NOTHING LIKE A LITTLE CHARACTER ASSASSINATION BY THE LOS ANGELES TIMES

kavanaugh

The progressive socialist democrats in the media appear to have no trouble mischaracterizing the emotional testimony of President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee, Brett Kavanaugh…

Do we really want a man consumed with rage, self-pity and hate on the Supreme Court?

I wasn't in that Maryland bedroom in 1982. You weren't there.

Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh says he wasn't there. But after listening to every word uttered by his tearful, yet calm and respectful accuser, Christine Blasey Ford, and Kavanaugh's combative, weepy refutation, I have no choice but to conclude she is credible and he is not.

[OCS: Amazing! An accuser, unknown to the accused, is faced with eleventh-hour allegations of a sexual crime allegedly committed 36- years ago without specificity: no date, no time, no location, a conflicting number of participants; and those cited as witnesses say it never happened and her best friend says she never met the accused. The type of allegations that would be dismissed by any district attorney or prosecutor in the nation or in a court of law. Unfortunately, this tragedy is playing out in the political theatre where truth, facts, and evidence give way to political perceptions and feelings. The fact is that, as most liars can attest, presentation can give the appearance of credibility when the facts do not support the allegations. ]

He is not suited to a lifetime appointment to the U.S. Supreme Court. Because of his self-pity and rage.

[OCS: Rage? Here is a good and decent man with an exemplary history of public service at the highest levels of the government. Here is a man who has undergone six FBI background checks. Here is a man who was blind-sided by hyper-partisan activists and political operatives not because who he is, but because he represents a stumbling block to their political agenda. I, too, would be mad as hell. My character, my family, my life’s work trashed by political animals on the world stage. Self-pity? Yes, there would be some of that too. Why me? Why now? What have I done to deserve this almost universal public scorn and derision?]

Because of the way he shredded the idea that he can be an impartial arbiter on the high court when he accused Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee of seeking "revenge on the behalf of the Clintons" and "left-wing opposition groups."

[OCS: It appears that stating what he believes to be true in a hearing precludes his impartiality on the court. This is nonsense, the staple of the progressive rhetoric.]

Because of the insulting way he spoke to Democratic Sen. Amy Klobuchar when she asked whether he ever drank so much he could not remember what happened. ("You're talking about a blackout," he said in a nasty tone. "I don't know. Have you?")

[OCS: After being grilled for hours by some of the most hostile, snarky, and downright repugnant Senators, it is amazing that this was the extent of his rebuttal. I do not know if I would have that degree of self-discipline to avoid calling out lies, distortions, half-truths and outright bullying on the part of committee panelists.]

Because he refused to give a straight answer about whether he would support an FBI investigation into Ford's charges.

[OCS: What part of “I will do anything requested by the committee.” do they not understand. The nominee is well-aware of the fact that the FBI simply interviews individuals and writes a report without conclusions or recommendations. In fact, the FBI interview is voluntary and they lack subpoena power and the ability to execute search warrants in this non-criminal congressional procedure. Of course, key Senate Democrats have specifically stated that, in contravention of existing jurisprudence, the candidate should be considered guilty until he proves himself innocent. Nonsensical because you cannot prove a negative and respond to allegations with no specificity. the nominee produced contemporaneous calendars from the period while his accuser produced nothing but allegations and statements taken decades after the fact from her husband and his family. Not one of the accuser’s immediate family signed-on to any statements.]

Because he interrupted Democratic Sen. Richard Blumenthal who was in the middle of asking a question, then had the cluelessness to say, "Let me finish."

[OCS: Blumenthal who continued to ask questions instead of allowing the nominee to answer the previous question? You mean “stolen valor” Blumenthal who lied for decades about non-existent military service as a combat veteran in Vietnam? Imagine getting lectured by Cory Booker who has admitted to groping teenage girls as a teenager. Dianne Feinstein who mentored a Chinese spy for 20 years while on the Senate Intelligence Committee and whose insider deals have made her and her husband rich? A great group to speak about ethics, behavior, and criminality. ]

Kavanaugh's anger may be understandable in a man who claims — hyperbolically — that his life and family have been "destroyed" by what he says are false allegations of sexual assault.

[OCS: Is this is the statement that is supposed to prove that this screed is fair and balanced?]

But they are hardly what we deserve or expect in a justice of the U.S. Supreme Court, which has so much control over Americans' lives, especially women's.

[OCS: Aha! The abortion agenda, the right to kill unborn children on demand or use the horrific partial-birth abortion – which is deliberate murder of a child – at will? Women’s rights are a talking point of the progressives and little more.]

Ford, 51, a psychologist who studies trauma, was a mesmerizing witness.

She seemed honest, and pained, and, as she put it, "100%" certain that the 17-year-old boy who threw her on a bed, ground his hips against her and covered her mouth so she could not scream was Kavanaugh.

[OCS: Is this the same person who tried to delay the hearing because she found flying “painful” although she has a significant history of continually taking airplanes for work and vacations? Is this the person who is 100% certain of the alleged dirty deed and its perpetrator, but cannot remember anything else? Honest? What about the two-question polygraph which asked pretty much if she believed what she wrote on a piece of paper? I am not saying she is lying, but there have been numerous cases where people have believed themselves to be a victim of a non-existent crime or event.]

She practically pleaded for an FBI investigation that would include the only witness to the alleged attack, Kavanaugh's high school friend Mark Judge. Judge, who once wrote a memoir about his blackout drinking in high school, said in a statement to the Senate committee via his attorney that he has no memory of the event and never saw his friend behave in such a manner.

[OCS: The so-called witness gave a statement under the penalty of perjury that he did not recall any such event or see the accused behave in this manner. Thus, there is nothing to ask – unless you consider committee badgering and speechifying.]

She spoke knowledgeably about the biological processes of how memory works.

When asked to describe her most vivid memory of the assault, she replied, "Indelible in the hippocampus is the laughter, the uproarious laughter between the two and their having fun at my expense."

[OCS: This is little more than self-serving camouflage – attempting to build a truthful framework around a non-existent or unavailable truth. But then again, she has two Master’s degrees and a PhD – one would hope she could speak about research in her field.]

Christine Blasey Ford on why the other witnesses don't remember the party where the alleged assault took place: "Nothing remarkable happened to them that night."

[OCS: How about, there was no party because it didn’t happen?]

