CALIFORNIA DEMOCRATS RESPOND TO IN-N-OUT BURGER WITH SOCIALIST SOLUTION

The taxpayer-funded burger stand...

It appears that we may have overlooked the second part of the California Democrat Party's plans to open a taxpayer-funded burger chain to target their "underserved" poor and minority base before the election.

Hiring preferences will be based on class warfare and jobs given to the poor, the homeless, the colored (black, brown, red, yellow, green and paisley), and the alphabet community (LGBTQQIP2SAA).

All, including the janitors, will earn a minimum of $30,000 based on a "living wage" of $15/hour with all of the paid leave options available. All will be required to join a union and pay $30/month dues for the privileges of collective bargaining.

Of course, they will serve "mock meat" hamburgers lest they offend the global warming and vegan communities.

Prices for the hamburger, fries, and drinks will be based on your income. And anybody below the $30,000 poverty line can eat free. Addition tax credits for eating at any location will be given to those families who have more than six children (the number of actual fathers and mothers will not be counted).

And, of course, the name, logo, and signage will be standardized across the nation. The burger stands will be located in buildings where the middle-class business owners have been bankrupted by the heavy hand of the progressive socialist democrats that rule California.

HAMMER&PICKLEOriginal Post ...

In one of the most outrageous displays of ignorant fascism, the Chairman of the California Democratic Party, Eric Bauman, has called for the boycott of a legitimate small business, In-N-Out Burger, for making a small donation to the California Republican Party. That this crap-weasel would damage any California business, especially one which employs thousands of people, based on hyper-partisan hysteria and attempt to thwart their rights to free speech is outrageous.

eb1

Eric Bauman needs to resign for the potential damage he has caused a legitimate business exercising their legitimate rights.

Who is this political thug?

bau-1

Bauman, a political operative of the Democrat Party, lives in North Hollywood with his husband, Michael.

Bottom line…

This is another example that the hysterical, shrieking progressive socialist democrats are a clear and present danger to all Californians and California-based businesses. Remember this when you VOTE.

We are so screwed.

LEBRON JAMES ILLUSTRATES WHAT IS WRONG IN BLACK AMERICA

Very rarely do top-tier legendary athletes talk about their lives before fame, and when they do it is usually the type of blather designed by agents, coaches, and handlers. So we should be thankful to the producers of HBO’s new show, “The Shop,” which is a talk-interview show formatted as a conversation in an old-fashioned barbershop. Yes, they still exist but are often found off the beaten path or in small communities.

If the clip is missing, it can be found here.

LB1

Speaking about attending an all-white Catholic school when he was 14 years old, LeBron James notes, “When I first went to the 9th grade in high school, I was like, I’m not f–ing with white people. Like if my… I was so institutionalized growing up in the ‘hood; it’s like, they don’t f—k with us, they don’t want us to succeed. The hierarchy (pointing) and they were here and we underneath this chair. So I’m like, I’m going to this school to play ball, and that’s it. I don’t want nothing to do with white people,’”

Exposing the elemental truth that the blacks were segregated, institutionalized, and exploited by the Democrat Party who supported slavery, segregation, Jim Crow, the KKK, and fought hard against the implementation of civil rights legislation.

And, this institutionalism continues today in the form of progressive socialist democrat class warfare politics where continuing victimhood is exploited for the purpose of obtaining and maintaining political power. With the Democrats offering entitlements, including affirmative action and relaxed standards, and an opportunity to redress historical grievances in return for the black vote and political power.  Aided an abetted by a self-service black leadership that is also about preserving their power by promoting racism and the status quo. Encouraging non-standard speech, dress, and behavior that stresses physical differences and makes assimilation into the broader culture more difficult. Giving blacks a pass when it comes to moral behavior and blaming the collective society rather than the individual perpetrator. Where is the American ideal of responsible fatherhood promoted and practiced? Why does the community accept non-resident, non-child-supporting men that have six children with six women?

And with the Democrats supporting their “brothers and sisters” in the communist-creation Black Liberation Theology which speaks of militancy, revolution, and separatism.

“Black liberation theology actually encourages a victim mentality among blacks. John McWhorters' book Losing the Race, will be helpful here. Victimology, says McWhorter, is the adoption of victimhood as the core of one's identity – for example, like one who suffers through living in "a country and who lived in a culture controlled by rich white people." It is a subconscious, culturally inherited affirmation that life for blacks in America has been in the past and will be in the future a life of being victimized by the oppression of whites. In today's terms, it is the conviction that, 40 years after the Civil Rights Act, conditions for blacks have not substantially changed.” <Source>

Trillions of dollars have been pumped into the fight against poverty, yet the inner cities, governed for decades under progressive socialist democrats, many of them black, remain cesspools of poverty, illiteracy, disease, drugs, and crime. How is it that we have levels of weekly murder and mayhem not see even in war areas like Iraq and Afghanistan? With some of the strictest gun control laws in the nation? And, with all of those willing “protesters” some of whom are eager to burn down or loot their community in protest of a legitimate police encounter? Where law enforcement is despised even though it is that thin blue line that stands between the people and anarchy.

The answer is simple. The progressive socialist democrats and the black leadership do not want things to change. The will avoid any change that upsets their power.

