BILL NUMBER: AB 1912 INTRODUCED LEGISLATIVE COUNSEL'S DIGEST AB 1912, as introduced, Holden. Pupil instruction: history-social science framework: election of President Barack Obama. Existing law requires the Instructional Quality Commission to recommend curriculum frameworks to the State Board of Education. Existing law defines "curriculum framework" as an outline of the components of a given course of study designed to provide state direction to school districts in the provision of instructional programs. This bill would require the commission and the state board to consider including, in the history-social science curriculum framework adopted in the course of the next submission cycle following January 1, 2015, instruction on the election of President Barack Obama and the significance of the United States electing its first African American President, as appropriate. Vote: majority. Appropriation: no. Fiscal committee: yes. THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA DO ENACT AS FOLLOWS: SECTION 1. The Legislature finds and declares all of the following: (a) The election of Barack Hussein Obama to the office of President of the United States was a historic step in the effort towards equality in the United States. [America’s racial divide seems greater now than at any other post-Civil War time. Obama and the progressive socialists race-baiters, poverty pimps, race hustlers, and the grievance industry continues to stir up racial discord to promote their progressive agenda. Promising a redress of grievances and reparations in return for unlimited and perpetual political power.] (b) Before the Civil Rights Movement, intimidation and physical violence prevented millions of African Americans from voting and alienated them from the electoral process. [And, yet we find President Obama’s Attorney General, Eric Holder, refusing to prosecute the New Black Panthers for voter intimidation even with a video record of their actions.] (c) The Voting Rights Act of 1965 was a civil rights victory that inspired more ethnic minorities to register to vote and pursue elected office. [The actual inspiration for electoral victories lies in the concentrations of ethnic minorities within concentrated areas. Some say inner cities, others say ghettos. With the progressive socialist democrats and their RINO cohorts carving out gerrymandered districts to promote “safe political seats” and to insure allocations for minorities.] (d) Barack Obama attended Harvard Law School where he became the first African American president of the Harvard Law Review. [Funny, his transcript has never been released, nor do we find any legal scholarship and written papers as customary among those who head the Harvard Law Review. As with all things Obama, there are no typical actions to mark his tenure at school – and most people cannot even remember him being in class.] (e) After law school, Barack Obama worked to fulfill the spirit of the Voting Rights Act of 1965 by encouraging people to register to vote. [As a progressive socialist democrat pursuing a career as a socialist community organizer.Obama does not appear to have ever held a conventional job or provided a leadership role in any endeavor. He has been mostly mentored by socialists, communists, and in one case, domestic terrorists.] (f) Barack Obama was first elected to the Illinois State Senate in 1996 and to the United States Senate in 2004. [This is the man who did not want to extend himself on any controversial subject and mostly voted “present.” A precursor to his uninformed and gutless domestic and foreign policies.] (g) Senator Barack Obama was elected the 44th President of the United States and first African American President on November 4, 2008, and was sworn in on January 20, 2009. [This is an undisputable fact, although people continue to challenge his eligibility for office to this day in the courts.] (h) In honor of this milestone in civil rights, President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize. [Obama’s Nobel Prize was awarded for non-existent and unprovable diplomatic accomplishments.] (i) President Obama was reelected on November 6, 2012, and was sworn in for his second term on January 20, 2013. [This is an undisputable fact, although people continue to challenge his eligibility for office to this day in the courts.] SEC. 2. Section 33543 is added to the Education Code, to read: 33543. The commission and the state board shall consider including, in the history-social science curriculum framework adopted in the course of the next submission cycle following January 1, 2015, instruction on the election of President Barack Obama and the significance of the United States electing its first African American President, as appropriate. California caught lying about Obama and the Nobel Prize …
Item (h) significantly mischaracterizes the reason President Obama, a man with zero achievements in peace prior to his election, was granted the Nobel Prize, stating “In honor of this milestone in civil rights, President Obama was awarded the Nobel Peace Prize.”
The Nobel Peace Prize for 2009
The Norwegian Nobel Committee has decided that the Nobel Peace Prize for 2009 is to be awarded to President Barack Obama for his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples. The Committee has attached special importance to Obama's vision of and work for a world without nuclear weapons.
