THE PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS AND THE TYRANNY OF THE MINORITY

Academics have a nasty habit of creating words to show how smart they are and can which can  be used in a political conversation to “shut down” a “lesser informed” audience …

Take the word heteronormative --- used as a pejorative to condemn those who do not champion the lifestyles of the alphabet community (LGBTTTQQIAA+).

An Alphabet Community Cheat Sheet …

Gay
Bisexual

What does “heteronormative” mean …

hnd

There is no doubt that the majority of the world’s population is heterosexual and thus have a heteronormative viewpoint, yet we find these people being demonized by the politicians and their activist/agitators as the evildoers that prevent “others” from taking their rightful place in society. A society that has taken notions of morality and behavior from the oldest world’s religions. Whether adherence to religious constructs is good or bad is another question for another time.

Why?

Most people do not care what people do in their bedroom. Many care what people may do in public – including schools – that subverts parental teachings of conventional (normative) viewpoints. Others, especially the progressive socialist democrats care because this is an exploitable group of “victims” that can be leveraged for political power. Convincing a group of designated victims to fundraise and elect progressives in order to address their societal grievances, real or imagined. All gaining increasing attention in the mainstream media by using activists and agitators to create artificial controversy where none really exists.

Bottom line …

This is truly an example of the tyranny of the minority.

I could care less what the sexual orientation of a politician might be – as long as they do not become a special pleader for a relatively small portion of the community and oppress the rights of the majority. This goes for minorities of color, gender, race, and all of those other “civil rights” categories that make some people “more equal” under the law than others. Since when did shouting a racial or sexual slur equate to an enhanced prison term when the United States Constitution specifies equality under the law (14th Amendment, Equal Protection Clause)?

The idea that a white person can self-declare as black or a Native American or simply select their gender without some formal process is ludicrous.  When Americans do not know which bathroom to use or are fearful of using the correct bathroom something is radically wrong. When appointed officials must be limited by their proportional representation in the general population, something is radically wrong. And, when we are losing our Constitution and freedoms to the minority, something is radically wrong.

We are so screwed.

WILL USA BECOME A MECCA FOR HIV PATIENTS SEEKING MEDICAL TREATMENT AT THE TAXPAYER'S EXPENSE?

Could there be a problem when the political correctness of the progressive socialist democrats makes the United States less safe and promotes potential illness in the population?

San Jose: ICE releases HIV-positive man seeking political asylum

A gay, HIV-positive San Jose man who was held for more than a month at a U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement facility in Florida returned Thursday night to the Bay Area, according to ABC7 News.

Davydov came to the United States in 2014 and sought political asylum because he was afraid to live in his native Russia as a gay, HIV-positive man, according to ABC7 News.

More than a month ago, Davydov traveled to the U.S. Virgin Islands for a week-long vacation and was detained by U.S. Customs and Border Protection when he tried to re-enter the United States. ABC7 News reported that the exact reason why remains a mystery. <Source>

Many foreign countries persecute gays, but does this mean that they should have a free ticket into the United States on the basis of political persecution? Under this theory, many of those Christians, Jews, and others in predominantly Muslim countries also quality – or doubly qualify if they are gay due to the death penalties for homosexuality.

Bottom line …

When is America going to have a rational debate on immigration reform? A debate among Americans to decide the fate of the American culture. Being gay is not the issue – having a transmissible illness that is mostly linked to irresponsible behaviors is the issue. That includes potential immigrants with a variety of diseases mostly eradicated in the United States, but which are endemic in their native land. If open borders represent a slow, non-shooting war against American culture; then surely allowing those with communicable diseases from countries that do not share our values into the country is tantamount to biological warfare.

We are so screwed.

TRUMP TAX REFORM: ECONOMICS AND GLOBAL WARMING -- IT'S ALL ABOUT THOSE DAMN MODELS

Once again, we find the government trying to justify its public policies using models of unknown complexity and unknown accuracy. The old data processing adage, Garbage In, Garbage Out, has never been truer. One need only consider how the employment statistics are calculated to observe how models depend on the assumptions provided by self-serving and often corrupt politicians.  Ask yourself, how can one simply eliminate counting those who have given up finding adequate employment and have ceased  receiving unemployment payments to produce a favorable headline in the media?

In this instance, we find the Trump Administration selling their tax reform policies using models which are more likely than not to be inaccurate and not reflective of the future economic conditions. The question is: if we lower corporate income taxes and engage in other tax reforms, is this sufficient to sustain governmental operations without significantly increasing the national debt. Heaven forbid, that politicians actually cut real (no budgetary) spending and pay down what we owe to those who finance our debt.

