IS OBAMA SETTING THE LEGAL STAGE FOR HILLARY'S MILITARY TO COMPLETE THE PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST DEMOCRAT TAKEOVER?
There is little doubt in my mind that President Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats represents a clear and present danger to America and all Americans with his unconstitutional usurpation of Congressional authority, his failure to execute his oath of office to preserve, protect, and defend the Constitution of the United States, his general lawlessness in his failure to carry out the rule of law in the United States by ignoring laws he doesn’t like, and in general ignoring transparency and accountability in obstructing justice on significant scandals involving constitutional issues. Not to mention his failure to, once and for all, authorize the disclosure of his personal documents that would forever silence those who question his eligibility for the Presidency.
But, now we are seeing another indication that Obama is fundamentally transforming our nation by setting the stage for soldiers assigned to the United States military to engage American citizens on American soil. Perhaps under the same type of stealth regulations that were passed to allow the United States government to spy on American citizens with impunity.
Directive No. 3025.18 -- Defense Support of Civil Authorities …
1. PURPOSE. This Directive: a. Establishes policy and assigns responsibilities for DSCA, also referred to as civil support. b. Incorporates and cancels DoD Directive (DoDD) 3025.1 and DoDD 3025.15 (References (a) and (b)). c. Supplements the regulations (in DoDD 5525.5 (Reference (c))) required by section 375 of title 10, United States Code (U.S.C.), (Reference (d)) regarding military support for civilian law enforcement. d. Provides guidance for the execution and oversight of DSCA when requested by civil authorities or by qualifying entities and approved by the appropriate DoD official, or as directed by the President, within the United States, including the District of Columbia, the Commonwealth of Puerto Rico, the U.S. Virgin Islands, Guam, American Samoa, the Commonwealth of the Northern Mariana Islands, and any territory or possession of the United States or any political subdivision thereof. e. Authorizes immediate response authority for providing DSCA, when requested. f. Authorizes emergency authority for the use of military force, under dire situations, as described in paragraph 4.i. above the signature of this Directive. <snip>4. POLICY. It is DoD policy that: i. Federal military commanders are provided EMERGENCY AUTHORITY under this Directive. Federal military forces shall not be used to quell civil disturbances unless specifically authorized by the President in accordance with applicable law (e.g., chapter 15 of Reference (d)) or permitted under emergency authority, as described below (see DoDD 3025.12 (Reference (j)) and DoDD 5525.5 (Reference (c))). In these circumstances, those Federal military commanders have the authority, in extraordinary emergency circumstances where prior authorization by the President is impossible and duly constituted local authorities are unable to control the situation, to engage temporarily in activities that are necessary to quell large-scale, unexpected civil disturbances because: (1) Such activities are necessary to prevent significant loss of life or wanton destruction of property and are necessary to restore governmental function and public order; or, (2) When duly constituted Federal, State, or local authorities are unable or decline to provide adequate protection for Federal property or Federal governmental functions. You will notice that this is an Executive Branch action and does not require consultation, coordination, or permission of the Congress of the United States of America. This is being sold to Americans as providing the necessary authority for the military to assist state governments and civilian agencies should there be a regional national disaster or military attack. in fact, in some circumstances, it does not require an overt action by the President of the United States, thus supplying whoever holds the office with some form of plausible deniability should there be a military overreaction leading to civilian casualties.
It should be noted that military assistance can take many forms other than the provision of soldiers of special forces personnel.Such assistance can include the temporary provision of weapons, ammunitions, ground, water, and air vehicles as well as drones.

How many people know that the domestic terrorist bombing of the Federal Office Building in Oklahoma was precipitated by Timothy McVeigh in response to government overreactions at Waco and Ruby Ridge. McVeigh wanting to initially kill the FBI sniper Lon Horiuchi who was present at both events and allegedly played a seminal part in instigating tragic and unnecessary actions at both locations.

Bottom line …
The safety and security of America and all Americans lies with the civilian leadership of our nation. If that leadership is corrupt or determined to implement a political ideology that runs counter to traditional American values, it is incumbent on the voters to remove that leadership from office. Starting with the congressional election cycle in 2014, it is imperative that the progressive socialist democrats be removed from the House and the Senate in order to restore the Constitutional checks and balances between the three branches of government as envisioned by our founding fathers. We have a Congress that is weak and afraid of the Senate and the President.
We are in deep doo-doo as my best friend Al often says. Unlike Al, I believe that we can still turn our nation around and recover from this socialist/communist experiment that is Barack Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats.
