As we go about our daily tasks, let us for a moment consider the service of Senator John McCain, a prisoner of war who suffered terribly at the hands of our enemy while just mere miles away a far-left liberal, Jane Fonda, laughed and sat on an anti-aircraft gun as she called our American troops “war criminals.

Aside from visiting villages, hospitals, schools, and factories, Fonda also posed for pictures in which she was shown applauding North Vietnamese anti-aircraft gunners, was photographed peering into the sights of an NVA anti-aircraft artillery launcher, and made ten propagandistic Tokyo Rose-like radio broadcasts in which she denounced American political and military
leaders as "war criminals." She also spoke with eight American POWs at a carefully arranged "press conference," POWs who had been tortured by their North Vietnamese captors to force them to meet with Fonda, deny they had been tortured, and decry the American war effort. <Source>

And an accounting which is not complete …

For some as yet unexplained reason, John McCain approved legislation which has kept Americans from getting a full accounting of our MIAs from Viet Nam.

The legislation ensured that “… the Defense Department is not obligated to tell the public about prisoners believed alive in captivity and what efforts are being made to rescue them. It only has to notify the White House and the intelligence committees in the Senate and House. The committees are forbidden under law from releasing such information.” For those who wish to read an interesting article on McCain’s efforts to prevent a full and complete accounting of MIAs, it can be found at “ The War Secrets Sen. Bottom line …

Our nation and each citizen owes an unpayable debt to those who risk life and limb to protect our right to prosper or protest in complete freedom from a totalitarian government.

  • If you see a soldier in uniform, thank them for their service – especially since it is entirely voluntary. If you see a veteran down on his luck, extend a helping hand.
  • Do not let our people and our government forget the sacrifice made by our troops.
  • Do not let those who would denigrate and demean our military go unchallenged.
  • Do not let the media spin a story that is contemptuous of those who protect our freedom without pointing out that it may have been the actions relatively few individuals involved and they do not represent the military.

And, no matter what the spin, you are not a private citizen exercising your “free speech rights” when you give aid and comfort to America’s enemies by making propaganda announcements --  you are a traitor.

Most of all, tell those in the far-left who are openly anti-military and anti-America where to step off. <insert strong language message here>

A BETTER IDEA: RENAME THE NAACP TO THE NATIONAL ASSOCIATION FOR THE ADVANCEMENT OF THE COMMUNIST PARTY

It appears that Alice Huffman, the president of the California NAACP (National Association for the Advancement of Colored People) wants to declare the Star-Spangled Banner as being racist because “It's racist. It doesn't represent our community.” Which is a true statement if her organization is comprised, not of Americans, but of racist-Americans who are attempting to divide America by race, class, and gender for the purposes of fomenting revolution and gaining political power. Perhaps, should truth-in-advertising prevail, why shouldn’t the NAACP be renamed as the National Association for the Advancement of the Communist Party where all of its basic theology and ideas of political power were developed?

"This song is wrong." Alice Huffman told CVS station KOVR-TV Huffman serves as the president of the NAACP's California chapter and wants to do away with the national anthem before sports games. She pointed out the lyrics that Americans often ignore: "no refuge could save the hireling and slave from the terror of flight or the gloom of the grave." It's racist. It doesn't represent our community. It's anti-black people." Huffman The chapter is currently seeking legislative sponsors to find a replacement song.

The organization is urging Congress to jettison the national anthem after passing a resolution at its Oct. 26-29 state conference describing the tune as “one of the most racist, pro-slavery, anti-black songs in the American lexicon.”

How 'Communism' Brought Racial Equality To The South

Tell Me More continues its Black History Month series of conversations with a discussion about the role of the Communist Party. It was prominent in the fight for racial equality in the south, specifically Alabama, where segregation was most oppressive. Many courageous activists were communists. Host Michel Martin speaks with historian Robin Kelley about his book "Hammer and Hoe: Alabama Communists During the Great Depression" about how the communist party tried to secure racial, economic, and political reforms.