WHLOGO-MOD

Excerpts from the Briefing by Secretary of the Treasury Steven Mnuchin and Director of the National Economic Council Gary Cohn (April 26, 2017)

SECRETARY MNUCHIN:  Well, let me just say again, the core principles of this -- we've been meeting with the House and Senate and they agree a hundred percent.  The core business is make business rates competitive, bring back trillions of dollars to create jobs, simplify personal taxes, create a middle-income tax cut.  So those core principle are non-negotiable.  And that's something that we all feel strongly about.

As it relates to will it pay for itself, again, I think as we've said, we're working on lots of details as to this. We have over 100 people in the Treasury that have been working on tax and scoring lots of different scenarios.  This will pay for itself with growth and with reduced -- reduction of different deductions and closing loopholes.

Q    Mr. Secretary, if it turns out that congressional estimates, when this has been scored -- if it turns out that it actually won't be paid for by growth, it won't keep deficits in check, is the President comfortable with that?  Will he sign something?

SECRETARY MNUCHIN:  Well, let me just say again, when we look at the deficits, and the deficit has gone from $10 trillion to $20 trillion in the last administration, that is a problem and the President is concerned about that.  This plan is going to lower the debt-to-GDP.  The economic plan under Trump will grow the economy and will create massive amounts of revenues, trillions of dollars in additional revenues. <Source>

House Republicans Change Rules on Calculating Economic Impact of Bills

After the drama of electing a new speaker of the House and the changing of control in the Senate, the House on Tuesday approved an obscure but significant rule change requiring the economic effects of legislation to be included in a bill’s official cost to the Treasury.

The change on “dynamic scoring” — ardently sought since the 1990s by Republicans — could ease passage of major tax cuts by showing that their impact on economic growth would substantially reduce their cost to the Treasury. The move is widely seen as a way for Republican leaders to set ground rules for an ambitious overhaul of the entire United States tax code.

“We’re saying, ‘If you think a piece of legislation is going to have a big effect on the economy, then include that effect in the official cost estimate,’ ” said Representative Tom Price, Republican of Georgia, the new chairman of the House Budget Committee. “So if you think a bill is going to help or hurt the economy, then tell us how much.” <Source>

Dynamic Scoring Forum: The Dangers of Dynamic Scoring

If “dynamic scoring” means that Congress can use any macroeconomic model it  wants, then we are thrown back 100 or 150 years in terms of the rigor of our thinking.  There are too many models with a very wide variety of assumptions and implications.  It is not exactly true that you can find a model that will support any claims, but this is sometimes uncomfortably close to the truth. <Source>

About those economic models …

Believing in computer models is sometimes like noting that the emperor has no clothes, but you are unwilling to risk the wrath of the administration or the progressive socialist democrats to note that any results are unlikely and that using an expanded five year or ten year timeframe is both disingenuous and dishonest. Here is what one of the most noted economists had to say about this “pretense of mathematically-derived economics.

Friedrich August von Hayek – Nobel Prize Lecture

Excerpts from “The Pretence of Knowledge”

It seems to me that this failure of the economists to guide policy more successfully is closely connected with their propensity to imitate as closely as possible the procedures of the brilliantly successful physical sciences - an attempt which in our field may lead to outright error.

It is an approach which has come to be described as the "scientistic" attitude - an attitude which, as I defined it some thirty years ago, "is decidedly unscientific in the true sense of the word, since it involves a mechanical and uncritical application of habits of thought to fields different from those in which they have been formed."

I want today to begin by explaining how some of the gravest errors of recent economic policy are a direct consequence of this scientistic error.

This brings me to the crucial issue. Unlike the position that exists in the physical sciences, in economics and other disciplines that deal with essentially complex phenomena, the aspects of the events to be accounted for about which we can get quantitative data are necessarily limited and may not include the important ones.

While in the physical sciences it is generally assumed, probably with good reason, that any important factor which determines the observed events will itself be directly observable and measurable, in the study of such complex phenomena as the market, which depend on the actions of many individuals, all the circumstances which will determine the outcome of a process, for reasons which I shall explain later, will hardly ever be fully known or measurable.

And while in the physical sciences the investigator will be able to measure what, on the basis of a prima facie theory, he thinks important, in the social sciences often that is treated as important which happens to be accessible to measurement.