When she described the room where the alleged assault took place, and the loud music and the laughter of the two teen boys who were in cahoots, I believe that every viewer who has ever been assaulted probably had an unpleasant flashback. I know I did.

[OCS: So now the author’s testifying? Should we assassinate the character of a good man and deny the country the services of a great Judge on the basis of probably.]

Like Anita Hill before her, Ford had wanted to remain anonymous.

But when she was outed, she said she felt she had no choice but to tell her story, knowing full well, as she testified, that the experience would be like stepping in front of a moving train, and that she would probably be "annihilated." As she said this, however, she displayed not a whit of self-pity.

[OCS: Anita Hill, another liar with a sketchy story to be exploited by the progressive socialist democrats. And, like Anita Hill, I personally hope that enough Senators have the perspicacity and courage to see through the sham and to confirm Judge Kavanaugh. If the accused wanted to be anonymous, why not just send her letter to the judiciary committee – she is a smart woman who could have figured that out – rather than to an activist politician. And, what happened to her request for anonymity – she was outed by the Democrats and details leaked to the media. Nothing honorable about that at all.]

It was clear that Kavanaugh's Judiciary Committee supporters don't particularly care whether or not he assaulted Ford all those years ago at a high school party.

[OCS: The article’s author continues to impugn the committee – or at least those who do not agree with her brand of witch-hunting. It is not that they don’t care, it is that they are faced with a decision: decide on the basis of self-serving mob politics or deal with the fact of unsupported allegations with no evidence, no real facts, and no corroboration – and apply the American standard of being innocent until proven guilty.]

And they knew — all 11 men — that they could not trust themselves to come off as caring, so they hired Rachel Mitchell, an Arizona sex-crimes prosecutor, whose plodding questions seemed to infuriate them. They wanted fireworks. She was a wet blanket.

[OCS: It is likely that certain committee members wanted to avoid the sexist, racist, ageist labels that were circulating in the media that characterized them as “old white guys.” This appears to be an attempt to bring impartiality and professionalism into the process.]

Their pent-up rage exploded after Ford finished her testimony. They sidelined Mitchell, and turned their wrath on Democrats, who were accused of withholding information in order to delay the confirmation until after the midterm elections, when Democrats have a fighting chance of gaining the majority in the Senate and could scuttle Kavanaugh's nomination.

[OCS: Funny how the author avoids the truth. It might be a coincidence that her attorney is an activist socialist supporting the anti-Trump resistance – but I doubt it.]

In tones verging on hysteria, they railed about the timing of the allegations (as if there is a good time to step forward alleging you've been attacked by a Supreme Court nominee).

[OCS: Dianne Feinstein, Ranking Committee Member, did not share the allegations with the rest of her committee members on either side of the aisle. She did not ask one question during the private and public meetings with Kavanaugh. And, then she springs it on the committee and the public at the last minute. Possibly not believing the accuser until they had an initial polygraph?]

I've never seen a theatrical outburst like Republican Sen. Lindsey Graham's display of self-righteous anger, sparked by Democratic Sen. Richard J. Durbin's simple assertion that if Kavanaugh truly cared about clearing his good name, he should want to have the FBI investigate Ford's claims. "God help anyone else that gets nominated," Graham said, forgetting that Neil M. Gorsuch was confirmed last year with barely a ripple.

[OCS: Everyone on the committee knew that an FBI investigation simply records what the parties say and does no real investigating in confirmation cases. This is a bogus issue.]

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) said to Democrats on the panel: “What you want to do is destroy this guy’s life, hold this seat open and hope you win in 2020. You’ve said that, not me."

[OCS: Sounds like the truth to me. So why is this essential characterization so far down in this story.]

Sen. Orrin G. Hatch's outraged voice broke as he scornfully dismissed the idea that anyone would care what had happened in high school. And yet, Ford had very specifically discussed the "anxiety, phobia and PTSD-like symptoms" that she had felt, intensely, in the first four years after the assault, and intermittently thereafter.

[OCS: Especially uncorroborated remembrances unaccompanied by evidence, specificity, and all of the witnesses cited said it didn’t happen.]

Republican Sen. Ted Cruz, forgetting his recitation of "Green Eggs and Ham" during a Senate filibuster, called it "one of the most shameful events in the history of the United States Senate."

Again and again, Kavanaugh, 53, was described by his supporters as a victim — not of Ford, because of course, it's no longer acceptable to publicly attack a victim of sexual assault — but of Democrats.

Ford, they said, was a victim, too. Of Democrats.

Just as I believed Anita Hill in 1991, I believe Christine Blasey Ford.

I wouldn't put Kavanaugh in jail for what he did when he was 17, but I sure as hell wouldn't put him on the Supreme Court. <Source>

Democrat’s hypocrisy in dealing with rape accusations…

Bill Clinton rape accuser Juanita Broaddrick spoke to the media outside the Senate building where the high-stakes hearing with Kavanaugh’s first accuser is being held.

“Because Dr. Ford has no evidence, I had the who, what, when, where and how and had five people that I told, not even counting the woman who found me 30 minutes after the rape with a swollen busted lip, torn clothes and in a state of shock,” she said.

She alleges that Clinton raped her in Arkansas in 1978 when she was a nursing home administrator and he was state attorney general. She claims the attack left her with a bloody lip, and Clinton told her to “put some ice on that.” Clinton denied the accusation.

On Thursday, she attacked Democrats, such as Sens. Chuck Schumer, D-N.Y., and Dianne Feinstein, D-Calif., who she said did not believe her in the '90s but have jumped to believe Ford’s account, despite the corroborating evidence Broaddrick said she had in her case.

“How they can take these accusations and run with them, and laugh at mine for so many years is the biggest double standard I’ve ever seen,” she said.

“It makes me angry that they left [Clinton] in office,” she said about the Senate Democrats who she said refused to consider her allegations. <Source>

And a massive, multi-million dollar coordinated attack…

MoveOn.org has been massively backed by billionaire George Soros. It has also been financed by the Tides Foundation, a leftwing sponsorship organization that has itself received donations from Soros and has partnered with Soros’s Open Society Foundations.

MoveOn.org has taken center stage in opposing Kavanaugh, leading a #StopKavanaugh campaign aimed at mobilizing supporters to call their senators in opposition to Kavanaugh’s nomination. <Source>

Bottom line…

Nobody will really know what happened to Ford thirty-six years ago. But nobody should have their personal and professional life destroyed over unsupported allegations of an accuser who cannot even provide more specific details other than her repressed or recovered memories – both of which could be seriously faulty. I say, if there is to be an FBI investigation, by all means, let it take another week and cover the accuser’s lives during the period in question.