MARTIN: How did the Communist Party gets started in Alabama?

Prof. KELLEY: In 1928, the communist position internationally was that African-Americans in the South have the right to self-determination. Meaning: they have the right to create their own nation in the South. In this position that came out of Moscow, it came from other black communists around the globe.

And with that idea in mind, they sent two organizers to Alabama and they went to Birmingham. And they chose Birmingham because it was probably the most industrialized city in the South. And they went there thinking they would organize white workers. And from white workers, black workers would follow. But no white workers had come forward.

And so, the first two organizers was a guy named James Julio(ph), who was a Sicilian worker who had migrated to Alabama, and another guy named Tom Johnson(ph), and together they went out looking for white workers and black workers came.

And black workers came in fairly large numbers right away because to them, they had a memory of reconstruction, the memory of the Civil War. And in that kind of collective memory, they were told that one day the Yankees will come back and finish the fight. Well, when they saw these white communists, they said, oh, good, the Yankees are here. We cant wait to join.

MARTIN: What was the Communist Party’s message at that time and why were these black folks so attracted to it?

Prof. KELLEY: Well, there were three things they focused on. One, because it was during the Great Depression, their primary focus was the unemployed. And so their demands were, we want either work or some kind of support from the government. The second thing was, in 1931, we had the famous Scottsboro case, where nine young black men were arrested falsely for raping two white women and they end up going to jail.

Well, these cases happen all the time where black men are falsely accused. The difference was that the Communist Party made the Scottsboro issue an international issue. They put it in the newspapers. They spread the word all over the globe in different languages. And these unknown figures, some of them became a kind of (unintelligible).

And finally, the third thing was basic civil rights: the right to vote, the right to sit on juries, you know, the right to not be Jim Crowed or segregated. These things certainly drew out black working people.

Bottom line …

Unless you are the Communist Party, the Taliban, ISIS, or the NAACP, you don’t erase history, you learn from it. You don’t divide the nation and set the factions against each other for the purposes of gaining political power. You do not define equality as equality of outcomes and demand that producers work as slaves for consumers as per the party theme, “from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs.” The underpinning of our entire welfare and wealth redistribution system.

From the very beginning of communist infiltration, the communists have sought to take over our infrastructure (government, schools, industry), to reduce our standard of living to erase the stark differences between capitalism and socialism, to weaken our military, to disarm our population, to destroy our Constitution, and to make Americans distrust their fellow citizens. All to the benefit of international socialism.

We are so screwed. Especially when we do not realize that most members of the Congressional Black Caucus support socialist Black Liberation Theology and are promoting the cause of communism over Americanism. Perhaps why President Donald Trump scares the progressive socialist democrats – because he is likely to say whatever comes to his mind, exactly what the common man might be thinking.

ERIC HOLDER WANTS THE CORRUPT AMERICA OF BARACK OBAMA

There is little doubt in my mind that Eric Holder is probably guilty of several impeachable offenses, including obstruction of justice, interfering with a presidential election, and conspiracy to defraud the United States.

Here is a man who participated in the cover-up of numerous Obama-era scandals for the sole purposes of protecting a sitting president, enhancing his chances of re-election, and protecting the Clinton’s criminal cabal associated with selling access and favors from the Department of State in return for personal gain.

Former Attorney General Eric Holder says he is glad to be unshackled from his old job because employment with the National Democratic Redistricting Committee lets him lash out at Republicans like “orange man” President Trump.

“You don’t do politics when you’re attorney general, but as a private citizen and as a defender of the Obama legacy, I’m free to say what I want and to say it in the way that I’d like to,” Mr. Holder told the website for an “Off Message” podcast titled “Eric Holder Is Tired of Being Polite.”