This is sometimes carried to the point where it is demanded that our theories must be formulated in such terms that they refer only to measurable magnitudes.

Why should we, however, in economics, have to plead ignorance of the sort of facts on which, in the case of a physical theory, a scientist would certainly be expected to give precise information?

It is probably not surprising that those impressed by the example of the physical sciences should find this position very unsatisfactory and should insist on the standards of proof which they find there.

The reason for this state of affairs is the fact, to which I have already briefly referred, that the social sciences, like much of biology but unlike most fields of the physical sciences, have to deal with structures of essential complexity, i.e. with structures whose characteristic properties can be exhibited only by models made up of relatively large numbers of variables.

If man is not to do more harm than good in his efforts to improve the social order, he will have to learn that in this, as in all other fields where essential complexity of an organized kind prevails, he cannot acquire the full knowledge which would make mastery of the events possible.

He will therefore have to use what knowledge he can achieve, not to shape the results as the craftsman shapes his handiwork, but rather to cultivate a growth by providing the appropriate environment, in the manner in which the gardener does this for his plants.

There is danger in the exuberant feeling of ever growing power which the advance of the physical sciences has engendered and which tempts man to try, "dizzy with success", to use a characteristic phrase of early communism, to subject not only our natural but also our human environment to the control of a human will.

The recognition of the insuperable limits to his knowledge ought indeed to teach the student of society a lesson of humility which should guard him against becoming an accomplice in men's fatal striving to control society - a striving which makes him not only a tyrant over his fellows, but which may well make him the destroyer of a civilization which no brain has designed but which has grown from the free efforts of millions of individuals.

To read the full speech in context, it can be found here … <Source>

Bottom line …

Any of the tax reform pronouncements of the Trump Administration are likely to be guesstimates or, more likely, SWAGs – “scientific” wild-ass guesses based on imperfect modeling and interpreted by so-called experts in the field using their own brand of experience and intuition. Something that Hayek cautioned against in his famous essay.

As for announcements from President Trump, you can discount the superlatives by 50% and chalk the rest up to lies of convenience. It’s a bitch when you can’t trust your government to say “We don’t really know, but we would like to experiment with your freedoms and your money.”

We are so screwed.

THE DEMOCRAT PARTY: AMERICA'S ENEMIES ARE NOW A CLEAR AND PRESENT DANGER

angry-american

Like France, Americans are so angry at corrupt politicians and crooked government that they are aligning themselves with revolutionary forces who are promising to burn the entire system down and create a better paradise in the United States. Unfortunately, many of these people are short-sighted and do not see that such a system rendered impossible by the very characteristics of human nature: that there will always be leaders and followers, leaders will always co-opt totemic symbols to indicate their wealth, position, and power; and worst of all, they will – of necessity – resort to harsher totalitarian tactics to restrain the populace when their policies fail to deliver the impossible.

And, like France, we can clearly see the Democrat Part being infiltrated by activist revolutionaries that represent socialism and communism. In essence a fifth column sworn to destroy America from within and replace our capitalist system with something far different; and in the process ignoring our constitution which guarantees our liberty and sets limits on the federal government’s interference with our lives.

In essence, they are trying to “normalize” un-American socialism and communism as an acceptable alternative to today’s system.

NORMALIZATION

Never in my lifetime would I expect to see a socialist/communist and a America-hating, white-hating, anti-Semitic black separatist who favor our enemies touring America trying to convince Americans that the pro-America opposition represents evil. The very people who hold murderous thugs Che Guevara and Fidel Castro in high regard. The people who have weakened America and strengthened our enemies, both foreign and domestic.

The mainstream media is obsessed with how Trump is changing the GOP. But the real transformation in American politics is happening in the Democratic Party.

This week, newly minted Democratic National Committee Chairman Tom Perez will travel cross-country with Sen. Bernie Sanders and Rep. Keith Ellison on a Democratic Party “unity tour” that will take them to Maine, Kentucky, Florida, Texas, Nebraska, Utah, Arizona, and Nevada—mostly red states that Trump won.

The purpose of their road trip, dubbed the “Come Together And Fight Back Tour,” is to shore up a badly fractured Democratic Party and present some semblance of a united opposition to the Trump administration. (The tour is selling T-shirts that boast, “I’m one of 65,844,610 Americans against Trump.”)  <Source>

This tour should have been called “Revolt Against America and American Values.” These are the very people who, like former President Barack Obama, want to destroy America’s exceptionalism and demand it achieve parity with the greatly weakened Russia. Coincidently where Bernie Sanders honeymooned.