Obama has as President created a new climate in international politics. Multilateral diplomacy has regained a central position, with emphasis on the role that the United Nations and other international institutions can play. Dialogue and negotiations are preferred as instruments for resolving even the most difficult international conflicts. The vision of a world free from nuclear arms has powerfully stimulated disarmament and arms control negotiations. Thanks to Obama's initiative, the USA is now playing a more constructive role in meeting the great climatic challenges the world is confronting. Democracy and human rights are to be strengthened.
Only very rarely has a person to the same extent as Obama captured the world's attention and given its people hope for a better future. His diplomacy is founded in the concept that those who are to lead the world must do so on the basis of values and attitudes that are shared by the majority of the world's population.
For 108 years, the Norwegian Nobel Committee has sought to stimulate precisely that international policy and those attitudes for which Obama is now the world's leading spokesman. The Committee endorses Obama's appeal that "Now is the time for all of us to take our share of responsibility for a global response to global challenges."

Obama’s Peace Prize my ass!
This is the disgraced Peace Prize that was given to Yasser Arafat, a corrupt pedophile who attacked innocent men, women, and children, oppressed his own people, and kept the region in a state of perpetual conflict in order to receive billions in international aid, much of which he, his family, and the special interests pocketed and secreted abroad.
Will the progressive socialist democrats and their unions mention that Barack Obama was and is willing to sacrifice American soldiers for political gain. Aiding and abetting our enemies on the battlefield by pre-announcing withdrawal dates, making every one of our soldiers a target as they are withdrawn via predictable routes and at a predictable time. Leaving freedom fighters who aided the American forces to suffer a horrible death at the hands of the enemy when we pull out of areas that are ill-equipped to protect themselves?
Will the progressive socialist democrats and their unions mention that Barack Obama is a gutless empty suit who allowed hundreds of thousands of people die or suffer a horrible death in Syria and elsewhere because he confuses rhetoric with action and that, in his mind, a speech is the equivalent of a cruise missile? Red line against the use of chemical weapons? Old News? Has anyone noticed that chemical weapons are still in place in Syria and possibly continue to be used on a limited basis?
Will the progressive socialist democrats and their unions mention that Barack Obama is willing to reduce America’s nuclear weapon stockpile as the Russians openly invade a sovereign country and China declares strategic portions of the Pacific as being under their economic enterprise zone and falling under their military control? How many people will die in the Ukraine and elsewhere because President Obama is more about politics than peace?
As for civil rights …
President Obama has little to offer when it comes to the civil rights movement. He self-identifies with being black and rejects his white heritage. He is of Arab decent, with more in common with the Arab slave traders who profited from selling slaves than African-American slaves themselves.
Obama: Descendant Of Slave Owners
He has no real identity. He is half-white, which he rejects. The rest of him is mostly Arab, which he hides but is disclosed by his non-African Arabic surname and his Arabic first and middle names as a way to triply proclaim his Arabic parentage to people in Kenya . Only a small part of him is African Black from his Luo grandmother, which he pretends he is exclusively.
What he isn’t, not a genetic drop of, is ‘African-American,’ the descendant of enslaved Africans brought to America chained in slave ships. He hasn’t a single ancestor who was a slave. Instead, his Arab ancestors were slave owners. Slave-trading was the main Arab business in East Africa for centuries until the British ended it.
Let that sink in: Obama is not the descendant of slaves, he is the descendant of slave owners.

Bottom line …
Regardless of whether future historians find President Obama to be the first illegitimate president, the first communist, or a political accident, he will always remain the first non-white president. An achievement not of his own making, but of a confluence of favorable circumstances and progressive mainstream media propaganda and cheerleading.
Obama’s presidential achievements should be mentioned in history books, but not mandated by legislation proposed by progressive socialist democrats and their corrupt revisionist history.
I wonder if there is a similar bill feting former President Ronald Reagan, a Californian whose record of accomplishments in making the world safer, exists? Or, one might ask, where is his Nobel Peace Prize for bringing an end to the "cold war?'