[OCS: Another “Big Lie” from Eric Holder. Everything Holder did apparently was political and mostly at the direction of the “brain trust” at the White House. Ask yourself, why investigations into serious criminal allegations against key Obamacons were never resolved. Apparently, a stalling tactic that pushed the various scandals into the next administration where they were more focused on achieving their agenda rather that redressing the evils of the previous administration.]

“I probably would not have [attacked Republicans like] that while I was attorney general,” he continued. “I didn’t have an orange man who I was serving under, but, I mean, I would not have said that about a former president, for instance, while I was attorney general. But now, I’m just a citizen and I’ve got the full range of my voice back.”

“The president sets a moral tone, and I think in that regard President Trump has not done the job we expect of our leaders,” Mr. Holder said. “The election of Barack Obama did not magically transform us as a people and eradicate bigotry, eradicate neo-Nazis and white nationalists. They were still there, but they didn’t feel empowered in a way that I think they do now.”

[OCS: Moral tone: you mean like pandering to the Islamic communities that tacitly and covertly supported anti-America terrorism and the replacement of the U.S. Constitution with Sharia law? You mean like giving BILLIONS of dollars to an enemy that shouts “Death to America?” You mean like allowing the development of atomic weapons and intercontinental ballistic missiles by a hostile regime? You mean by appointing incompetent individuals to high positions because of their sex and color rather than their ability? There is little or no doubt in my mind that Eric Holder should have been investigated, prosecuted, impeached, and disbarred for his official activities as the United States Attorney General.  And, it is not too late to bring changes if only this attorney general, “Little Jeffie Sessions” had the cojones to take action and act like an American. He may be designated as a conservative, but he is, at heart, a “go along to get along” Senator.

CALIFORNIA SECESSION: GIVE UP SAN FRANCISCO AND THE BAY AREA

More and more I hear the liberals, the progressive socialist democrats, proclaim they need more political power over the population and more control over the finances to implement their Utopia. A place without want – and apparently one that embraces the Marxist-communist philosophy: from each according to his ability, to each according to his needs. Which sounds great coming from the elite multi-millionaires in positions of power and with enough wealth to immunize themselves against the consequences of their actions. Where multi-millionaires like former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, Senators Diane Feinstein tell others how to live their lives while living in a friction-free bubble where the only real enemy is aging.

Look around at California’s aging and crumbling infrastructure. It appears that the money necessary to repair, replace, or build-out the necessities are being co-opted into programs that encourage welfare recipients from everywhere to travel to California for their “hand up.” Where many public works projects are simply over-budget, over-time (and may we add: over, over, and over again) union make-work projects. Forget the damn sound walls and concentrate on repairing our freeways – arteries of commerce that keep California golden. Clean up the power grid. Replace the old crumbling water pipes. Re-build LAX to world-class standards. Build new dams and reservoirs to eliminate nature’s deluge and drought patterns. De-unionize government and prioritize public safety over the whack-a-doodle public art projects.

The guiding lights that govern California seem to believe that the state is best served by importing, in unlimited numbers, illiteracy, poverty, disease, and crime – with no demands for assimilation or even allegiance to their new country. Most want to simply recreate their lives in crapistan here in a more benevolent environment. These “undocumented” illegal aliens do not want to change the language, dress, food, customs, or beliefs. And, certainly, they see no need to obey our laws. Actually, in many cases, undocumented is a misnomer as an increasing number of illegals just overstay their visas – they are appropriately documented, have broken the law, and yet the government is loath to identify them or remove them from the country. Don’t produce more disadvantaged Democrats, produce more productive Californians – more creators than consumers.

So, considering the apparent trend – where the enlightened elites scream about the damage caused by global warming but see nothing wrong with building a billion dollar project 500 feet from a fault line because legally the fault is inactive because the fault has not broken for the last 11,000 years (a blink of an eye in geologic time). The same elites that will demand that the government increase taxes to bail out the developer or property owner after a catastrophe. We can see the results will not be good. The 1994 record-setting Northridge Earthquake that cost between $20-50 BILLION was located on a previously unknown fault. And, has anyone noticed that one of Southern California’s primary water sources lies across the land where the 3rd most powerful quake in the nation occurred?

