First, we saw an inappropriate meeting between Bill Clinton, a potential co-conspirator involving the Clinton Foundation and the Department of State and the Attorney General of the United States, Loretta Lynch. With Lynch suddenly recusing herself from making a decision on whether or not to prosecute Hillary Clinton for a number of activities that appear to be felonies.

Second, we saw an impossible-to-believe brief FBI interview with Hillary Clinton, that was not recorded, and which appears to be filled with nonsensical or evasive answers. Some of which were different from her previous statements.

Third, we saw the Director of the FBI, James Comey, refuse to recommend the prosecution of Hillary Clinton, inserting the element of “intent” into the law, where no such element exists or has been used in past prosecutions.

Fourth, we say Hillary Clinton’s top aide, and possibly the architect of the cover-up, herself a potential co-conspirator, allowed unprecedented participation in Hillary Clinton’s FBI interview as a legal representative.

And now we find that this very potential co-conspirator, Cheryl Mills, was granted immunity along with other key players. Something stinks at the Department of Justice and the FBI.

Hillary Clinton’s former chief of staff, Cheryl Mills, and two other staff members were granted immunity deals in exchange for their cooperation in the now-closed FBI investigation into Clinton’s use of a private email server as secretary of state, says a Republican congressman.

Rep. Jason Chaffetz, chairman of the House Oversight and Government Reform Committee, told the Associated Press on Friday that Mills gave federal investigators access to her laptop on the condition that findings couldn’t be used against her. Chaffetz said he was “absolutely stunned” that the FBI would cut a deal with someone as close to the investigation as Mills. “No wonder they couldn’t prosecute a case,” Chaffetz said. “They were handing out immunity deals like candy.”

The FBI had already said it granted immunity to Bryan Pagliano, a tech expert who set up Clinton’s email server, as well as Paul Combetta, a computer specialist.

Chaffetz said in addition to Mills, others granted immunity include John Bentel, then-director of the State Department’s Office of Information Resources Management, and Clinton aide Heather Samuelson.

How is it possible for the FBI and the Department of Justice to investigate others in the future when it appears that Hillary Clinton and her crew have been given unprecedented liberties to engage in an “official” cover-up right in front of the FBI and an FBI Director who was thought by most people to be a straight shooter and immune to partisan politics?

Why is it that the FBI can swoop in and confiscate the computers of other wrongdoers with a court subpoena and then have to negotiate with Cheryl Mills for her computer. Especially when Mills has apparently claimed false attorney-client privileges where none appear to exist as she was a government employee when Hillary was at the State Department and was precluded from acting as an attorney on the behalf of Clinton in examining those matters and the subsequent destruction of documents when Clinton left office? Why was the claim that Cheryl Mills may have participated in the destruction or removal of official government documents prior to an investigation on Benghazi which would be a  event demonstrating her unsuitability for immunity.

Even worse …

In another story by the Washington Times, we are finding that Hillary Clinton’s statement that she turned over all work-related documents to the Department of State is materially false and misleading. And, that the government is trying to keep these documents out of the public view prior to a presidential election – which may be akin to interfering with a presidential election.

The State Department said Friday it likely has more than 2,800 new emails former Secretary Hillary Clinton never turned over but were recovered by the FBI, and will begin releasing them in batches beginning next month. But only a small percentage will be processed before the election, the department said in court, arguing its resources are stretched too thin to get them done.

If some of these recovered were emails obtained from Cheryl Mill’s computer, under a grant of immunity, doesn’t this “prove” that Cheryl Mills, Hillary Clinton, and others at the Department of States are guilty of knowingly violating a court-issued subpoena and various subpoenas that may have been issued by Congressional oversight committees? If Hillary Clinton becomes the next President of the United States, will this produce a constitutional crisis in which a criminal has been elected to the highest office in the land and can administratively thwart justice at will?

Bottom line …

Unless FBI Director James Comey can adequately explain how this “slam dunk” investigation spun out of control before a Congressional oversight committee, perhaps he should resign his office or face an investigation that he was part of a conspiracy to obstruct justice in the Hillary Clinton cover-up. Can it be that Cheryl Mills is a better lawyer than all of the career lawyers in the Department of Justice and the FBI? Unlikely. But, it does appear that the “fix was in.”

It is likely that this entire crew might receive presidential pardons from President Obama on his way out of office.

How can Hillary Clinton be elected to the Presidency of the United States by Americans who can see what occurred right in front of their eyes? The only hope for America appears to be the unpalatable choice of electing Donald Trump who apparently is running like an old-time progressive democrat rather than a republican.

We are so screwed.