The Democrat Party of my parent’s era is gone. The aging hippies who thought that they could do a better job of governing proved that they were both corrupt and ineffective. One need only look at Governor Moonbeam in California to see what damage he has done to the formerly Golden State.

And now we have a generation of fragile snowflakes who are aggrieved if they even see a portrait of President Trump on campus. Can you imagine these people going to war and fighting and dying to preserve our nation and our liberty? Hell, can you even see them have the guts to stand-up and question those who wear face-covering scarfs during campus rallies?

Who are these people fighting? They are fighting a constitutionally-elected candidate on behalf of a failed political party who has disgraced themselves and their party. These are the people who applauded when Obama decimated the military. These are the people who applauded when Obama nationalized healthcare and screwed tens of millions of people. These are the people who cheer millions pouring over our border to dilute and then destroy the essence of America.  But most of all, these people have become our enemies.

Bottom line …

The progressive socialist democrats have always been a party of projection rhetoric; ascribing their bad behavior to their opposition. The Environmental Protection Agency has fouled the air, water, and land with actions that would see the leadership of  private entity in prison; yet they claim the opposition wants to poison our natural resources. NOAA,  the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration, claims that the science of global warming is settled, yet has been found corrupting and manipulating datasets to produce “scientific” results where none exist. And, let us not forget that the Democrat Party was the party of slavery, segregation, the Jim Crow laws, the fight against civil rights – and yet they loudly proclaim the opposition is racist.

Unfortunately, the GOP has been spineless and unwilling to point out the truth – perhaps because both sides have corrupt politicians with exploitable peccadillos in their background.

“We the People” need to open our eyes and stand up to the tyranny of the minority – the activists and agitators who are allowed to set the agenda. Aided and abetted by a mainstream media more concerned with ratings, profits, and progressive virtue signaling than the truth. Enough is enough. We are watching the slow-moving takeover of our nation by foreign powers – simply by having higher birth rates and absolutely nothing to lose from marching in the streets. Our youth have been indoctrinated over decades by the progressives and think that not only is the system itself corrupt, but they need to take action – march and demonstrate – and yet cannot clearly articulate why they are taking action.

We are well and truly screwed.

BUZZFEED IN THE NEWS AGAIN ...

Reminds me of an internet funny from the past: a legal filing using a BuzzFeed—style come-on …

buzzfeed-motion-heading-450w

Trump’s lawyer launches legal action against BuzzFeed for publishing ‘completely fabricated’ dossier

Michael D. Cohen, President Trump’s personal attorney, says he has instructed his own attorney to investigate legal action against BuzzFeed, which posted an opposition research “dossier” that accused Mr. Cohen without proof of a conspiracy with Russian agents. Mr. Cohen told The Washington Times that he also is considering a lawsuit against former British spy Christopher Steele, who wrote the gossipy 35-page dossier that the liberal news website posted on Jan. 10.

Mr. Steele was paid by a Hillary Clinton supporter, via the Democratic Party-linked firm Fusion GPS, to gather dirt on candidate Trump last summer and fall. GPS circulated the Steele memos to reporters and Democrats. In Mr. Cohen’s case, Mr. Steele accused him of traveling to Prague in the last week of August to meet with Russian agents to devise a plan to cover up the supposed Trump-Russia hacking of Democratic Party email servers.

Mr. Cohen, the attorney for the Trump Organization for 10 years, immediately denied the accusation in January. He showed his passport to the president, his close aides and reporters to prove he had never been to Prague. He also shared his itinerary for a trip he took to Southern California at the time Mr. Steele said he was in the capital of the Czech Republic. < Source>

Bottom line …

In what was clearly a “hit piece” designed to discredit and delegitimize the Trump Administration, there are more serious questions involving this affair. Since most of the reputable news outlets had turned down the story due to lack of corroboration, one wonders why the FBI chose to accept the report at face value, possibly put Steele on the payroll, and may have used the Steele material in a FISA court to obtain a search warrant? Also, what role did Loretta Lynch, the Department of Justice, James Comey, and the FBI play in the possible dissemination of false and misleading information? Was the White House involved? Will the person who paid for the report be identified and prosecuted?

There is so much smoke around the DOJ, FBI, and White House, one wonders if this scandal will be covered up by the Trump Administration as a quid pro quo bargaining chip for something they want. Since Trump and/or his associates are being investigated/audited by both agencies, perhaps a special prosecutor needs to be appointed?

We are so screwed when we can’t trust our government and agencies that should be above politics.