So I propose we conduct a political experiment; turn the San Francisco and surrounding Silicon Valley into their own pseudo-state. Letting those who are boasting that their gross domestic product is larger than a small country assume the financial responsibility for their own mini-state. An experiment in progressivism that we can call Dumbfuckistan.

A MINISTER CLAIMS: "When Texas Parishioners Were Murdered, God Was Answering Prayers"

What I hate about organized religion is that they have an answer for everything.  Unfortunately, it is the same answer for every religion …

We have a relationship with the great unknowable, and we are the recipients of special knowledge and powers; therefore, trust us, follow our rules, and perpetuate our organization by spreading the word and donating to our cause.

Personally, I believe in God, but I do not believe I must join an organization to learn to speak with the Almighty, and if I need any intercession, there are my parents, relatives, and friends who have gone before me and who have led exemplary lives and done much good in the community.

So I am piss*d when I see a minister, an alleged Man of God, tell the world that “When The Saints Of First Baptist Church Were Murdered, God Was Answering Their Prayers.” A version of the age-old “bad things happen to good people because it is God’s will.” And, what God might that be who inflicts tragedy on the innocent and who have come together to celebrate Him?

More than comprehending the incomprehensible, consider Occam’s Razor and a more rational answer. There are individuals who, by creation or conditioning, have dysfunctional brain chemistry and defective neural pathways that allow them to do the worst to their fellow human beings and then justify their own twisted logic even when they might know that the result of their actions is pain and suffering – even an end to their own existence. If you want to attribute physical and psychological maladies to “evil,” have at it. But don’t expect me to honor your explanation with understanding and belief. Because I am more inclined to call bullsh*t.

Sometimes, God's will is done by allowing temporal evil to be the means through which he delivers us from eternal evil.

“Prayers don’t work. We need legislation.” This has been many secular progressives’ mantra in response to recent mass shootings in America. On Sunday, after a gunman murdered more than 20 people during a church service in Sutherland Springs, Texas, some of them found proof of the powerlessness of prayer. Here are a few highlights:

People of goodwill can certainly disagree over the merits of gun control legislation, just as we can disagree over how long we should wait after a tragedy to discuss its political ramifications. However, we should all recognize that pointing to a couple dozen warm corpses and saying, “Fat lot of good your Jesus-begging did you” is an act of profound ugliness.

It’s also an act of profound ignorance. For those with little understanding of and less regard for the Christian faith, there may be no greater image of prayer’s futility than Christians being gunned down mid-supplication. But for those familiar with the Bible’s promises concerning prayer and violence, nothing could be further from the truth. When those saints of First Baptist Church were murdered yesterday, God wasn’t ignoring their prayers. He was answering them.

“Deliver us from evil.” Millions of Christians throughout the world pray these words every Sunday morning. While it doesn’t appear that the Lord’s Prayer is formally a part of the worship services at First Baptist Church in Sutherland Springs, I have no doubt that members of that congregation have prayed these words countless times in their lives.

Evil Isn’t Just Temporal

When we pray these words, we are certainly praying that God would deliver us from evil temporally—that is, in this earthly life. Through these words, we are asking God to send his holy angels to guard us from those who would seek to destroy us with knives and bombs and bullets. It may seem, on the surface, that God was refusing to give such protection to his Texan children. But we are also praying that God would deliver us from evil eternally. Through these same words, we are asking God to deliver us out of this evil world and into his heavenly glory, where no violence, persecution, cruelty, or hatred will ever afflict us again.

We also pray in the Lord’s Prayer that God’s will be done. Sometimes, his will is done by allowing temporal evil to be the means through which he delivers us from eternal evil. Despite the best (or, more accurately, the worst) intentions of the wicked against his children, God hoists them on their own petard by using their wickedness to give those children his victory, even as the wicked often mock the prayers of their prey.