Perhaps Booker T. Washington, prominent and revered education, author, and orator of his day, said it best …

Booker_T-Washington

Bottom line…

How is it that the progressive socialist democrats and their black cohorts are ranting and railing against President Donald Trump when he has done more for the economy, small business, and the black community than former progressive presidents, including Carter, Clinton, Bushes, and even the “great” Barack Hussein Obama who mostly doubled down on the Bush agenda while appointing blacks to visible positions in the administrations.

How is it that black immigrants do better, as a whole, that American blacks? How is it that citizens allow the actual history of black racism and the Democrats to be projected onto the GOP? A GOP who is reluctant to stand up and be counted lest they are labeled racists. Perhaps it is time to point out what voting for the GOP means to the black community.

If America continues to listen to the progressive propaganda and vote Democrat, we are majorly screwed.

RADICAL BLACK PROGRESSIVE ANDREW GILLUM THROWS DOWN THE RACE CARD

A radical black progressive socialist democrat Andrew Gillum, running for Governor of Florida, was quick to throw down the race card using the flimsiest pretext of racializing a colloquialism used by his conservative opponent.

In speaking about his candidacy for Governor of Florida, conservative Republican Ron DeSantis cautioned fellow Republicans, “The last thing we need to do is to monkey this up by trying to embrace a socialist agenda with huge tax increases and bankrupting the state.”

You will notice DeSantis did not reference Gillum but socialism when he uses the phrase “monkey this up.”

andrewgillum

In an interview with Fox News’ in-house progressive, Shepard Smith, Gillum not only jumped in the gutter to throw the race card and trash DeSantis, but then he denied rolling around in the gutter by himself…

When Fox News host Shepard Smith asked Gillum if he thought the comment was racist, Gillum replied: "In the handbook of Donald Trump, they no longer do whistle calls, they're now using full bullhorns." Smith repeated the question and Gillum responded, "I'm not going to get down in the gutter with DeSantis and Trump. There's enough of that going on. I'm going to try to stay high."

The reference to “whistle calls” is political speak for those silent dog whistles which are used to issue commands to a dog, in the political sense code words that silently rally the base. Bullhorns are being used in a racial context by Gillum as a reference to Democrat Bull Connor’s use of a bullhorn when enforcing segregation as the Birmingham, Alabama Commissioner of Public Safety. And what diatribe would be complete without a reference to President Donald Trump and his demonization as a racist by the radical left progressive democrats who are racists?

Why the distraction?

There is a valid reason that Gillum and his party need to use Alinsky tactics to destroy DeSantis. Truth-be-told, Gillum’s radical “Bernie Sanders’ Marxist: platform will not fly in Florida. Imagine telling Floridians who escaped high-tax states that you want to significantly raise taxes? Imagine telling Florida’s large population that you want to impose single-payer healthcare and nationalize health care to the extent of eliminating the average individual’s freedom to seek healthcare, especially in a system that would ration care to those facing end of life situations? Or telling Floridians that everybody should be covered by Medicare, thus destroying healthcare protections of those receiving Medicare benefits and bankrupting the system?

Even the Democrat establishment did not support Gillum who won on a plurality due to the number of candidates in the race.

Bottom line…

The mainstream media is in full “echo chamber” mode SHOUTING RACISM while whispering little or nothing about the FBI investigation into Tallahassee City Hall corruption where Gilliam was the Mayor since 2014. It appears that Gillum wants to turn Florida into another failed radical progressive state like California, New York, and New Jersey. I wonder how the large Cuban population feels about imposing socialism in Florida.

If Floridians vote for this radical activist, look to Florida’s first state income tax because there is no way to pay for Gillum’s gifts and graft.

Even worse, the GOP sees this slander and does nothing.

We are so screwed.

ROBERT REDFORD: THERE IS NO LIMIT OF HOLLYWOOD HYPOCRISY

Once again we have a clear demonstration of the hypocrisy of Hollywood, especially the hypocrisy of those who are progressive socialist democrats…

redford

Robert Redford: I think when you get to the core of American life, it has to do with independence. We were a country founded on independence—we wanted to break away from England—so we were going to have our own rules and our own laws, and guns made that possible. And we needed guns to fight the British, fight the Indians, and all that. So that just sticks.

And somehow, I think guns have become a symbol of our independence and they don’t want to give it up. They see it as an unalienable right that they don’t want to give up, and the NRA moves on it, and just uses that. But I think it’s really, really sad.

It does seem to be an American problem. When you look at a country with few guns like Japan, there aren’t mass shootings. There’s the occasional mass stabbing, but stabbing someone is a far more intimate act than hiding behind the barrel of a gun. <Source>

In Hollywood, they talk socialism, the walk socialism, but they never seem to walk away from the big bucks in gun-related violence as entertainment…

It appears that Robert Redford is out promoting his latest film called “The Old Man and the Gun” about an elderly bank robber named Forrest Tucker. (Coincidently the actor Forrest Tucker’s politics were the same as those other western icons, John Wayne and Charleton Heston who was President of the NRA). The real life Tucker was a “lifelong stickup man and prison escapee.”

Official Synopsis: At the age of 70, Forrest Tucker makes an audacious escape from San Quentin, conducting an unprecedented string of heists that confound authorities and enchant the public. Wrapped up in the pursuit are detective John Hunt, who becomes captivated with Forrest's commitment to his craft, and a woman who loves him in spite of his chosen profession.