How can you save the planet when you don’t know it needs saving?

bn

I was dumbstruck by the scientific ignorance and vehemence of “Bill Nye the Science Guy” and his position that runs contrary to good science. Nye insisted that the science of global warming was well-established and settled with 97% of all scientists agreeing that the climate was changing and that rate of change is what made it so dangerous to the planet. Ignoring key facts like the Earth has been hotter, colder, with more atmospheric carbon dioxide and less carbon dioxide. And, that for approximately 200 years – the entire output of the industrial age is unnoticeable when compared to the variability of nature which has existed for millions of years.

First, you need to recognize that politicians are using science to justify public policies that result in a loss of freedom, higher taxes, greater political power for the politicians and bureaucrats, and the special interests that form a corrupt funding feedback loop that is tantamount to legal public bribery.

  1. Has anyone noticed that the United Nations is not a scientific organization, but a self-serving organization of, by, and for politicians and policymakers?
  1. Has anyone noticed that the brief of the 1992 United Nations Framework Convention on Climate ignored the entirety of global climate change and concentrated on anthropogenic (man-made) global warming?

Article 1- Definitions

For the purposes of this Convention:

1. “Adverse effects of climate change” means changes in the physical environment or biota resulting from climate change which have significant deleterious effects on the composition, resilience or productivity of natural and managed ecosystems or on the operation of socio-economic systems or on human health and welfare.

2. “Climate change” means a change of climate which is attributed directly or indirectly to human activity that alters the composition of the global atmosphere and which is in addition to natural climate variability observed over comparable time periods.

  1. Has anyone noticed that the real drivers of global climate change are natural and exponentially outweigh any man-made factors? Natural factors such as the Sun’s energy output in all spectral bands; cosmic rays, the Earth’s position relative to the Sun, the Earth’s precessional and rotational dynamics, the Earth’s vulcanology and plate tectonics, the Earth’s deep ocean currents, and the greatest greenhouse gas of all, water vapor? Factors that are beyond man’s ability to influence and that adaptation to the vagaries of nature is the only coping mechanism available to man at present. Worried about the results of those big storms, stop developers from buying politicians to change zoning and building codes? BTW, those big “weather” events are produced mostly by oscillations such as the El Nino/La Nina events.
  1. Has anyone noticed that the actual terrestrial temperature records have been highly manipulated (homogenized) and the original raw data lost for all time? That many of the collection stations have been compromised by siting issues, discontinuance, or other systemic issues? That simply changing the time of day of observations can alter the record in a manner that produces inaccurate or indeterminate results? That there are only a very few stations to produce and/or project “global” results? That measurements to tenths of a degree are computational artifacts and that all measurements are well within the scope of natural variability? And, worst of all, that the temperatures are reported, not as temperatures, but as anomalies – deviations from a pre-selected 30-year baseline that hides the large timescales involved in real climate change? Not to mention that the choice of scale is used to produce those dramatic charts when the true temperature deviation varies plus or minus a few degrees Celsius.

Second, about that 97% you see bandied about. The number came from a study of research papers that purported to show some man-made global warming. There are three things wrong with this assertion:

  1. The number should be 100% because the climate is always changing.
  1. The idea that you can perform science is ludicrous because science is not like voting on legislation. Nobody votes yea or nay on the speed of light – or any other physical phenomena. So simply looking at the fashionable viewpoint of the day is not sufficient to draw meaningful conclusions.
  1. Unfortunately, there is an inherent bias in the number of research papers; a dislocation caused by the abundance of funding for fashionable (politically acceptable) institutions, people, and projects and not so much for studies that falsify current research, demonstrate replication issues, or simply produce results that are inconclusive.
  1. Peer-Review is a publishing process not a validation of the article's importance, veracity, applicability, or assertions. And how many people know that the subversion of the peer-review process by a few of the leading researchers has been well-documented in the Climate-gate emails.

And third, science is about skepticism, not suppression by labeling those who do not agree with you as “deniers” …

science

Bottom line …

To me, Bill Nye deserves the title of “The Non-science Nonsense Guy.” With billions of public funds sloshing through the system, one should wonder, not about global climate change, but about the political corruption that is destroying our nation and the corrupt mainstream media that is destroying our trust in any of our formerly respected institutions.

Why should anyone care about NASA, when Dr. Charles Bolden announced that it was one of the core missions of NASA to make Muslims feel proud of their historical contributions to science while Americans are paying billions to have Americans flown to the International Space Station by the Russians, our ideological enemies?