Bottom line …

Even worse than ministers who tell us that everything is God’s will, are the legislators who say that human nature can be resolved by more legislation and taxation. As crazy a proposition as those offering religious solutions.

Ask yourself, what criminal and crazy is going to follow a specific law? Murder is a crime. A felon in possession of a weapon is a crime. An insane person purchasing a gun is a crime. So how many crimes have been committed by criminals or the criminally insane. No legislation can fix that problem – it only denies law-abiding individuals their God-given inalienable right to self-defense – and makes them more dependent on government. A government that cannot guarantee their safety, nor takes any responsibility for the loss of their life or the lives of their family.

This is the “better red than dead” crowd who believes that waiting to die while lying on the floor of a crowded theatre is better than standing up and killing the shooter with a firearm. Let us note that it was an armed civilian who made the Texas shooter drop his weapon – and since there were no shots fired by police at the perpetrator’s crash site, he was either dead because a civilian shot him or he took his own life.

We have legislators, especially here in California, that not only refuse to enforce existing laws but are letting criminals out of jail because they falsely believe that the criminal population should mirror proportionate representation in the general population. And, carried to its logical end (reductio ad absurdum), we should be filling those empty jail cells with women. These are the legislators who look at the murder of citizens by illegal aliens who have no right to be in our country and say it is an aberration.

OUR ENEMIES WALK AMONG US -- AND SOME HANG OUT IN CONGRESS

Since when do Americans openly embrace the politics of socialists and communists whose goal is to fundamentally transform America from a freedom-loving capitalist system to a totalitarian socialist/communist system. I have often said that former President Barack Obama was the first communist to become the President of the United States – complete with his hatred of America, its military, and its history on display for all to see. The same could be said for the racists in the Congressional Black Caucus who raise race above country in everything they do and say – as if they were not Americans. In fact, many openly claim to be associated with Black Liberation Theology which was invented by the communists to sow discord in America.

Playing Pretend …

Why are we pretending that Islam is an acceptable “religion” when it openly violates much of our Constitution by curtailing freedom, human rights, free speech, freedom of religion, and considers Islam to be the state religion? Why are we pretending that the illegal aliens flooding into our country are not changing its fundamental character – and not for the better? Since when do interlopers have rights more than those who are citizens and legal residents? Since when do we allow people who have no legal right to be in our country to make demands of the legal citizens?

New York Mayor Bill de Blasio said Wednesday that he backs extreme vetting of foreigners visiting the U.S. — as long is it doesn’t target people based on religion or nationality. “We support vetting of individuals. We support very thorough vetting — not of groups of people just because they belong to a group. I think this is a very crucial distinction,” the Democrat mayor said at a press conference addressing the deadly terror attack in the city. “There should be very, very careful vetting of anyone where there is an indication of concern, but not because of their religion or not because of their country of origin,” he said. Mr. de Blasio did not say how authorities should screen visitors for possible ties to radical Islamic terrorism. <Source>

One would assume that common sense and prudence would demand that you look at the source of the threat – has anyone noticed that the terrorists in the world are mostly Muslim with origins in Muslim countries.

Has anyone noticed that the violent Antifa movement is more than anti-fascism, but the revolutionary arm of neo-Marxism and communism?

2017 CLIMATE ASSESSMENT: DE-GROWTH AND THE DESTRUCTION OF AMERICA

There are those who walk among us, a fifth column, who are dedicated to the destruction of the United States from within. They will attempt to use our Constitution against us – to remove our unalienable rights in favor of rights doled out by the government in return for political power. They want to control our individual freedoms by using health care as a reason to regulate individual behavior. They want to control our economy by using global warming to control our energy use. And, they want to weaken America by rolling back our standard of living and placing constraints on our military. Not to mention using wealth redistribution to fund our enemies. All in the name of global socialism/communism.