As reported by the Associated Press, Redford had the gall to note, “ We’re living in such dark times right now. The hope is that ‘The Old Man and the Gun’ will put a smile on an audience’s face. That’s something I think we could sure use right now.” And couldn’t help but add, “I try not to think about today’s politics. Otherwise, you get too depressed.”

Joined in this film by a radical, dictator-loving, Danny Glover and accused sexual abuser Casey Affleck, the film conveniently overlooks the fact that there is absolutely nothing charming about sticking a gun in another individual’s face and stealing his money.

As for the idiocy of the progressives in this world…

First grader suspended for making gun gesture with finger at Maryland school

A 6-year-old boy was suspended from his Maryland elementary school for making a gun gesture with his finger, pointing it at a classmate and saying "pow." The Washington Post reports the first grader's parents are fighting to remove the disciplinary action, which the school said was due to the child making a "threat" to shoot another student in December, from the child's record. The school says the child pointed his finger at a female student in his class as if it were a gun and said "pow." The school says the child had been warned before about similar behavior, but chose to do it anyway. <Source>

SIX-YEAR-OLD CHILD SUSPENDED FOR MAKING GUN SHAPE WITH HAND

The latest case zero tolerance madness has occurred in Colorado Springs, as a first-grader has been suspended from school for pointing his fingers in the shape of a gun. It’s a familiar tale, as Elijah Thurston became just another in a long list of children to be punished for innocent imaginary play. The boy allegedly made the gun shape with his hand and said, “You’re dead” while pointing at another child in his class. Elijah was given a one day suspension for “threats against peers”, and was forced to undergo a lecture from a school administrator at Stratton Meadows Elementary School, regarding “what it means to be dead.” <Source>

8-Year-Old Florida Boy Suspended for Making Gun Shape With Fingers: ‘It Was a Game’

A pretend game of cops and robbers landed a Florida elementary school boy with a very real suspension after he made a pretend gun with his thumb and index finger. The mother of 8-year-old Jordan Bennett said her son was only playing with his friend at Harmony Community School in St. Cloud. She fears his one-day suspension, which was handed down Friday, wrongly labels Jordan as a violent person. “There was nothing in his hand. He used his thumb and index finger,” Bonnie Bennett told WKMG-TV. “It was a game.  He made no threatening advances or threats to harm anyone. No words were said.” <Source>

10-year-old suspended for making fingers into shape of gun

“Ten-year-old Nathan Entingh doesn't understand why he got suspended from school for three days. According to his father, Paul Entingh, one moment the boy was "goofing off" with his friends in fifth-grade science class, and the next the teacher was taking him out of the classroom, invoking Ohio's zero-tolerance policy. The offense? Nathan was "making his fingers look like a gun, having the thumb up and the pointed finger sticking out," said Entingh, describing the February 26 incident.” <Source>

I guess the moral of the Redford picture is “don’t do as I do, do as I say.” At six, I had cap pistols and a cap rifle; at eight,  I had a bb-gun and a real bow and arrow set; at nine, a pellet gun; at ten, a .22 caliber rifle; and twelve, I got my first .22 “six-shooter.”  Of course, I had my dad – an old-fashioned Democrat – to show me how to be safe. Since I was a Cub Scout, I have carried a pocket-knife. And for those who say, “different times,” I say – parental involvement, supervision, and a neighborhood where any adult could discipline you on the spot. (You got a second dose when you arrived home.) We had a police officer for a neighbor along with members of the entertainment community who were just ordinary hard-working folks. Lloyd Bridges taught me how to swim in a special above-ground tank a neighbor (who worked at nearby Douglas Aircraft) had built for the studios out of riveted aluminum and conveniently built a smaller one in his backyard. I have Black friends, Asian friends, an Indian friend – and they were all my playmates – likely to be found at our table or me at theirs. The community was a community, and you not only knew your neighbors but volunteered a hand when someone needed something. I went to NRA gun safety classes and had a great time with my friends on the range or shooting rats at the dump. Days that are impossible to repeat – mostly because those who spout socialist nonsense, swear allegiance to the collective, eschew individualism and want to turn rambunctious little boys into obedient little girls.

Bottom line…

As a life member of the National Rifle Association (Patrol Level), I detest and deplore Redford’s attitude. This progressive socialist democrat is a multi-millionaire, isolated from the craziness in the real world, and believes he knows best how we should live our lives. Too bad Redford is so progressive that he doesn’t understand that guns are not a symbol of our independence, that would be the Declaration of Independence and the United States Constitution. The old west was always about individualism, self-empowerment, and a land where men were men, women were women, and you knew right from wrong.

We are so screwed.

LANNY DAVIS: LAWYER, LOBBYIST, LIAR, AND PURVEYOR OF FAKE NEWS & OTHER FALSEHOODS

Update: 08/28/2018 -  According to FARA (Foreign Agents Registration Act), it appears that Lanny Davis is an active foreign agent of a pro-Moscow Ukrainian oligarch with direct ties to Russian President Vladimir Putin.   How is it that Special Counsel Robert Mueller is running around looking for a link between the Trump's associates and the Russians  -- and failing to note that many of the Obama and Hillary Clinton groups have direct relationships with Russians? <Source>

Original Post...

There is little doubt in my mind that Lanny Davis, the Yale-trained lawyer is both a douche-nozzle and a source of fake news…

lanny-davis-and-hillary-clinton

From a column penned by Lanny Davis on July 15, 2016

Hillary Clinton has acknowledged, with the wisdom of hindsight, that she made a mistake in using one device for sending personal and business emails rather than using two when she was secretary of state, and in sending all of her emails to a private server.