The first thing that scientists must do to regain their credibility is to purge their house of the charlatans who have destroyed a portion of science and the public’s trust. The first thing we must do is curtail public corruption and hold the mainstream media accountable for their omissions, distortions, lies, and diversions.

We are so screwed.

WHAT HAPPENED TO REAL JOURNALISM AT THE LOS ANGELES TIMES?

lat-dh

lat-2

I can understand why the Los Angeles Times is desperately trying to hold on to the core audience of disaffected progressive socialist democrats, but have they even considered going back to the type of investigative journalism that I enjoyed reading when I was much, much younger?

What I would like to see is a hard-hitting expose of former Attorneys General Eric Holder and Loretta Lynch and the hyper-polarization of the Department of Justice under Barack Obama.

What were the conclusions of those never-ending investigations of Obama-led scandals such as the Fast and Furious Gun Running Scandal that saw weapons being transferred to the Mexican drug cartels for the purposes of enhancing domestic gun control? What happened to the congressional contempt citation of Eric Holder and why a man in such disrepute being hired to legally represent the State of California? Why did the White House claim executive privilege over documents that were not clearly privileged?

What was the conclusion of the IRS scandal that materially interfered with a presidential election by curtailing tax-exempt funding to those perceived as being conservatives and not progressives? Why were IRS officials such as Lois Learner and IRS Director John Koskinen not held accountable for their actions, especially lying to Congress?

What was the Obama Administration’s need for a cover-up in Benghazi? Was it to cover-up incompetence before a presidential election or was it more sinister – involving illegal and unconstitutional arms trafficking to Islamic terrorists?

How did Hillary and Bill Clinton avoid prosecution for the Clinton Foundation and its involvement in U.S. foreign affairs? How did Hillary Clinton and quite a few highly-placed government officials avoid prosecution for the very same activities that saw numerous lesser individuals sent to prison for lesser offenses?

Why are we disproportionately ruled by the tyranny of the minority?

But the biggest question to be answered is …

Why are IRS Director John Koskinen and FBI Director James Comey still heading agencies with a demonstrable failure to faithfully execute the duties of their office? And, even more bizarrely, why are we seeing leaks of highly-classified documents and zero leaks of Trump’s tax returns or documents relating to Obama’s pre-presidential foreign travel and associations?

Bottom line …

When is the Los Angeles Times going to return to their journalistic roots and reveal the progressive plotting that appears to be occurring in front of their very noses?

The Founding Fathers had no idea that the press would become a complicit mechanism to help subvert the constitution. Heaven help us because we are royally screwed.

WHAT IS GOING WRONG WITH THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION?

Can you think of any reason why John Koskinen remains the 48th Director of the Internal Revenue Service after blatantly lying to Congress about the IRS activities associated with the Lois Learner affair in persecuting conservative organizations, and that may have materially affected the outcome of a presidential election by reducing funding sources?

Can you think of any reason why James Comey remains the Director of the Federal Bureau of Investigation after blatantly misrepresenting the law regarding the investigation of Hillary Clinton’s activities while in office? The blatant disregard of investigatory safeguards and the irregular acceptance of unorthodox actions by those being investigated surely demand an investigation of their own.

While both men are extremely well-credentialed, both were appointed by former President Barack Obama and had apparently politicized or covered-up the politicization of their respective agencies causing a massive loss of public respect for both premier agencies which should be above any political influence.

dtmanipMy only thought is that current President Donald Trump is or was under investigation by both agencies and may feel pressured into keeping both men in their positions, lest inappropriate leaks of classified or confidential information impact his presidency during its early stages.

Can anyone provide another, or more compelling, reason for keeping these two appointees in the Trump Administration – other than the gross incompetence of the Trump Administration or to curry favor with Trump’s progressive friends and funders?

When we can’t trust our government, we are truly screwed.

orr

If you want your fix of O’Reilly and are willing to pay approximately $60 per year, then the “No Spin News” is for you. According to Bill’s website https://www.billoreilly.com “this daily newscast for Premium Members brings you Bill's uncensored thoughts on the news and inside updates on his many projects. and claiming you will “hear the things Bill can't say on television.”

How soon will it be before O’Reilly has his own internet platform that is similar to CRTV (Conservative Review TV) featuring Mark Levine, Michelle Malkin, and others?

Nothing new here – business as usual.

Bottom line …

I didn’t watch him for free, so I am sure not going to pay to listen to him bloviate now. But each to their own.