Ford is a pawn in an unfortunate political game be played by twisted progressive socialist democrats.

We are so screwed when the Democrats twist the confirmation process into a pyrrhic political battle that destroys everything it touches.

MURPHY BROWN RE-BOOT: YESTERDAY'S NEWS REPACKAGED AS PROGRESSIVE WOKE HUMOR

mbc

Just finished watching the first episode of the re-boot of the five-time Emmy-winning Murphy Brown staring Candace Bergen with a cameo by Hillary Clinton.

Canned laughs and applause, the expected shots at Trump, and not much else other than the expected progressive socialist democrat propaganda. The two biggest moments featured a Hillary Clinton cameo as a secretary applying for a job and the revelation that the now 71-year-old Candace Bergen once went on a single date with Donald Trump. Of course, in her younger days, she dated countless celebrities and businessmen.

Bottom line…

When entertainers, especially comedians, attempt to be “hip”  woke performers, the product is rarely funny. Once you get past the snarky Trump gags, there is nothing entertaining about the shrill bleating of the social justice warriors as they attempt to “indoctrinate” the viewers with progressive propaganda.

Murphy Brown is the quintessential definition of “fake news” from a “fake newsroom” with “fake journalists.”

WILL THE FBI ATTEMPT TO ENTRAP NOMINEE BRETT KAVANAUGH

From what we have seen so far, the Department of Justice and the FBI have become hyper-politicized and fixated on destroying the Trump Administration. So is it unreasonable to believe that the progressive socialist democrats are going to use their radical activists embedded in the FBI to entrap President Trump’s Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh in a “process crime” like lying to the FBI and perjury when his testimony may differ slightly from previous statements?

kavanaugh-fbi

While we have faith in the nominee, the forces arrayed against him to force the withdrawal of the nomination or delay the confirmation until after the mid-terms are a real threat to the nominee, to the Senate, and to America in general.

Among the many questions I would like to ask…

The fact is that nobody knows who Dr. Ford is, where she comes from, and if she is a truthful and competent individual.

(1)  Has any person or group provided you with anything of value or promised to give you anything of value in the future to come forth with your allegations?

(2)  Who is providing your legal representation? Did you select your legal representation? How were these representatives selected? Who referred you to these legal representatives? Who has paid for your legal representation? In addition to your legal representatives, who else is involved in assisting in preparing your testimony and appearances? Do you have a media consultant?

(3)  Did your legal representation or others help you recall the details of what happened? Approximately how many hours have your legal representative spent on coaching exercises?

(4)  Have you had any encounters with Senate Staffers? If so, which ones? To the best of your knowledge, has your counsel had any contacts with Senate staffers and are you aware of what is being done in your name?

(5)  Did you call classmates or other people to seek information about what may have happened?

(6)  Have you left out any details of your story?

(7)  Why are you 100% certain that it was Brett Kavanaugh? How many times had you met him before the party? What was the nature of your interactions with him and his friends?

(8)  Are you willing to file a report with the local and state authorities detailing your allegations under penalty of perjury and filing a false report?

(9)  Can we access your medical records since high school?

(10) Will you produce all your yearbooks, writings, and other materials from that time?

(11)  Why is it your parents and siblings did not sign a letter of support?

It is hoped that the FBI will note any objections by her counsel to specific questions or her refusal to answer specific questions.

And about that polygraph, how many people have heard of a two-question polygraph. According to the written report, the two relevant questions from Ford's polygraph test were:

"Is any part of your statement false?"

"Did you make up any part of your statement?"

Notice there does not seem to be an in-depth probing of the circumstances or material facts such as "Did you know Brett Kavanaugh before the party? Were you drunk?"

Slow-walking?

Because this is not a criminal investigation and all interviews will be voluntary, there will be no search warrants, subpoenas, and no method of compelling the principals and witnesses to come forth during the allotted time period. Since Ford's attorney, Debra Katz, tried to delay her appearance on the phony pretext she was afraid to fly (a bald-faced lie), it is possible she will attempt to delay the proceedings further with her shenanigans.

Bottom line…

While the FBI is investigating, interviewing witnesses who will merely repeat the allegations they have already made, why are they not investigating the criminality of the Obama Administration, in particular, the many crimes committed by Hillary Clinton and her cohorts? Can they even be trusted to undertake this politically-charged task?

I find it repugnant that some Senators (especially Kirsten Gillibrand (D-NY) and Mazie Hirono (D-HI) are so stupid that they want to turn the American ideal “innocent until proven guilty” upside down so that Kavanaugh has to prove the impossible negative and is considered “guilty until proven innocent.” These are the people who need to be removed from office at the earliest possible moment.

Perhaps the Senate Ethics Committee (Yes, I know an ‘oxymoron’) should adopt this standard to clean out the Senate based on nothing more substantial than uncorroborated vague allegations with no evidence. How many Members of Congress could withstand the onslaught?

We are watching, live and in real-time, the progressive socialist democrats destroy the legitimacy of the Supreme Court and verify that without the Court to issue hyper-partisan rulings, their toxic central-planned totalitarian philosophy cannot succeed in America.

This is so reminiscent of the one-sided and corrupt Duke lacrosse false accusations investigation and the media feeding frenzy which destroyed so many lives.

We are so screwed.

IT IS POSSIBLE TO BELIEVE FORD AND KAVANAUGH AND STILL CONFIRM THE NOMINEE

kf

We don’t know and perhaps will never know what happened to Dr. Christine Blasey Ford…

  • Is it a case of a mentally-compromised individual who requires additional therapy and who may either believe what she experienced or has been convinced that it must have been Brett Kavanaugh?
  • Is it a case of mistaken identity?
  • Is it a case of false “recovered” memory?
  • Is it a case of being manipulated by activist attorneys?
  • And, does it involve lying to the committee like saying the hearing needed to be delayed because Ford was fearful of flying? Only to find out she has flown frequently, both foreign and domestic, for work and pleasure.

So let’s give her the benefit of the doubt and say that “she believes something happened to her and that there is no corroboration of her recollection.” But her assertion that she was 100% positive it was Kavanaugh, but could not provide the basics of date, time, place, additional participants, and other relevant details.

