While many people are looking at Bryan Pagliano as the key operator of  Hillary Clinton’s email server, it appears that another person had enough control over the server to unilaterally shut the server down during what he believed to be a hacking attempt. An attempt that was apparently known to Hillary and her top aides, but never reported to the State Department.

Pagliano, who originally exerted his Fifth Amendment protections against self-incrimination, and who has been granted immunity may not be the go-to server guy with the answers.

Justice Dept. grants immunity to staffer who set up Clinton email server

The Justice Department has granted immunity to a former State Department staffer, who worked on Hillary Clinton’s private email server, as part of a criminal investigation into the possible mishandling of classified information, according to a senior law enforcement official.

The official said the FBI had secured the cooperation of Bryan Pagliano, who worked on Clinton’s 2008 presidential campaign before setting up the server in her New York home in 2009. <Source>

From the State Department’s Inspector General …

On January 9, 2011, the non-Departmental advisor to President Clinton who provided technical support to the Clinton email system notified the Secretary’s Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations that he had to shut down the server because he believed “someone was trying to hack us and while they did not get in i didnt [sic] want to let them have the chance to.” Later that day, the advisor again wrote to the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations, “We were attacked again so I shut [the server] down for a few min.” On January 10, the Deputy Chief of Staff for Operations emailed the Chief of Staff and the Deputy Chief of Staff for Planning and instructed them not to email the Secretary “anything sensitive” and stated that she could “explain more in person.”

Parsing the words “non-Departmental advisor to President Clinton” means that State Department employee and Clinton consultant Bryan Pagliano, a former IT specialist with the State Department during the tenure of Hillary Clinton, may have not been the only one with unfettered access to the Clinton’s private e-mail server.

Justin Cooper, who previously interned within the Office of Science and Technology and serves as an aid to Bill Clinton, may have had unrestricted access to the server and its operation. Like most of the insiders associated with the Clintons, Cooper has a law degree from Fordham which raises the possibility of attorney-client privilege as a dodge against full disclosure of what he may know. Cooper also appears to have relationships with the Clinton Foundation and the consulting group operated by Clintonistas.

But, the most shocking point may be that Justin Cooper does not hold a relevant security clearance that would allow him to handle or read the classified materials that are said to be on the private server. A possible pain point that the FBI can leverage to find the truth about the purpose, installation, and operation of Hillary’s email server.

Are Bill Clinton and his team the key to the FBI’s Hillary investigation?

The obscure Mr. Cooper may, in fact, be the linchpin of the case swirling around the Clintons. Perhaps more than anyone apart from the principals themselves, he is at the nexus of the Clinton Foundation, Hillary’s work at the State Department, and her possession of highly sensitive government documents. After all, Mr. Cooper was the one who, before she became secretary, negotiated with the Obama White House over the parameters of acceptable conduct by Bill Clinton and the foundation to minimize the possibility of “conflicts of interest.”

It was Mr. Cooper who, according to archived Internet records, registered both and, which was used by top Clinton Foundation personnel.

Mr. Cooper served as a coordinator between the overlapping worlds of Mrs. Clinton, Mr. Clinton and the foundation. He is a top fundraiser for the Clinton Foundation. He is also a senior adviser to Teneo, founded by Mr. Band and whose clients — such as Coca-Cola, Dow Chemical and Bank of America — certainly gained access to the former president, the secretary of state and their vast international network.

A source familiar with Mr. Cooper’s arrangement with the Clintons tells me that they have paid his legal fees associated with the FBI investigation, amounting to “hundreds of thousands of dollars.” They aren’t paying those costs out of a sense of decency. They’re paying them because he knows the “why” of the server, which may very well have been to make it easier for the foundation to hustle big donations. <Source>

Can it be that the Clinton’s are actually operating a criminal enterprise?

Certainly many on the internet and in the media believe that there is something fishy about the Clinton Foundation as evidenced as to proliferation of anti-Clinton graphics such as the one above.

Bottom line …

In what topsy-turvy world can a corrupt and failed politician like Hillary Clinton rise to being the presumptive nominee of the democrat party for the Presidency of the United States. A position that would create in fact, another Evita Perón and demonstrate to all Americans that the Constitution is a joke and that some people are truly above the law because of their position, wealth, politics, and power.

We are so screwed.