[OCS: This is a bald-faced lie as it is well-known that Hillary Clinton used a number of devices during her activities while in office and that the FBI reports at least two of these devices were physically destroyed by Justin Cooper, an aide to former President Bill Clinton who also happened to be involved with the setup and administration of the email server. The FBI said it identified 13 mobile devices used to possibly send emails using Clinton's private email server. <Source>

It also appears that Cooper had access to classified information although he did not have a current security clearance.]

I respect and agree with FBI Director James Comey’s conclusion, speaking on behalf of a unanimous team of FBI professionals, investigators and expert technologists, that there was no criminal conduct. Almost all of the former prosecutors and experts with whom I have consulted agree with that conclusion, including a former inspector general of the National Security Agency.

[OCS: There is little doubt that former FBI Director James Comey deliberately misread the law and inserted the element of “intent” where none exists to find her not worthy of prosecution although he provided the damning evidence of a prima facie case of her guilt.]

Read further lies at No 'Extreme Carelessness' With Hillary's Emails

One wonders why Davis who had vigorously and vociferously defended Bill Clinton and his sexual escapades, Penn State and their sex-related issues, Hillary Clinton, and various dictators and despots have any credibility left and why he continues to receive invitations to appear on television, radio, and in the print media as a legitimate source of news?

Lanny Davis, the “fake news machine…”

Lanny Davis admits he was source for CNN's Trump Tower story, lied about it on air

Michael Cohen’s attorney has acknowledged being an anonymous source for the disputed CNN Trump Tower story and also admitted lying on TV about his involvement.

Lanny Davis told Buzzfeed News on Monday evening that he was a source for the story claiming that President Trump had personal prior knowledge of a controversial Trump Tower meeting with Russians — a story the Cohen camp has since repudiated. “I made a mistake,” Mr. Davis said. Both Mr. Davis and Cohen, who entered into a plea deal last week with Special Counsel Robert Mueller, have backed away from the Trump Tower story in the past week, though CNN stands behind it.

The article cited the plural “sources with knowledge.”

But as other news outlets wrote stories “matching” the CNN scoop, which if true would contradict the president’s repeated and public denials of any knowledge of the meeting, Mr. Davis was eagerly confirming the story to those other outlets. The New York Post and the Washington Post each has publicly named Mr. Davis as their confirming source for their Trump Tower meeting stories, despite initial grants of anonymity. <Source>

So much for the credibility and veracity of reports from anonymous sources appearing in mainstream media outlets.

Bottom line…

What most stories fail to point out is that the Trump Tower meeting was not an illegal or prohibited activity for candidate Trump or his campaign committee. The “Russians” who represented that they had dirt on Hillary Clinton were in fact linked to Fusion GPS, the home of the Steele Dossier, a disinformation campaign funded by the Hillary Clinton campaign and the Democrat National Committee through cutout attorney Marc Elias of the Perkins Coie law firm.

If there was any collusion with the Russians is was at the behest of the Obama Administration and Hillary Clinton. DHS confirmed that the Russian lawyer Natalia Veselnitskaya was granted special entry to the United States on multiple occasions in 2015 and 2016 at the request of the Justice Department. She was involved with the asset forfeiture relating to a Russian as well as lobbying as an unregistered lobbyist against the Magnitsky Act which sanctioned Russian oligarchs and prevented them from doing business in the United States. Not so coincidently, Veselnitskaya met with Glenn Simpson the founder of Fusion GPS before and after the meeting in Trump Tower. All concerned said there was no dirt about Hillary Clinton and it was mostly about a future Trump Administration repealing the Magnitsky Act.

There is no doubt that this is the largest political scandal in the history of the United States and one that threatens to severely damage the U.S. Constitution and the Rule of Law. It is a blatant attempt by the Obama Administration to politicize the nation’s intelligence and law enforcement agencies and to influence a presidential election. Not to mention the ongoing attempt of the progressive socialist democrats to oust a sitting president on “trumped-up” charges.

Remember this when you vote. Voting for any Democrat is tantamount to endorsing the downfall of the United States of America as we know it and setting America on the road to becoming a third-rate nation like Venezuela.

We are so screwed.

GET OUT THERE AND VOTE!

CALIFORNIA PROGRESSIVES STEAL HAWAII'S OFFICIAL SPORT

SURF01

With all this progressive double-talk about cultural appropriation, and as the progressive socialist democrats are wont to say, let’s get real.

Surfing originated in Hawaii, not Southern California. Long before fiberglass shaped boards, there was the legendary surfer Duke Paoa Kahinu Mokoe Hulikohola Kahanamoku (August 24, 1890 – January 22, 1968) and his longboard who did more to popularize surfing than anyone in California.

So Jerry Brown, the Governor of the State of California, needs to apologize to the Governor of the State of Hawaii for his signature on legislation that culturally appropriates Hawaii’s signature sport.

This is so wrong…

Assembly Bill No. 1782 - CHAPTER 162

An act to add Section 424.7 to the Government Code, relating to state government. Approved by Governor August 20, 2018. Filed with Secretary of State on August 20, 2018.

LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST

Existing law establishes the state flag and the state’s emblems, including, among other things, the golden poppy as the official state flower and the California redwood as the official state tree.

