KIM PHAM MURDER REVEALS AN UGLY TRUTH ABOUT THE PROGRESSIVE DEMOCRAT'S " WAR ON WOMEN"
A senseless killing …
Kim Pham
January 19, 2014, about 12:30 a.m. at a Santa Ana club, a young Vietnamese woman, Kim Pham, was assaulted for allegedly walking in front of a group having their pictures taken. Unknown words were exchanged and it appears two or more suspects beat and kicked 23-year old Kim Pham so viciously that she was later declared brain dead. People around her, possibly friends and others, used their phones to capture video of the horrific event. There does not appear to be anyone who effectively intervened and prevented a beat-down from turning into a killing.
The police were originally seeking five people of interest that were described as being two males and three females, all Hispanic between 20 and 25 years of age. Two females believed to be involved in the brutal assault – now murder – are in custody and have been charged.
The “Wall of Silence”
According to the Los Angeles Times, the investigation has been impeded by a reluctance of witnesses to come forward. Something that is being, in my opinion, falsely ascribed to a social pattern of behavior and practice that is being linked to communist oppression.
Investigation into Santa Ana beating death hits a wall of silence -- Some of Kim Pham's friends may hold the clues that could bring her killers to justice. But so far, nobody is talking.
But as Santa Ana police detectives try to make sense of the melee that led to her death, the investigation is running into a wall of silence. Pham's friends have failed to come forward. One flatly refused to meet with law enforcement, despite pleas from the police.
Longtime observers of Orange County's sprawling Vietnamese population say the dynamic doesn't surprise them in a community where distrust of authority — and reluctance to cooperate with police — still runs through generations. Many arrived in America with fresh memories of the deeply corrupt government back home. "People worry that there will be retaliation," said Cmdr. Tim Vu, the highest-ranking Vietnamese American in law enforcement in Orange County. "They don't know the court system and are intimidated by it."
Vu said it is hard to convince some in the community that retaliation against witnesses is rare. "We need to reassure immigrants or potential witnesses that it's not about them," he said. "It's about all the evidence and all other witnesses."

What the Los Angeles Times appear to have gotten wrong about the Pham murder is that there were others in attendance who were not Vietnamese. And, what the law enforcement authorities are reluctant to say out loud is that many of these potential witnesses may fear Hispanic gang-style retaliation against anyone who provides information to the authorities.
Many people believe that members of the Vietnamese community are reluctant to testify because they were victims of police and political oppression in Vietnam. What people do not realize is that the majority of these immigrants – and now loyal, law-abiding citizens -- came from South Vietnam and fled as the South was being invaded from the communist North. Americans were forced to pull out due to a lack of political will – mostly ginned up by the progressive socialist democrats -- to sustain the fight for liberty and freedom. Leaving millions of innocents to be slaughtered by the repressive regimes of Vietnam, Cambodia, and Laos. Much like the current conditions in Iraq and Afghanistan.
It appears that the progressive-biased mainstream media is extremely reluctant to admit is that many inner city areas, most governed by progressive socialist democrats, are cesspools of decay, poverty, illiteracy, ill-health, and most disturbing, feature armed criminal gangs that prey upon citizens like domestic terrorists. (Ironic that Vietnamese gangs who would traditionally protect the community from outsiders, are massively outnumbered and out-gunned by the Hispanic gangs and can no longer protect their community.)
Bottom line …
That Santa Ana law enforcement agencies cannot offer some measure of safety and security to area residents who might be willing to testify is an ugly, ugly truth. An absolute argument for the Second Amendment and one’s right to self-defense in a time when California politicians are attempting to disarm the law-abiding citizen and creating even larger pools of victims.
Remember those California politicians when you stand in the voting booth – the corrupt, radical progressive socialist democrats who are trying to disarm you and make you a victim that requires bigger government to keep you safe.
Here is a clear demonstration that the police cannot protect you when you need that protection the most.
One might even say that the progressive socialist democrats in California have declared a war on women by denying them any means for self-defense against larger or more numerous attackers.
