The Federal Election Commission has specific rules and regulations about when a candidate must announce their candidacy and it appears that Hillary Clinton may have exceeded the FEC’s rules … a pattern and practice of Hillary Clinton who has in the past ignored the law and its consequences.

Massive Criminal Complaint Filed Against Hillary

Pursuant to 52 U.S.C. §30109(a)(1), the Foundation for Accountability and Civic Trust (FACT) files this complaint with the Federal Election Commission (FEC or Commission) against Hillary Clinton to determine if the following activities constitute serious violations of the Federal Election Campaign Act of 1971 as amended (Act) and Commission regulations.

The information contained in this complaint is based on media reports, public records, and information and belief. Based upon numerous media reports, Hillary Clinton’s activities have extended beyond merely testing the waters to determine whether a candidacy for President is feasible, and she should be deemed to be a candidate under the Act.

Consequently, she is bound by the Act’s contribution, registration, and reporting requirements, which do not appear to have been met. The Commission must conduct an immediate and thorough investigation into these practices. See 52 U.S.C. § 30109(a)(2); 11 C.F.R. § 111.4(a).

Are Americans willing to consider a candidate who is a known liar, has a history of corruption, has held significant position with no accomplishments and adverse consequences?

A candidate who is both irrelevant and believes herself to be above the law?

A candidate associated with the dodgy Clinton Foundation and the actions of her husband who has soiled the White House’s Oval Office?

After Barack Obama, are we going to vote for color over competence, sex over substance?
What Hillary Clinton’s minions are telling the media represents code words that are ageist, sexist, and biased. Which leaves a large number of descriptive terms that also could be applied to Hillary Clinton.
  • polarizing
  • calculating
  • disingenuous
  • insincere

H/T Burt Prelutsky

Not to mention, Hillary Clinton is an angry woman, viewing everything through the prism of her own agenda and well-being. One that hates the military and is less concerned with the United States than she is of her own sad, sorry, and irrelevant self.

Unfortunately …

Bottom line …

To the Hillary's question, "Don't you someday want to see a woman President of the United States of America? ...

Yes, but not one who lies with impunity, is corrupt, and is about the type of cronyism that rewards friends and punishes enemies. And, certainly not one that had a dodgy history and has proven herself irrelevant and without accomplishments.
