been indicted except for a long-standing policy of not indicting sitting presidents.

Nadler: Dems Holding Mock Hearings Today, to Prepare for Questioning Mueller Tomorrow

Members of the House Judiciary Committee are holding mock hearings today, Chairman Jerrold Nadler (D-N.Y.) said, in preparation for tomorrow's testimony from former Special Counsel Robert Mueller.

[OCS: One can just imagine the Democrats practicing interrupting Republican’s during questioning or bringing up arcane points of procedural order to disrupt the flow of testimony and questioning. Or practicing mugging for the cameras when asking convoluted multi-part questions that always begin with a three-minute screed.]

But in his interview with CNN's "New Day," Nadler would not say who, if anyone, is playing the role of Mueller as part of today's dress rehearsals.

[OCS: Why would they need a Mueller as it is likely that Mueller or his representatives have mapped out the flow of Democrat questioning and possibly assisted in preparing the answers.]

Democrats have a lot riding on Wednesday's back-to-back congressional hearings, at which they hope to "break the lies" put out by President Donald Trump and Attorney General William Barr.

[OCS: What about the lies told in the Steele Dossier, the spies planted by the Obama Administration, and the various criminal acts of perjury, destruction of documents, lying, and obstructing justice on the part of the government; especially members of the Obama Administration?]

But no matter what emerges from Mueller's five hours of testimony, there is more to come, Nadler said.

As I said, our goal is to break the lies of the president and the attorney general in saying that the report found no collusion, found that there was no collusion, that there was no obstruction and exonerated the president," Nadler told CNN. "It did not exonerate the president. The report is chock-full of very damning information against the president.

Again, as I said, it found ten instances of the president obstructing justice. It found instances of the president instructing people to lie to investigators and to lie to the American people. And the American people need to hear this from Mueller.

[OCS: The report cited ten instances where a one-sided interpretation could have been argued – perhaps without success. Most of which was well within the President’s constitutional powers.]

And then after that, we need to get some of the witnesses cited by Mueller before the committee. Now, the administration has done what no administration has ever done before. They've stonewalled all subpoenas, they've said no one will testify. We will break that and we will hear from people like Don McGahn, etc. and they will testify. And people will know what the report found, will know the facts and then can make judgments.

[OCS: The progressive socialist Democrats will continue this steady death-by-a-thousand-cuts strategy up until the 2020 election – or perhaps until a number of Democrats are indicted by the various investigations underway. Don McGahn, the President’s attorney, provided 30-hours of testimony to Mueller – and got only a mention of a few sentences. Perhaps they should release the entire transcript. BTW: There is a legitimate Separation of Powers issue than can keep certain members of the Executive Branch from testifying.]

Nadler noted that most people have not read the 448-page report, and he and other Democrats are trying to give them the movie version of what's in it.

But regardless of whether tomorrow's hearings sway public opinion, there is more persuasion still to come.

[The Democrats are counting on an ignorant public that consumes its information from the mainstream media – the majority of whom will provide a false and misleading spin on the day’s affairs.]