This bill would establish surfing as the official state sport.

BILL TEXT

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS:

SECTION 1. The Legislature finds and declares all of the following:

(a) Surfing is an iconic California sport.

(b) It is important to recognize that surfing traces its origins to the Polynesian people and was imported into California from indigenous Hawaii. Since its arrival in California, surfing has been embraced by the state and many Californians have made important contributions to the sport as we know it today.

[OCS: Wonderful, a hat-tip to Hawaii.]

(c) California is home to a number of world-famous surf breaks like Malibu, Trestles, Mavericks, Rincon, Steamer Lane, and Huntington, which are destinations for both domestic and international surfers. It is important to remember that California’s coastline is not only home to these surf breaks, but is also the ancestral homeland to indigenous peoples like the Chumash in Malibu, known as “Humaliwu” in the Chumash language, and Rincon, the Acjachemen in Trestles, known as “Panhe” in the Acjachemen language, the Amah Mutsun in Steamer Lane, the Ohlone in Mavericks, and the Acjachemen and Tongva shared territory in Huntington Beach, known as “Lukupangma” in the Tongva and Acjachemen language. These indigenous people continue to live in these ancestral homelands today and have embraced the sport of surfing in these areas.

[OCS:  I am unaware of any significant number of indigenous American Native Americans surfing in California. Translating words into “native language” means little or nothing other than a shameless ploy to legitimize the indefensible. As for the geographic features which lend themselves to surfing do nothing to legitimize this cultural appropriation.]

(d) It is important to acknowledge that the Acjachemen were instrumental in saving Trestles from potential destruction by a proposed toll road in 2008, due to Panhe’s recognition as an ancient Acjachemen village site by the California Coastal Commission.

[OCS: Can you say progressive scam to control beachfront property? ]

(e) Every year, California surf breaks host numerous domestic and international surf events, including the International Surf Festival in the Cities of Hermosa Beach, Manhattan Beach, Redondo Beach, and Torrance, the U.S. Open of Surfing in Huntington Beach, the Mavericks Big Wave Surf Contest in Half Moon Bay, and the Founders’ Cup of Surfing in Lemoore.

[OCS: Both Hawaii and Australia have bigger waves and better contests than California.]

(f) California is home to the Surfers’ Hall of Fame, the International Surfing Museum, and the California Surf Museum.

[OCS: Nothing like traffic and money-generating attractions. Perhaps, California’s signature animal should be the mouse in honor of Disney?]

(g) California’s coastline spans 1,100 miles and its beaches and coastal areas generate $1.15 trillion in economic activity annually.

[OCS: Comparatively few of those dollars can be directly attributable to surfing and equipment sales.]

(h) California is the heart of the surfboard building industry, which has innovated surfboard technology and pioneered sustainable manufacturing practices and techniques.

[OCS: I remember when Southern California was the heart of the aircraft manifesting industry, yet the state bird is not the iconic DC-3. Not to mention the world famous Clover Field (Santa Monica Airport) or the Lockheed Skunk Works in Burbank.]

(i) The world’s first neoprene wetsuit, a modern staple of surfing, was invented in California’s San Francisco Bay area.

[OCS: If I remember correctly, it was invented for divers and a lightweight version appropriated by surfers for the colder waters of Northern California.]

(j) California pioneered the science of surf forecasting at the University of California’s Scripps Institution of Oceanography. Surf forecasting allows surfers around the world to predict when and where to go surfing.

[OCS: As I remember this, it was done for economic reasons involving tides and commerce, and it is part of weather forecasting – hardly a science given the results of long forecasts beyond 14-days.]

(k) California’s surfing culture is taking a national and global leadership role in promoting sustainability as a core value, while also placing a high value on environmental protection and stewardship, in order to preserve the ocean, waves, coastline, and wildlife that make the state such a unique place to surf, live, and visit.

[OCS: Now we get down to it. The progressive socialist democrats and the environmentalists have invented a new way to control beach front property and large portions of coastal waters. Save the surfers!]

SEC. 2.

Section 424.7 is added to the Government Code, to read: 424.7.  Surfing is the official state sport.

Bottom line…

Yes, there have been numerous equipment improvements made in California, but the sport itself is unchanged. If anything, California is known for skateboards and rollerblades. Not as glamorous as surfing, but more widely practiced on almost every street in Southern California and much of the nation.

Somehow, I believe this is an environmental scam to grab or control beachfront property by the politicians.

We are so screwed.

PROGRESSIVE FIFTH COLUMN LEADER KEITH ELLISON

Representative Keith Ellison (D-MN) has been in the news lately over allegations he abused his former girlfriend.

enemies-1

But you will notice that the progressive mainstream media tends to downplay Ellison’s past – when Keith X had a tight relationship with the racist, anti-America, anti-Semitic, anti-white Nation of Islam leader Louis Farrakhan who preaches black separatism and communist black liberation theology to his cult – often surrounded by paramilitary goons.

Not to mention that Ellison is the first Muslim elected to Congress.

And almost ignores totally Erwin Marquit, the communist who help to launch Keith Ellison’s career much in the same manner that domestic terrorists Bill Ayers and his wife Bernadine Dohrn helped to launch the career of Barack Hussein Obama. Marquit was a well-known Marxist University of Minnesota professor and was the 1974 Communist Party gubernatorial candidate in Minnesota.