But…

  • We do know that Dr. Ford’s allegations were not corroborated and any statements presented were from family members and dated decades after the alleged event.
  • We do know that the progressive socialist democrats attempted to exploit Dr. Ford for political reasons to delay or kill President Trump’s nominee to the Supreme Court, Brett Kavanaugh.
  • We do know that the Ranking Member of the Judiciary Committee, Dianne Feinstein, did know of the allegations and did nothing, allegedly not sharing the allegations with either the Democrat or Republican members of the committee. We suspect and do not know for certain that she may have shared the allegations with Chuck Schumer, Dick Durbin, and Patrick Leahy to weaponize the allegations to thwart the Kavanagh nomination.
  • We do know that Brett Kavanaugh did produce contemporaneous records that demonstrate that the Ford event did not take place and that none of the people closest to Kavanaugh could corroborate Ford’s story or knew anything about Ford or her allegations. Unfortunately, there is no way to prove a negative and nominee Kavanaugh deserves the benefit of the doubt as in “innocent until proven guilty.”

The YUGE question…

Will the GOP allow the progressive socialist democrats to BORK this candidate, turn decades of jurisprudence on its head in assuming guilty until proven innocent, and ruin a man’s lifelong distinguished service over unsubstantiated allegations that are 36 years old?

Lindsey Graham said it best…

I have never been a fan of Lindsey Graham, but today he did himself and the nation proud standing up for the United States Senate and America.

If this compelling video is missing it can be found here.

Bottom line…

At the end of the day, Brett Kavanaugh deserves confirmation as a Supreme Court Justice. Today, we saw the progressive socialist democrats attempt to subvert justice, destroy American values, and totally trash an honorable man for political purposes.

The fact that Dr. Ford could not get on a plane to Washington because of this trauma was an absolute lie concocted by the progressive socialist democrats who should be held accountable for this tragic display of rank hyper-partisan hypocrisy.

And, did anyone notice that it was the progressive socialist democrats introduced racism, gender, and ageism in this discussion, characterizing Judge Kavanaugh as an elite white man of privilege and the GOP members of the committee as “old white men?”

We are so screwed.

BEHOLD THE COMING OF THE COMMERCIAL MORALITY POLICE

Alex Jones is a kook businessman exploiting that segment of the population that believes in outlandish conspiracy theories to sell his products and services. And, no matter how crazy Jones may really be, it appears that a cabal of virtue-signaling progressive socialist democrats who control major content platforms have informally conspired to ban him from their platforms.

This appears to be the dawn of a new era when the marketplace is being politically manipulated by those who want to give guidance to Adam Smith’s invisible hand to serve as a tool of the “social justice warriors” in protecting the public from the hate that is being promoted by other sites on their platforms.

Upholding Our Values: PayPal’s Position on Infowars
Friday, September 21, 2018 | PayPal

At PayPal, we are guided by a core set of values. Chief among these is inclusion. Our values are a compass for how we behave as a company. Our values are the foundation for the decision we made this week — to end our business relationship with Infowars and its related websites.

We understand this decision will be controversial to some. As a company, we take seriously our responsibility to ensure that our values are at the core of everything we do, and we will take action to stand for our values.

We do not take these actions lightly and we work hard to be rigorous and fair-minded. We undertook an extensive review of the Infowars sites, and found instances that promoted hate and discriminatory intolerance against certain communities and religions that run counter to our core value of inclusion. We believe that hatred and discrimination have no place in our democratic society and, we do not support this conduct.

Striking the necessary balance between upholding free expression and open dialogue and protecting principles of tolerance, diversity and respect for all people is a challenge that many companies are grappling with today. We work hard to achieve the right balance and to ensure that our decisions are values-driven and not political.

We understand, given the current divisions in our democracy, that some of our decisions will be unpopular. But our commitment to our customers and our employees is to consistently live by and uphold our values. Above all, that means working constantly to ensure that PayPal is not used by anyone as a platform for perpetuating hate and discriminatory intolerance.

PayPal

The key sentence,"We undertook an extensive review of the Infowars sites and found instances that promoted hate and discriminatory intolerance against certain communities and religions that run counter to our core value of inclusion," makes me wonder if the same sort of investigation of the Nation of Islam was undertaken?

nol-pp

There is no doubt in my mind that the Nation of Islam promotes hate and discriminatory intolerance against certain communities and religions that run counter to PayPal’s core value of inclusion. More specifically the white community, the nation of Israel, and the region of Judaism. So why doesn’t PayPal’s review extend to all platform users

The progressive New York Times knows what is going on…

Why Louis Farrakhan Is Back in the News

Louis Farrakhan, the 84-year-old head of the Nation of Islam, has been back in the headlines after a previously unreleased photo of him with President Barack Obama was published in January and Mr. Farrakhan gave an anti-Semitic speech at his organization’s annual convention last month.

The Feb. 25 speech, which was given at an event for Saviour’s Day, a religious gathering of the Nation, ran for almost three hours. During it, Mr. Farrakhan said that the “powerful Jews” were his enemies, and that Jews were “responsible for all of this filth and degenerate behavior that Hollywood is putting out turning men into women and women into men,” as well as other incendiary remarks.

A religious fundamentalist whose group has been condemned by the Southern Poverty Law Center, Mr. Farrakhan is fervently opposed to the legitimacy of the state of Israel, and his political positions regarding the country frequently spill over into bigoted remarks about Jews, which is why many public officials have avoided association with him. <Source: New York Times>

Even the progressive CNN knows what is going on…

Minister Louis Farrakhan engaged in a series of anti-Semitic remarks on Sunday.

Farrakhan has led the black nationalist group Nation of Islam since 1977 and is known for hyperbolic hate speech aimed at the Jewish community. During the speech in Chicago, Farrakhan made several anti-Semitic comments, including, "the powerful Jews are my enemy." "White folks are going down. And Satan is going down. And Farrakhan, by God's grace, has pulled the cover off of that Satanic Jew and I'm here to say your time is up, your world is through," he later said. <Source: CNN>

And, the Southern Poverty Law Center…

NATION OF ISLAM

Since its founding in 1930, the Nation of Islam (NOI) has grown into one of the wealthiest and best-known organizations in black America, offering numerous programs and events designed to uplift African Americans. Nonetheless, its bizarre theology of innate black superiority over whites — a belief system vehemently and consistently rejected by mainstream Muslims — and the deeply racist, antisemitic and anti-LGBT rhetoric of its leaders, including top minister Louis Farrakhan, have earned the NOI a prominent position in the ranks of organized hate.