Once again, our government produces a report for policymakers which suggests that science demands more government, less individual freedom, and more taxes … CLIMATE-COVER

Falsus in uno, falsus in omnibus ("false in one thing, false in everything") …

The majority of climate impacts science behind this report were produced by climate models that are based on incomplete science, misleading assumption, programming errors, and highly-suspect “homogenized” data. So it stands to reason that we should consider the divergence between the output of these so-called climate models and historical observations.

There is enough demonstrable error in the models to suggest that all of the climate impacts are speculative and are conditioned by a political agenda rather than the twisted science that is produced by corrupt politicians and scientists. One might think that people would realize that the billions of dollars doled out to institutions, scientists, and projects designed to attract funding are all pointing in the same direction ---> toward the findings that support the political agenda that produces and controls the funding. All aided and abetted by a corrupt mainstream media driven by corporate interests rather than journalism.

This assessment concludes, based on extensive evidence, that it is extremely likely that human activities, especially emissions of greenhouse gases, are the dominant cause of the observed warming since the mid-20th century.

(1) The output of climate models is not “evidence” and, in many cases, the results cannot be replicated and affirmed by other models using different methodologies.

(2) Any reasonable person would observe and conclude that the drivers of global climate are: The Sun’s energy output in all spectral bands, the production of extraterrestrial cosmic rays, the Earth’s position relative to the Sun, the Earth’s precessional and rotational dynamics, the Earth’s vulcanology and plate tectonics, the deep ocean currents, the natural feedback loops – especially involving the greatest greenhouse gas known, water vapor.

(3) How can those who speak of the “observed warming” explain the 18+ year hiatus in warming in the face of rising atmospheric carbon dioxide?]

For the warming over the last century, there is no convincing alternative explanation supported by the extent of the observational evidence.

[OCS: This is not a true statement. The climate has always been changing since the Earth developed an atmosphere. There are periods of cooling and periods of warming. And one might expect that the Earth would naturally warm after its emergence from the Little Ice Age. Until the trend regresses to the mean and the Earth proceeds to cool. The trick that the politicians hope you do not consider is that while climate change involves geologic time scales (tens of thousands of years or more), our scientists are concentrating on 30-year periods. In fact, if you look closely at the reported temperature rise, you will see that the scientists do not report temperatures, but their deviation (anomaly) from a man-selected thirty-year period. Also, I cannot believe how many people confuse weather events – mostly determined by oscillatory behaviors such as ENSO (El Nino/La Nina).

As for atmospheric carbon dioxide, it is reasonable to assume that rising temperatures would cause carbon dioxide dissolved in the oceans to “outgas” into the atmosphere. And, during colder times, carbon dioxide would be removed from the atmosphere and returned to the colder waters. In fact, water vapor (clouds) is one of the most potent self-regulating feedback mechanisms in nature.]

In addition to warming, many other aspects of global climate are changing, primarily in response to human activities. Thousands of studies conducted by researchers around the world have documented changes in surface, atmospheric, and oceanic temperatures; melting glaciers; diminishing snow cover; shrinking sea ice; rising sea levels; ocean acidification; and increasing atmospheric water vapor.

[OCS: As wise men once observed: the only constant is change. The Earth is always changing and mostly in response to natural phenomenon rather than man-made conditions. Otherwise, you would be hard-pressed to explain how the Earth was hotter, colder, with less and with more atmospheric carbon dioxide before the Industrial Revolution which marked the beginning of man’s artificial impact on our planet.]

I will start to believe the science when scientists can demonstrate that man’s input puny signal can be detected and measured against the natural variability of climate. DONNA BRAZILE: ANOTHER BOOK BY ANOTHER PROGRESSIVE LIAR

The book is titled “Hacks: The Inside Story of the Break-ins and Breakdowns That Put Donald Trump in the White House, ” and its author is the corrupt, progressive socialist democrat Donna Brazile, the former DNC Chair that was caught giving Hillary Clinton questions that would be asked in a nationally televised debate.