A trifecta of radicalism and anti-America sentiment that should have worried any American who is dedicated to America, our Constitution, and the freedoms we enjoy – unlike Islamic countries where terrorists roam unmolested and human rights for women, gays, and others who speak against the ruling theocracy or the religion itself. Not a man that should have access to government secrets and power.  A man who routinely denigrates law enforcement and defends cop-killers like Sharif Willis, Mumia Abu-Jamal, and Assata Shakur. All while blacks are slaughtered by blacks and the division and hatred put into the black community by demagogues like Ellison limits citizens from cooperating with law enforcement.

Both men were rising to high positions within the Democrat party where their access to strategic information is virtually unlimited.

Senator Joseph McCarthy (R-WI) may have been a nasty, drunken demagogue, but history has proven him right. Right about the communist and Soviet infiltration of our government, universities, the entertainment industry, and other institutions, organizations, and corporations. Right about the Soviet use of closeted homosexuals as easily-compromised spies who were disaffected by the mistreatment of homosexuals. McCarthy also believed that the ACLU was a communist front group and the Democrats were riddled with traitors.

Bottom line,

Call me a racist, but it is time we stopped those progressive socialist democrats – especially those in the Congressional Black Caucus – who hate America and form a fifth column to destroy American from within. Aided and abetted by the progressives within the GOP, many of whom were progressive socialist democrats before they found it was easier to run in the GOP rather than wait their turn for office in the Democrat Party.

So much crime, corruption, and un-American activity in the Democrat Party should be noted when it comes time to vote. I do not know whether or not Ellison abused his then-girlfriend, but I do know that he has a dodgy anti-America background. America needs men like Col. Allen West, not communists or communist-sympathizers like Ellison.

We are so screwed.

BRET STEPHENS: THE "CONSERVATIVE" SCHMUCK AT THE NEW YORK TIMES

It never fails to amaze me that Bret Stephens is considered a conservative who reveres the U.S. Constitution when he is so openly blind to the machinations of Hillary Clinton and is the embodiment of the never-Trump movement. '

The single most important thing that Bret Stephens does not understand is that the impeachment of a president is reserved for actions that a sitting president has taken while in office and acting as the President of the United States -- not what occurred before he was in office nor what he says or does while campaigning.

Second, if using a non-disclosure agreement is a criminal matter under the FEC (Federal Election Committee rules, why are the legislators in Congress who used taxpayer funds and NDAs to cover-up sexual abuse not prosecuted for campaign violations made in their name? Definitely these payments of so-called "hush money" influenced their individual campaigns.

Third, the President will find it difficult to defend himself against these false and scurrilous allegations because the Special Prosecutor, Robert Mueller, will never take these matters into court because his entire appointment and prosecution is illegitimate under the Constitution and there was no criminal predicate to turn a counterintelligence investigation into a criminal investigation. And the last thing they want to do is to explain to the court how opposition research became the raison d'être for spying on Americans and political campaigns. So we are left with indefensible allegations from a partisan advocate that will be contained in a report to be leaked to Congress and the media.

Opinion – by Bret Stephens, New York Time Opinion Columnist – August 22, 2018

Donald Trump’s High Crimes and Misdemeanors
The principled case for impeachment is clear. What’s missing is the courage.

bs

For all of my opposition to Donald Trump, I have long been skeptical of the political wisdom or evidentiary basis of efforts to impeach him.

At least that was my view until this week. Michael Cohen’s guilty plea changes this. The Constitution’s standard for impeachment is “Treason, Bribery, or other high Crimes and Misdemeanors.” The standard is now met.

[OCS: Since the standard for impeachment is not well-understood by many attorneys, and it appears some constitutional law professors, it is an act of hubris that Bret Stevens, who is not an attorney nor a constitutional law expert, could assert that the “standard is now met” when he clearly should have stated, “I believe that the standard has now been met.”]

Trump’s longtime fixer acknowledged in court on Tuesday that he violated campaign finance laws by paying hush money to two women “in coordination with and at the direction of a candidate for federal office.” That means Trump. That means that, as a candidate, Trump is credibly alleged to have purposefully conspired with Cohen to commit criminal acts. That means the duo did so “for purposes of influencing [an] election for Federal office,” which is the legal definition of a campaign contribution.

[OCS: While Cohen may have violated campaign finance laws, there is no proof that Donald Trump’s actions rise to a violation of campaign finance laws.

As for characterizing the payments associated with a Non-Disclosure Agreement as “hush money,” would that same characterization apply to the thousands of NDA’s executed each and every year, most to prevent reputational damage and reduce the possibility that a hateful or rogue personality could capitalize on non-public personal or corporate information?

And let us not forget, it wasn’t Donald Trump that violated the terms and conditions of the NDA, but the party who appears to have attempted to extort additional funds from Donald Trump now that he was running for high office. Possible in collusion with, or at the direction of, progressive democrat operatives?

One, can you believe an individual who appears to have been coerced, some might say tortured, into “confessing” his actions on behalf of Donald Trump.

Two, what Cohen did as an attorney, an advocate, for Donald Trump under the direction of Donald Trump presents a thorny issue. What if Donald Trump was free to undertake the actions he directed Cohen to perform as an attorney, but if Cohen performed those same actions without direction, they might give rise to civil and criminal consequences?