Jews remain the primary target of Farrakhan's vitriol, he is also well known for bashing gay men and lesbians, Catholics and, of course, the white devils, whom he calls "potential humans ... [who] haven't evolved yet." <Source: SPLC>

In Los Angeles, it gets worse…

Los Angeles City Councilman Mitch O'Farrell introduced a proposal to require city staffers to provide a list of all businesses and groups that have a "formal relationship" with the NRA and lay out options for boycotting them. Then there is O’Farrell’s equally repugnant request to the City Council to delay the approval of an agreement between FedEx and the Harbor Department to operate a warehouse and office space because FedEx offers discounted shipping for members of the NRA. In a classic example of dishonest douchebaggery, O’Farrell fails to note that “the pricing program that is the focus of these concerns is not for the NRA itself – it is for American small businesses and consumers that are members of the association.” The Councilman is an openly gay progressive socialist democrat and self-proclaimed justice warrior – who is an American Indian.

Bottom line…

It is a very slippery slope when private businesses become arbiters of truth, taste, social customs, and practices. This is especially true when internet platforms have become such an integral part of American commerce.

Who appointed Facebook, Twitter, and others to determine what is the truth, what is politically unacceptable, and what may affect an election.

It is time to consider legislation that reclassifies these platforms as public utilities and open to all with the limited exceptions of child pornography, illicit drugs, and other illegal activities. Should these platforms continue to act as the morality police, let us then remove the exemption from civil actions for harms relating to materials on the platform. They can’t have it both ways. Open and free to all – or monitored and responsible for their actions.

By no means are we singling out the internet platforms, but are including financial businesses who choose to deny services to legitimate industries and commercial and industrial enterprises.

We are so screwed.

WHEN THE PROGRESSIVES DEMAND AN FBI INVESTIGATION ... IT IS ALL ABOUT DELAY!

Even former Vice President Joe Biden, arguably one of the dumbest members of the United States Senate, knew that using the FBI in 1991 to investigate Supreme Court nominee Clarence Thomas was useless …

biden

Senator Joe Biden

"FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case reach a conclusion, period."

"The reason why I have worked so hard to keep FBI reports totally secret is because they have little or no probative weight, because they are hearsay.”

"FBI does their interviews by walking up to person A and saying will you speak to us, and the guarantee is anonymity. That is what the FBI tells the person, and the FBI speaks to the person. Now, for us to summarily go back and say, as a matter of policy, that we are going to break the commitment the Federal Government makes to an individual, in order to get that individual to cooperate in an investigation, is disastrous."

"And the last thing I will point out, the next person who refers to an FBI report as being worth anything, obviously doesn't understand anything."

"The FBI explicitly does not, in this or any other case reach a conclusion, period, period. So, Judge, there is no reason why you should know this. The reason why we cannot rely on the FBI report, you would not like it if we did because it is inconclusive. They say he said, she said, and they said, period. So when people wave an FBI report before you, understand they do not, they do not reach conclusions. They do not make, as my friend points out more accurately, they do not make recommendations."

And since when does any congressional committee allow the participants to dictate the terms of the hearing, including the number of cameras and the media to be present?

[The accuser’s attorney] Michael Bromwich said in emails sent Tuesday afternoon that he was requesting access for three “robocams,” three specific wire services, photographers from the Associated Press, Reuters and one unspecified service, and a pool reporter for newspapers and magazines. In a follow-up email he specified that the robocams should be operated by “the CSPAN TV pool,” and said he also wanted space for a radio reporter.

This is only one of the “demands” the accuser has made through her attorneys. Some totally outrageous like demanding the accused testify first, followed by the accuser after the accused leaves the room. One can only believe that all of the negotiations are a stall tactic or a dodge to provide a “lack of fairness” excuse if the accused decides not to testify.

Whoops…

It appears, as of this hour, that the second accuser is refusing to testify and referring the committee, through her attorneys, to her unsworn story in the New Yorker magazine. Of course, there is no penalty for lying to the media. Additionally, there is some suggestion that the third accuser, represented by the media whore/attorney Michael Avanatti, may have been a hoax played on the attorney.

Bottom line…

Thursday is a momentous day. Supreme Court nominee Judge Kavanaugh will meet his accuser and the committee will decide on Friday whether or not to release the nomination for a floor roll-call vote by the entire Senate.

If that was not enough titillation for the media, Deputy Attorney General Rod Rosenstein meets President Trump in the White House Oval Office which may decide his short-term future with the Department of Justice. Knowing President Trump does not like to lose control of the daily media cycle, one can only wonder what outrageous thing he might say and do that will counteract coverage of the Kavanaugh hearing.

And let us not forget that the progressive socialist democrats and their media propagandists who told us that the probable cause for the Carter Page FISA warrant was contained in the redacted portions of the documents – and who are now fighting so hard to keep the documents from being declassified and a portion unredacted so the people can plainly see what was done in their name.

We are so screwed.

DIANNE FEINSTEIN DOUBLES DOWN ON KAVANAGH ATTACK

Dear Stephen:

Thank you for contacting me about Judge Brett Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Supreme Court of the United States.  I appreciate you writing to me on this important issue.

I have many concerns about Judge Kavanaugh’s record and his views.  I also have strongly objected to Republicans’ withholding of millions of documents related to Judge Kavanaugh’s years in President George W. Bush’s White House.  The limited White House record we have received indicates that Judge Kavanaugh has given misleading and evasive answers to the Senate Judiciary Committee.  After thoroughly reviewing his judicial opinions and participating in four days of testimony at his nomination hearing, my concerns about Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination have only deepened.

[OCS: One, no other nominee has presented such a rich body of judicial writings as Brett Kavanaugh. Two, because of Kavanaugh’s executive position with the Bush Administration, much of the information sought by the Ranking Democrat cannot be produced without a mass waiver of Executive Privilege and thousands of hours of reviewing and redacting documents – and this is well-known by those who are making the demand. And three, Feinstein’s duty to her Senate Committee, the Senate, and the nation demanded that she not only release the allegations she withheld since July 2018 and pose objective questions to the nominee during the days of private and public hearings.]