Starting with the premise that the author is a professional liar when it comes to politics, why should we believe her story?

  • The part about former President Barack Obama leaving the DNC’s finances in shambles is believable.
  • The part about the deal that placed the Clinton campaign in charge of the DNC’s operations in return for operational funding is believable.
  • The part about the collusion between the DNC and the Clinton camp to disadvantage candidate Bernie Sanders is believable.
  • The part about the incompetence and arrogance of former Debbie Wasserman Schultz is believable.

But why should we believe her about the alleged DNC hack that revealed the emails of the DNC, Hillary Clinton, and Campaign head John Podesta was perpetrated by the Russians and not an inside job?

It appears that the DNC denied the FBI access to forensically examine the compromised computer; preferring instead to use another progressive vendor to perform the analysis and make its conclusions known. Another progressive vendor much like Fusion GPS who may have been instrumental in creating the spurious dossier which purported to link the Trump campaign to the Russians. There have been suggestions, from well-qualified forensic analysts that the Russians were not involved. Julian Assange of WikiLeaks has explicitly said he did not get the information from the Russians, and he should know. And, there is the matter of the dead DNC staffer who died mysteriously with no leads that would suggest he was the victim of a robbery attempt.

  • Why, you may ask, after all of this time, not one material allegation contained in the dossier can be substantiated.
  • Why, you may ask, after all of the investigation, that Robert Mueller did not offer any evidence of Trump campaign collusion with the Russians in his indictment of former campaign advisor Paul Manafort?
  • Why, you may ask, wasn’t Manafort indicted for tax evasion since the prosecutor is alleging money laundering? Why wasn’t the progressive Podesta Group included in the indictment because they, too, failed to register as foreign agents lobbying the government?

But, most of all, why is there no mention of the Pakistani IT professionals who appeared to have free run over computers belonging to the DNC and various important progressives? Why were these Pakistanis promoted and protected by Debbie Wasserman Schultz who went too far as to threaten the Capitol Police over a laptop that she claimed was her property – and then backed away suddenly when the matter became public?

A New Report Raises Big Questions About Last Year’s DNC Hack -- Former NSA experts say it wasn’t a hack at all, but a leak—an inside job by someone with access to the DNC’s system.

It is now a year since the Democratic National Committee’s mail system was compromised—a year since events in the spring and early summer of 2016 were identified as remote hacks and, in short order, attributed to Russians acting in behalf of Donald Trump. A great edifice has been erected during this time. President Trump, members of his family, and numerous people around him stand accused of various corruptions and extensive collusion with Russians. Half a dozen simultaneous investigations proceed into these matters. Last week news broke that Special Counsel Robert Mueller had convened a grand jury, which issued its first subpoenas on August 3. Allegations of treason are common; prominent political figures and many media cultivate a case for impeachment.

  • There was no hack of the Democratic National Committee’s system on July 5 last year—not by the Russians, not by anyone else. Hard science now demonstrates it was a leak—a download executed locally with a memory key or a similarly portable data-storage device. In short, it was an inside job by someone with access to the DNC’s system. This casts serious doubt on the initial “hack,” as alleged, that led to the very consequential publication of a large store of documents on WikiLeaks last summer.
  • Forensic investigations of documents made public two weeks prior to the July 5 leak by the person or entity known as Guccifer 2.0 show that they were fraudulent: Before Guccifer posted them they were adulterated by cutting and pasting them into a blank template that had Russian as its default language. Guccifer took responsibility on June 15 for an intrusion the DNC reported on June 14 and professed to be a WikiLeaks source—claims essential to the official narrative implicating Russia in what was soon cast as an extensive hacking operation. And, this book may be part of a public relations campaign to absolve Donna Brazile of complicity with a more massive Clinton scandal which is growing ever more substantial like a volcano ready to erupt. Or perhaps to continue the history-making cover-up of a party and its personnel who tried to hijack the presidency to continue their destruction of America from within.