Three, since there were no court proceedings against Donald Trump before a trier of fact, we do not know that Trump’s actions rose to the level of being a crime or even civilly impermissible.

And four, while Trump’s personal actions may have had an effect on his candidacy, there is no ruling or adjudication proving that these actions were illegal. In fact, had Donald Trump used campaign funds for such a personal matter, he would have most surely violated the campaign finance rules and regulations. Since everything a candidate does, or does not do, may affect a campaign, is Bret Stephens suggesting that the campaign finance laws affect the personal, non-political, actions of a candidate even though the action may be have occurred prior to the campaign and taken for personal reasons?]

It also means that, as president, Trump allegedly sought to conceal the arrangement by failing to note in his 2017 financial disclosure forms his reimbursements to Cohen. The president most likely continues to lie to the American people about the nature and purpose of those payments.

[OCS: If Stephens is so positive that Trump’s actions were criminal in nature, why use the term allegedly – when Stephens is convinced that Trump did conceal his actions.

If Donald Trump believed that these NDAs were personal matters and paid out of personal or corporate funds, there would be no compelling reason for him to disclose the payments on any financial disclosure. As for his reimbursement of any payments to Cohen, attorneys, in their practice of law, often front funds to a client trusting they will be reimbursed when billed.

As for a candidate or even the President of the United States lying: one, they are not under oath; and two, his lies did not even rise to the level of former President Barack Obama lying about the healthcare of American citizens, the failure of the American government to protect at risk individuals in Benghazi, Libya, or any of the other scandals that swirled around the Obama White House.]

The Trumpian rebuttal to these charges is that Cohen is a sleazy lawyer and proven liar. And that the most prominent attempt to prosecute a political figure for violating campaign-finance laws — involving former Democratic senator and 2004 vice-presidential candidate John Edwards — failed in court. And that campaign-finance violations don’t rise to the level of impeachable offenses, anyway.

[OCS: In addition to being a sleazy lawyer and proven liar, he is a self-confessed criminal whose tax evasion and other financial crimes had absolutely nothing to do with Donald Trump.

One wonders nobody was mentioning another disbarred attorney, Russia-born Evgeny Naumovich Freidman, known as Gene Freidman, who was an associate and mentor of Cohen in a number of taxi medallion deals and who is cooperating with investigators and prosecutors to cut his own deal for possible tax evasion and other crimes.]

But if Cohen’s lies as Trump’s lawyer are one thing, lying under oath to a federal judge is quite another. Cohen’s sentencing isn’t until December when he’s expected to be sent to prison for up to five years. If he's untruthful, that leaves plenty of time for any deceits to come to light. Ask yourself: Does he look like a guy eager to have his sentence doubled?

[OCS: Might it be more likely than not that Cohen will do or say anything to avoid a long prison sentence and reduce some of the outrageous attorney’s fees that will eventually bankrupt him. In fact one wonders who is actually paying his TV-lawyer/mouthpiece, a known Clinton operative and apologist, Lanny Davis.]

To suggest that this doesn’t amount to a felonious act also doesn’t pass the smell test. The president is now, in effect, an unindicted co-conspirator on charges already prosecuted by the government as a criminal matter against Cohen. Why should a lighter standard apply to Trump, since he’s the one at whose direction Cohen claims to have carried out the payments?

[OCS: Assuming, once again, that Trump’s actions rise to the level of a crime and not simply one of those easily overlooked regulations that results in a campaign fine – like the $375,000 fine paid by the Obama campaign to the FEC for his 2008 campaign reporting violations and other unlawful activities. Hardly a “felonious” act.]

If breaking the law (by lying under oath) to conceal an affair was impeachable, why is breaking the law (by violating campaign-finance laws) to conceal an affair not impeachable?

[OCS: Stephens you schmuck, perjury is a major criminal offense, and as we have seen with the FEC’s fines for Obama’s 2008 campaign, campaign violations do not rise to that level of seriousness. And because Cohen pleaded guilty to a felony or felonies – most having nothing to do with the Russians or Donald Trump, it does not mean that the matter was adjudicated in a court of competent jurisdiction under a trier of fact. Therefore, Trump has not been accused of a crime by any authority with standing – except by schmucks in the mainstream media.]

If “cheating the electoral system” (by means of a burglary) was impeachable, why is cheating the electoral system (by means of illicit hush money) not impeachable?

[OCS: Huh? Again, Stephens in a schmuck. If one wants to look at campaign tampering, one need look no farther than Hillary Clinton’s alleged collusion with Debbie Wasserman Schultz, Chair of the Democrat National Committee, to disadvantage Bernie Sanders during the primary process. If one wants to adopt Stephens’ position, why not ask why the staged dismissal of Hillary Clinton’s violation of the Espionage Act should not be treated similarly and everyone involved fired and prosecuted for interfering with an election. Hillary Clinton lost because she was unlikeable and her campaign believed spreadsheets over seasoned political operatives on the ground in battleground states.]

If cheating “our institutions” (by means of an “assault” in “every way” on the legal system) is impeachable, why is cheating those institutions (by means of nonstop presidential mendacity and relentless attacks on the Justice Department and the F.B.I.) not impeachable?

[OCS: Does Stephens’ schmuckery never end? Truth be told, the high-ranking members of the DOJ/FBI/DNI/CIA should all be investigated, prosecuted for attempting to cripple a Presidential candidate and disrupt a constitutionally-valid branch of government.]