A Supreme Court Justice’s decisions will affect the lives of all Americans for generations. Judge Kavanaugh holds highly ideological views on a variety of issues, including the Second Amendment, women’s reproductive rights, and the executive power of the presidency.  For these reasons, as well as Judge Kavanaugh’s misleading testimony and the lack of transparency, I strongly oppose his nomination.  If you would like to read in greater detail the reasons behind my decision, you may find them in my Op-Ed to the Los Angeles Times here: http://www.latimes.com/opinion/op-ed/la-oe-feinstein-kavanaugh-hearings-20180916-story.html

[OCS: One, Feinstein’s assertion that Judge Kavanaugh holds highly ideological views can be translated that the nominee may hold views that run counter to Feinstein’s ideological views. It is impossible to view Feinstein’s assertions with respect to ideological views given that Supreme Court Justice Ruth Bader Ginsberg was an attorney with the ACLU (American Civil Liberties Union) and there was no such corresponding demand for documents and writings between Ginsberg and others at the ACLU. Two, there is nothing in the official record that suggests that the nominee provided misleading testimony. Three, as for the lack of transparency, the nominee has provided more information than any other nominee in modern history.

Grave allegations about Judge Kavanaugh’s character and integrity have also come to light, and serious questions remain about him in this regard, as indicated in information I referred to the FBI.  Due to the gravity of the alleged misconduct, I have called on the White House to direct the FBI to investigate the allegations.  I have also called for the Judiciary Committee to not move forward with Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination until it has received a report from the FBI.  Many questions must be answered before the Senate moves forward on this nominee.

[OCS: Feinstein is being intellectually dishonest. Feinstein refuses to release the letter that she forwarded to the FBI along with her cover letter. But it is well known from reported sources that Dr. Ford’s allegations were vague and without reference to a specific date, time, location, and the number of participants about an event which occurred 36 years ago. In addition, Dr. Ford told her marriage counselor, thirty-years after the fact, she was attacked by four individuals and did not specify names. All of the individuals cited claimed no knowledge of the event or the party mentioned.]

I applaud Dr. Christine Blasey Ford’s courage, especially as we have seen that her decision to come forward publicly has subjected her to attacks.  Sharing an experience involving sexual assault is extraordinarily difficult for any woman, and it is all the more difficult for Dr. Blasey Ford because of public scrutiny. I hope the attacks and shaming of her will stop and that her allegation will be treated with the seriousness it deserves.

[OCS: One wonders how much courage was provided by the activist attorneys and others who helped to stage manage this “last-minute” revelation.]

Once again, thank you for writing.  Should you have any other questions or comments, please call my Washington, D.C., office at (202) 224-3841 or visit my website at feinstein.senate.gov.  You can also follow me online at YouTube, Facebook, and Twitter, and you can sign up for my email newsletter at feinstein.senate.gov/newsletter.

Best regards.

Sincerely yours,
  Dianne Feinstein
         United States Senator

It appears that the progressive socialist democrats want to delay the Kavanaugh confirmation hearings until after the 2018 mid-term election when they hold that the narrow majority held by the Republicans in both the House and Senate flips to Democrat-controlled bodies and they may proceed with destroying the Trump Presidency by refusing to confirm his nominees, refusing to allow his legislative initiatives to come to the floor and to possibly impeach, try, and remove President Trump from office.

Rank political hypocrisy?

Consider Debra Katz, the progressive socialist democrat activist attorney representing Dr. Ford on a sexual allegation by Paula Jones against Bill Clinton…

In trying to legally diminish the Jones case, Katz made several public statements in 1998 regarding the interpretation of valid sexual harassment incidents.  Katz's comments were all in the context of "even if Jones's allegations are true."

  • In March of 1998: "Paula Jones' suit is very, very, very weak.  She's alleged one incident that took place in a hotel room that, by her own testimony, lasted 10 to 12 minutes."
  • In April 1998: "[This was] clearly a one-time incident that took place in 10 to 12 minutes, she was not forced to have sex, she left on her own volition" and thus not enough to create a valid sexual harassment claim.
  • Later in 1998: "If a woman came to me with a similar fact pattern, I would probably tell her that I'm sorry, it's unfair, but you don't have a case." <Source>

And in a case defending Senator Al Franken from the allegations of eight women…

‘This is not a Harvey Weinstein situation,’ said Debra Katz, a civil rights lawyer who handles sexual harassment cases. ‘Harvey Weinstein was a serial predator who used his power to put women in very vulnerable situations. He abused that power by sexually assaulting women. That’s not what this is.’

Ms. Katz also drew a distinction between Mr. Franken’s role as a comedian and that of a senator. ‘Context is relevant,’ she said. ‘He did not do this as a member of the U.S. Senate. He did this in his capacity of someone who was still functioning as an entertainer.’ <Source>

Bottom line…

The progressive socialist democrats are a true fifth column trying to destroy America from within on behalf of its enemies, both domestic and foreign. If there is an FBI investigation, perhaps it should be an investigation of Dianne Feinstein and any possible collusion with Communist China. And, why Feinstein hid the fact that a Chinese spy worked for Feinstein for 20+ years was allowed to retire rather than face prosecution.

We are so screwed.

THE KAVANAUGH SMEAR CONTINUES ...

It is becoming more and more imperative that the GOP protects and extends their voting margin in both the House and the Senate…

Perhaps emboldened by the brazen lies of the Obama Administration officials who have been silently working against President Trump, the progressive socialist democrats appear to be pulling out all stops to keep Judge Brett Kavanaugh from being seated on the Supreme Court and delaying all proceedings until after the 2018 mid-term election. Perhaps they are seeking a Hail-Mary event that would allow the Democrats to recapture the House and possibly the Senate. Thinking that they could then impeach the President, deny confirmation to any conservative Supreme Court Justice, erase any further disclosure of Obama-era wrongdoing and criminality, and capture two seats to turn the court left with the retirement of Ruth Bader Ginsberg.

Now we are seeing the other shoe drop and upping the ante with more graphic detail …

Senate Democrats Investigate a New Allegation of Sexual Misconduct, from Brett Kavanaugh’s College Years

The woman at the center of the story, Deborah Ramirez, who is fifty-three, attended Yale with Kavanaugh, where she studied sociology and psychology.

Later, she spent years working for an organization that supports victims of domestic violence.

The New Yorker
contacted Ramirez after learning of her possible involvement in an incident involving Kavanaugh. The allegation was conveyed to Democratic senators by a civil-rights lawyer.