MANAFORT INDICTMENT IS A DISTRACTION

The Democrats are imploring Congress to keep Special Prosecutor Robert Mueller in place as their last hope of remaining out of the spotlight for their own misdeeds in colluding with Russia to transfer one-fifth of America’s uranium production capacity to a Putin ally and to create a false and fictitious Russian narrative to hide the constitutional and criminal misdeeds of the Obama Administration and the Clinton organized crime family.

This is indicative of a potential pattern and practice by the Democrats of subverting the major government agencies including the IRS, the Department of Justice, the Federal Bureau of Investigation, the Department of State, and others to advance the self-serving agenda of the progressive socialist Democrats and their cronies.

Let us not forget that the Barrett investigation was impeded and then halted before it could fully investigate and indict the Clintons for tampering with the IRS, the FBI, and the Department of Justice in various and sundry scandals.

 A special prosecutor's long-delayed report charges that a cover-up at senior levels of the Clinton administration killed a tax fraud case against ex-cabinet member Henry Cisneros, the Daily News has learned. David Barrett's 11-year, $23 million probe, which will be released tomorrow, states in stinging terms that this Clinton cover-up succeeded. Cisneros was forced to admit in 1999 that he had made secret payments to a mistress before serving as Clinton's secretary of Housing and Urban Development. Barrett investigated tax fraud charges stemming from those under-the-table payments. Then-IRS Commissioner Peggy Richardson, a close friend of Sen. Hillary Clinton (D-N.Y.), was involved in efforts to quash the probe, a source close to the case alleged.

But Richardson's role was cut from Barrett's report, which went through 26 drafts, because Democratic law firm Williams & Connolly successfully pressured Barrett to remove a section of the report naming her, a source said. <Source>

That launched Barrett on four frustrating years of attempting tax evasion prosecution in the face of Attorney General Janet Reno's obstructions. Permitted by Reno to focus on only one year, the independent counsel could not make the case of extended tax evasion.

According to people with access to Barrett's draft, it goes into intense detail about this obstruction and on the unprecedented seizure of the Cisneros tax case by the IRS in Washington. That much in the 400-page report has survived the three senior federal appellate judges with supervising authority over the independent counsel

Nevertheless, the question remains what three judges -- David Sentelle (D.C.), Thomas Reavley (Texas) and Peter Fay (Florida) -- blacked out in 120 pages worth of redactions. Even after the report is released, Barrett and his lawyers would face judicial sanctions if they disclosed anything that was redacted. <Source>

Before the release of the report, three Democrat U.S. Senators, John Kerry, Dick Durbin and Byron Dorgan, forced the redaction of certain pages by attaching a rider to an unrelated appropriations bill. <Source>

It looks like the Democrats might be tempted to use this “rider trick” to ensure that Mueller stays in place to protect all of the evildoers – most of whom are Obamacons, Clintonistas, and Cronies.

Democrats are doubling down on their push to limit the Trump administration’s ability to unilaterally fire Robert Mueller as the special counsel’s probe heats up. Senators have introduced two bills aimed at blocking Trump or the Justice Department from firing Mueller without cause. <Source>

Bottom line …

Keep your eye on the ball. Manafort is the Democrat distraction and with the media flogging the false narrative and attempting to link Manafort’s actions to Trump, it might succeed. Let us not forget that Manafort hired Podesta’s firm to do some of the dirty work – and they were allowed to register retroactively as a lobbyist for a foreign entity.

Lobbying powerhouse the Podesta Group filed paperwork with the Justice Department today (4/12/2017) acknowledging that its work years ago for a European nonprofit benefited the same Ukrainian political party once advised by Paul Manafort, who later ran Donald Trump’s presidential campaign. The filings, obtained by POLITICO, appear to clean up the firm’s requirement to disclose its role in foreign lobbying that Manafort reportedly orchestrated. <Source>

There is no doubt that if this particular cover-up succeeds, America will be, without a doubt, a lawless place where money can buy justice.