Pragmatists will rejoin that there’s no sense in advocating impeachment when the G.O.P. controls Congress. I’m sorry that so many congressional Republicans have lost their sense of moral principle and institutional self-respect, but that’s a reason to seek Democratic victories in the fall. The Constitution matters more than a tax cut. What the Constitution demands is the impeachment and removal from office of this lawless president.

Bret L. Stephens joined The Times as an Op-Ed columnist in 2017 after a long career with The Wall Street Journal, where he was deputy editorial page editor and a foreign affairs columnist. Before that he was the editor in chief of The Jerusalem Post.

Bottom line …

Bret Stephens is described by members of the media as a conservative writer at the New York Times. After reading some of his work, I wonder if he was ever a conservative and now simply an ordinary communist-like writer working in the New York equivalent of Pravda?

The Trump matter has been the biggest lie told in the history of our nation. It rises to the level of a constitutional crisis and should the progressive socialist democrats regain control over the House and/or the Senate, the beginning of the end of America as we know it.

Every place you look, the democrats wreak havoc and destruction. They fear a president who cannot be shamed by the media and speaks his mind. They fear that the power they have inserted into the bureaucracy will be challenged as the President shrinks government and cuts back regulations which criminalize almost every aspect of human life.

We are so screwed. Remember this when you vote. The Constitution and your life are on the line.

WHY BLACKS AND PROGRESSIVES ARE PRODUCING ANOTHER GENERATION OF RACISTS.

Can you even imagine what outrage would be expressed if someone referred to Michael Brown as “some guy from Ferguson?”

The unwritten rules …

  • Everything is about race and must be viewed through the socialist prism of identity politics, racism, and couched in the language of “equality.”
  • Black Lives Matter, and it is racist to suggest that All Lives Matter.
  • It is acceptable to denigrate law enforcement and suggest they are killing black men, women, and  children even though the weekly slaughter of blacks by blacks is not occurring, much of the black community refuses to assist law enforcement, and than the great majority of those blacks killed by police were initiated by a criminal activity or running from the police.
  • It is acceptable for the mainstream media to give airtime to outrageous people with the intent of breaking through the normal broadcasting noise to generate audience attention. Even when such “woke” broadcasting appears to be failing to attract ratings. Very rarely do you have the media host a conservative educated man such as Thomas Sowell, Walter Williams, or man of achievement (outside of sports) when they much rather air the views of a progressive socialist democrat racist like Cornel West.
  • It doesn’t matter what subject is being discussed as long as it can be tied to the demise or denigration of Donald Trump, the constitutionally-elected President of the United States who is considered to be somehow “illegitimate.”

A change in attitude when called out for her comment that diminished the death of an American citizen in the promotion of her political viewpoint and agenda…

Yesterday I said something flippant that was unintended. Mollie Tibbets was a promising young woman who lost her life. My hope is that her family will find peace & justice and that her murder is not used to justify a discriminatory immigration policy. #Apologiesaremyown.

— Christina Greer (@Dr_CMGreer) August 22, 2018

It’s not so much about being black as it is being progressive and advancing your toxic agenda…

ew1

In response to a CNN question on Mollie Tibbets, whiter-than-white faux-American Indian socialist/communist Senator Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) replied, “I’m so sorry for the family here, and I know this is hard not only for her family but for the people in her community, the people throughout Iowa. But one of the things we have to remember is we need an immigration system that is effective, that focuses on where the real problems are. Last month, I went down to the border, and I saw where children had been taken away from their mothers. I met with those mothers — who had been lied to, who didn’t know where their children were, who didn’t have a chance to talk to their children. And there was no plan for how they would be reunified with their children. I think we need immigration laws that focus on people who pose a real threat and I don’t think mamas and babies are places where we should be spending our resources. Separating a mama from a baby does not make this country safer.”

Totally ignoring that the open border to Mexico is a threat to our sovereignty, safety, and security. Not to mention that Tibbets would be alive if this illegal alien were not in this country. Or that this is not an isolated incident, but one of many criminal activities that occur each day that involve illegal aliens who are rapidly changing our social, political, and economic future.

Bottom line…

I cannot even begin to imagine what it might be like sitting in the professor’s classroom where my grade depended on regurgitating her political agenda and nonsense.

There should be little or no doubt that our educational system is riddled with radical racists, socialists, and communists who promote negativity, racial strife, and whose agenda includes the disruption and destruction of American values American culture, and American sensibility. How else can you explain an educational system that pretends to be academically responsible when courses are designed around identity politics and the individual failures of individuals to integrate, assimilate, and thrive under existing conditions? Almost ever hyphenated-studies course is predicated on American colonialism, oppression, and the patriarchy of the old white men who founded this country and made it the most extraordinary society in the history of mankind. (Yes, I said mankind!). This predisposition toward the negative ensures constant division, turmoil, and anarchy rather than trying to better society. Exploiting the meme of the angry black to get a pass for what would be unacceptable behavior if it involved any other class of people.

One might ask, why is it that American Blacks are underachievers and a disproportionate number of them are irresponsible, engage in criminal activities, or promote radical politics of separation rather than unification? Especially when Backs from third-world countries enter America and thrive – achieving and prospering as they move up the social and cultural ladder. Same with most immigrant classes.

We are screwed when the media promotes all that is negative about America and tries to subvert our constitution.
