There is no doubt in my mind that Hillary Clinton is unsuited for the Presidency of the United States or any other public office for that matter. She is a lying, corrupt, Marxist who engages in the worst sort of cronyist behavior. An avaricious and vicious woman who acts as if her sense of privilege and entitlement places her above the law.
Unfortunately, there have been a number of cases when Hillary Clinton’s deceptions or outright wrongdoing have been dismissed by other corrupt politicians or a corrupted media where journalistic ethics has given way to corporatism to curry favor with an administration that controls licensing, taxation, and access to newsmakers and events
Not only did Hillary Clinton violate State Department rules and regulations, she appears to have violated various federal criminal laws – including a clear case of obstruction of justice.
Hillary Clinton’s unprecedented private email server and those pesky emails …
Select Committee Adds to Secretary Clinton’s Public Email Record
The Select Committee on Benghazi today released emails it uncovered to and from former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton that should have been, but were not, turned over in response to committee requests. The emails came to light as part of a document request to Sidney Blumenthal, who was recently deposed by the committee after it was discovered nearly half of Secretary Clinton's public record regarding Libya and Benghazi pertains to emails from Sidney Blumenthal.
Chairman Trey Gowdy requested the State Department provide the House their copies of these emails by the end of the day, if they have them.
“Once again the Benghazi Committee uncovers information that should already be part of the public record but was not made available to the American people or congressional investigators,” said Gowdy, R-S.C. “These emails should have been part of the public record when Secretary Clinton left office and at a bare minimum included when the State Department released Clinton’s self-selected records on Libya. For that reason, the committee has made the decision to release the latest set of Clinton’s public records unearthed by the committee.”
Gowdy pointed out the revelation of these new Clinton emails, some of which fall in the gaps of time previously identified by the committee, raises fresh questions about whether Clinton’s self-selected record is complete and State’s failure to ensure the public and Congress have a complete record of the former Secretary’s time in office. Gowdy also noted that had the committee not called Blumenthal, it is questionable whether the public would have gained access to this set of information.

How the Clinton team deflects the growing email scandal …
At the source, you have a radical progressive socialist democrat activist, Elijah E. Cummings, sitting next to Committee Chairman Gowdy as the Ranking member on the Committee. Cummings choice was not by accident; especially after the democrats threatened non-participation in the Committee’s work. Here are some of Cummings’ quotes on the matter. [My comments in blue italic.]
New emails show possible Benghazi deception by Hillary Clinton, Obama admin
Democrats countered that "many" of the emails had been turned over before and said Mr. Gowdy's decision to release the set Monday was a political effort to tar Mrs. Clinton.
[Note the obvious deception: it is not the “many” emails turned over to the committee, but the emails that were not turned over to the committee. And, the politicization of what can become a criminal obstruction of justice.]
"Before today, Chairman Gowdy had not officially released a single email from a single witness in this entire investigation, which has lasted more than a year. Now, he has apparently decided that this one witness is so critical that his emails — and his alone — must be released," said Rep. Elijah E. Cummings, the ranking Democrat on the Benghazi probe.
[Gowdy, a competent and able prosecutorial attorney, knows that simply releasing a “document dump” allows the Clinton camp to use their hackneyed response: “old news, nothing to see here, move along.” Pretty much why he is not releasing interview transcripts to encourage witness participation. It is not that the emails of this witness are so important – but that they were not turned over to the committee under subpoena. That means, either the State Department did not have then, putting the lie to Hillary Clinton’s claim that she turned over all relevant documents to the State Department from her private email server or that the State Department was non-responsive to a Congressional inquiry – which can be a criminal matter.]
Democrats have called for Mr. Gowdy to release the transcript of the committee's deposition of Mr. Blumenthal, which took place last week, saying it would show there was nothing nefarious in the arrangement between him and Mrs. Clinton.
[It is an old trick to demand the release of a protected document and to claim it contains exculpatory evidence. Not only would this discourage witnesses from being candid during their interviews, but even if the document contained nothing significant, its contents can be spun by the opposition.]
Mr. Cummings said the transcript has been available since last week and would put the new emails in context.
[Again with the misdirection. It is not the content nor the context of the email that is important. What is important is the fact that the emails were not made available to the Committee by either Hillary Clinton nor the Department of State. Again, Hillary Clinton lied about turning over all of the documents to the Department of State or the State Department was criminally negligent in not responding fully to the Committee’s lawful records production subpoena.]
"By the chairman's own admission, these emails have absolutely nothing to do with the attacks in Benghazi, and their selective release demonstrates the Select Committee's singular focus on attacking Hillary Clinton and her bid for president," the congressman said.
[While the emails apparently have nothing to do with the attacks in Benghazi, they do speak to the core issue: the truthfulness of Hillary Clinton and the United States Department of State.]
Enough with the progressive socialist democrats …
Do you remember that famous Kennedy speech that included, “Ask not what your country can do for you, ask what you can do for your country?”
How many of you recognized that is was absolutely wrong! That instead of demanding citizens work and sacrifice for their nation – also known as the government-- that the government should work for you and do what they promise.
Bottom line …
It appears that Hillary has been caught in another scandal with serious repercussions. And, it also appears that Hillary Clinton is going to use Bill Clinton’s playbook – admitting that regrettable actions were taken and poor decisions were made; but that it is necessary that we focus on the future and solving America’s income inequality and racial and gender inequities so we should not dwell on the past. What has happened has happened – and is old news – time to move forward.
Unfortunately, this sends a signal to the elite political class who believe that they are above the law. Wait it out, throw a few minions under the bus – rewarding them for their sacrifice – and allow a corrupt or complacent media to bury the news on the back page or ignore it altogether.
Enough with the corruption, the corporatism, the cronyism. No more Bushes, no more Clintons, no more Kennedys – and no more professional politicians who act in their own self-interests first by pandering to the special interests.
We are so screwed.
