• In what America can the President obtain new Constitutional powers that are not clearly known by all Americans?

What are they hiding ...

Considering that Senator Orrin Hatch (R-UT),chairman of the Senate Finance Committee is the primary author of the bill, one might assume that Hatch has placed provisions for the further criminalization of copyright violations and shifted the burden from companies such as Disney and the big content distributors to the federal government to investigate and prosecute content-related crimes. Hatch who fancies himself to be a composer is well-known to the intellectual property community as a toady for those who want to prevent their content from ever reaching the public domain as specified in the original copyright legislation.

What makes this such a dangerous proposition is that it enables domestic spying on all individuals and the breaking of encryption as content carriers may be forced to engage in domestic deep-packet mining to discover prohibited content that violates copyright law.

One might further assume, that the President of the United States can, under certain conditions, thwart the Congress of the United States when it comes to international agreements. An especially dangerous proposition given that this particular President and possibly the next President may not wish America well as the proceed with their progressive socialist agenda.

The big question …

How can the American voter trust the Republican Party in 2016 when they have sold out the nation for personal gain?

More than ever, those to whom we looked for guidance, sanity, and integrity have sold us out. Mitch McConnell should resign his office for participating in this charade orchestrated by the Obama Administration without full disclosure.

How can we know what's in a bill unless we are forced to use the Nancy Pelosi ploy -- we can't know what's in a bill until we pass it.

We are so screwed as our corrupt legislators move farther and farther away from the Constitution of the United States, and the politicized Supreme Court refuses to act in the best interests of America.