[OCS: I wonder which radical progressive socialist democrat attorney will pop-up in this case?]

For Ramirez, the sudden attention has been unwelcome, and prompted difficult choices.

She was at first hesitant to speak publicly, partly because her memories contained gaps because she had been drinking at the time of the alleged incident.

[OCS: Notice all of the stories contain significant evidentiary gaps, the use of alcohol, fuzzy memories, and a general reluctance to tell their story until a significant interaction with a progressive socialist democrat attorney.]

In her initial conversations with The New Yorker, she was reluctant to characterize Kavanaugh’s role in the alleged incident with certainty.

After six days of carefully assessing her memories and consulting with her attorney, Ramirez said that she felt confident enough of her recollections to say that she remembers Kavanaugh had exposed himself at a drunken dormitory party, thrust his penis in her face, and caused her to touch it without her consent as she pushed him away.

Ramirez is now calling for the F.B.I. to investigate Kavanaugh’s role in the incident. “I would think an F.B.I. investigation would be warranted,” she said.

[OCS: Anything to delay the hearings, possibly with the FBI trying to coerce an anti-Kavanaugh statement by threatening a “procedural crime” like lying to the FBI. Again, the FBI is conflicted because their actions may be part of a case that is presented to the Supreme Court.]

Ramirez acknowledged that there are significant gaps in her memories of the evening, and that, if she ever presents her story to the F.B.I. or members of the Senate, she will inevitably be pressed on her motivation for coming forward after so many years, and questioned about her memory, given her drinking at the party.

By his freshman year, Kavanaugh was eighteen, and legally an adult. During his confirmation hearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, Kavanaugh swore under oath that as a legal adult he had never “committed any verbal or physical harassment or assault of a sexual nature.”

[OCS: Now we have the specter of a serious perjury charge.]

The New Yorker has not confirmed with other eyewitnesses that Kavanaugh was present at the party. The magazine contacted several dozen classmates of Ramirez and Kavanaugh regarding the incident. Many did not respond to interview requests; others declined to comment, or said they did not attend or remember the party.

[OCS: It appears that there are a number of individuals involved, some of whom could have false memories fed by the over-the-top 24/7 media reporting which is known to pollute jury pools.]

Senate aides from Ramirez’s home state of Colorado alerted a lawyer, Stanley Garnett, a former Democratic district attorney in Boulder, who currently represents her. Ramirez ultimately decided to begin telling her story publicly, before others did so for her. “I didn’t want any of this,” she said. “But now I have to speak.”

[OCS: It wouldn’t be a story without the assistance of the progressive socialist Democrat staffers in the Senate who may themselves attempting to bring down Kavanaugh for career enhancement opportunities.]

<Source>

[OCS: It appears this story was given to Ronan Farrow and Jane Mayer as a consequence of his #metoo reporting against powerful individuals in Hollywood.]

Media-whore Michael Avenatti, the Bizzaro attorney that represents stripper Stormy Daniels…

ma

Bottom line…

HCWD

If we were to condemn everyone who was drunk and may have done stupid things in high school and college, half the government would be excused. Thinking about it, that might not be such a bad thing.

And if it couldn't get more bizarre, media-whore "Attorney Michael Avenatti, of Stormy Daniels fame, claimed on Sunday he represents a different woman with 'credible information' about Kavanaugh that could derail his nomination."

Where does Brett Kavanaugh get his reputation back and how do you restore years of faithful diligent public service and the promotion of women in the law.

We are so screwed.

KAVANAUGH: THE PRETENSE OF FAIRNESS

Only in the United States Senate can perception, posturing, and process outweigh fundamental facts and common sense…

The facts are simple and easily understood.

(1)  The progressive socialist democrats depend on the Courts, and especially the Supreme Court, to advance their unpalatable and toxic agenda whose provisions cannot be enacted through the normal congressional process and signed into law by the President of the United States. Therefore, they must rely on the courts as a form of a  super-legislative body in order to move forward with their plan to fundamentally transform our capitalist system into a totalitarian socialist system under the guise of social and economic justice.

(2)  Unlike the Republicans, the progressive socialist democrats are not squeamish or ashamed of using any means possible to advance their end cause. If something is harmful, hurtful, or a denial of our Constitution, they simply redefine the issue and the language – with nary a concern that their non-traditional definitions and language manipulation are nonsensical and beyond the scope of rationality.

(3)  Which brings us to the Kavanaugh Affair – a fundamentally decent man well qualified to sit on the highest court in the land is faced with allegations of misbehavior. Unfortunately:

(a)  the case can never be tried in a court of competent jurisdiction because there is no court, local, state, or federal that can resolve a matter that occurred 36-years-ago and has laid dormant for at least 30-years when it was vaguely mentioned to a marriage counselor without providing specific details. No law enforcement agency can adequately investigate the decades-old matter.

(b)  the accuser is unable to provide corroborating details such as time, date, location, witnesses, and various other details of the encounter. One of my readers points out that she finds it “fascinating that she cannot recall the year in which this occurred but knows that she was 15.”

(c)  the accuser is a partisan member of the opposition party and is represented by hyper-partisan activist attorneys whose public statement demonstrate their overwhelming hatred for the current administration and of the President of the United States.

(d)  the accuser’s allegations were known to the Ranking Member of the Senate Judiciary Committee for months, and were not shared with other Committee members on either side of the aisle. Even more shameful, the Ranking Member said nothing during the extensive questioning of the nominee in both public and private sessions. There were no follow-up questions about this matter asked of the nominee. And, nothing was said during the nominee’s visits to the individual committee members.

(e)  the allegations were presented to the committee late in the proceedings, with a demand that the proceedings be delayed until the matter can be thoroughly investigated. It is believed that the goal of the opposition party is to delay the nomination until after the 2018 mid-term elections when the balance of power could shift the minority into the majority in both the House of Representatives and the Senate. The opposition has openly spoken of impeaching the President and stalling any further Presidential nominations should the Senate fail to convict and remove the president from office. Additionally, even before the nominee faced a full Senate confirmation vote, there is talk of impeaching the nominee should he be placed on the bench.

(f)  opposition members have already decided that they would vote in opposition to the nominee, thus precluding a fair hearing or any opportunity to change opposition minds and votes.

(4)  What should be done …

(a)  the committee should cancel the public dog-and-pony show on prime time television and take written statements from both the accuser and the accused. Each party will have the opportunity to rebut the allegations and assertions presented. The statements should be made part of the permanent file of the proceedings and open for all to see.

(b)  because it is unlikely that the opposition will change their vote, the Chairman should immediately invoke the vote and along party lines, send the matter to the full Senate.

(c)  the committee should immediately expel the Ranking Member for conduct unbecoming a Senator and the matter be referred to the Senate ethics committee. There should be a formal demand for an investigation, including the production of all documents and messaging to determine if any committee member attempted to collude with the accuser or her representatives to obstruct the legitimate and lawful business of the committee.

Why can we assume there is an organized attempt to destroy Judge Kavanaugh?

DIFI-SMEAR'

This spring, Hillary Clinton’s former campaign press secretary Brian Fallon hired one of Feinstein’s top aides on the Judiciary Committee to help tank President Trump’s Supreme Court picks from the outside. Together, he and Feinstein’s aide — former deputy general counsel Paige Herwig — launched a liberal non-profit group called Demand Justice to lead the left’s attack on GOP nominees.

In early July, after Trump nominated Brett Kavanaugh for the high bench, Fallon stated that their primary goal was to “delay” confirmation hearings for him. Meantime, he outlined plans of attack, including ginning up questions about what Kavanaugh “knew and when he knew it” about allegations of sexual misconduct by a federal judge he once clerked for.

Last month, Blasey Ford took and allegedly passed a polygraph test conducted by a former FBI agent, and hired a law firm headed by major Democratic donors and activists who are working with Demand Justice to smear Kavanaugh as a sexual predator. They’ve created a Web site, IBelieveChristineBlasey.com, that encourages voters to call their senators and ask that they vote against Kavanaugh. The site maintains that “Brett Kavanaugh is NOT credible in his denial. Kavanaugh’s nomination is on the ropes; he has everything to gain by lying. He has already lied, multiple times, under oath before the Senate. There is no reason to trust his word now.”

Blasey Ford’s lead attorney, Debra Katz, at the same time heads a leftist advocacy group funded by liberal megadonor George Soros, who also is funding Demand Justice, which has raised $5 million to sink Trump’s high-court picks. In a new attack ad, the group compares Kavanaugh to “child predator” Judge Roy Moore.

Who paid for Blasey Ford’s polygraph, and who is covering her legal bills? Who leaked her letter to The Washington Post? Katz and Demand Justice did not reply to requests for comment. Nor did Feinstein’s office. <Source>

Since the accuser has no specific details about the event, it is possible that the progressive socialist democrats are using Dr. Ford and are convincing her that the events did happen – until she herself believes they did occur?

Bottom line…

There comes a time when the GOP needs to stand before the American people and uphold, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States against the fifth column of progressive socialist democrats (and their GOP enablers) who want to fundamentally transform America into a third-world socialist nation and one that would be on a parity with China and Russia.

We are so thoroughly screwed.

KAVANAUGH HEARING: DEMOCRAT DISHONESTY -- ENOUGH IS ENOUGH

Chairman Grassley has graciously extended the deadline one day to give the accuser and her attorney's another chance to decide if she wants to publicly testify, thus dragging out a matter that could have been resolved months ago.

There is no doubt in my mind that the sole purpose of the game being played by the progressive socialist democrats, the radical activist attorneys, and their dupe, progressive activist Christine Blasey Ford is simply to delay the Senate confirmation hearings on Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh until after the 2018 mid-term election.

So let's look at the facts as they are now known:

(1)  All of the Democrats on the Committee have pre-announced their intentions to vote against the Kavanaugh nomination so no hearing on the allegations will change a single Democrat vote – but may possibly put enough public pressure on the more liberal members of the Committee to abstain or vote against this well-qualified individual.

(2)  As a transparent delaying tactic, the Democrats have asked the FBI to investigate the matter, full well knowing that the FBI does not have the jurisdiction to investigate a state matter that occurred 36 years ago and is made without corroboration of any kind. In fact, Judge Kavanaugh’s accuser is unable to supply basic details as to location, time, date, individuals present, and other details that would provide even a modicum of credibility to her claim. The fact that she told her marriage counselor 30-years after the fact, again without supplying details other than to suggest she was attacked by four individuals, not two, does not represent a contemporaneous record of the event, nor does it serve to corroborate any details of the alleged attack. And, given the information in the accuser’s school yearbook, it might be assumed that the accuser was blind drunk and cannot remember the details of any attack or the attackers involved.

(3)  The allegations were known since July and yet the ranking committee member, Dianne Feinstein, withheld the allegations from the committee, including her own party’s committee members. During this time, Senator Feinstein did not ask one question relevant to the allegations are either the public or private hearing with Judge Kavanaugh answering questions under oath.

(4)   Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley has bent over backward to accommodate Kavanaugh’s accuser. Offering her a chance to testify in private, in public, in a deposition, and even to send committee staffers to California to obtain her testimony. When presented with a firm deadline to indicate whether or not Ford will testify before the committee, her attorneys attempted to dictate the “terms of her testimony” and then when the deadline neared, tried to further delay the hearing by claiming that such a life-altering matter necessitated another day to make a final decision.

(5)   The conditions set forth by the accuser, such as being allowed to testify AFTER the accused is not only contrary to normal and customary judicial procedure but leaves the accused with nothing to say other than to issue a blanket denial while to accuser can go on-and-on to say almost anything. In fact, the accused demanded that the accused not be in the room when she testifies. Again, contrary to normal and customary judicial procedure.

Bottom line…

Enough is enough.

This Chuck Schumer crap may have worked on Miguel Estrada, Robert Bork, and Clarence Thomas – but it should not be allowed to work again.

Christine Blasey Ford has had every opportunity to testify or be deposed under oath. Ford’s attorneys and public relations counsel are known as progressive socialist democrats and presumed to be part of the resistance to President Trump, his positions, policies, and nominees.

And, if anyone should be held responsible for this shameful performance, it should be Senator Dianne Feinstein who should be expelled from the United States Senate for blatantly and dishonestly manipulating a witness who may be suffering some form of mental trauma.

This is not a game … and the continuing destruction of our institutions is at stake. It is “We the People” who are being defrauded and insulted.

Time to end this shameful charade and pass Judge Kavanaugh’s nomination to the Senate floor for a roll-call vote.
