The lying pond scum that is the President of the United States forgot to mention the fact that the system is not only broken, but has not been built-out sufficiently to fulfill its mission – all the while telling Americans that the system is just slow and is being fixed. Another lie. More needless pain and suffering as the President and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats loot the American treasury to engage in a massive wealth redistribution scheme that does little to advance America and Americans.
When is this President going to be held accountable for this man-made disaster?

President Obama’s legacy, the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, has no way of paying private insurers for insurance coverage. American citizens are required to use healthcare.gov to sign-up, but the payment system has not been created. So insurers are refusing to insure patients without payment.
As a fix, President Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats, are going to shovel money into the insurance companies – based on nothing more than estimates prepared by the insurance companies themselves. It is also a prescription for waste, fraud, and abuse of the system.
Unfortunately, millions of Americans may find that they do not have insurance in January …
Short-term fix eyed for another problem with U.S. healthcare website
President Barack Obama's administration has found a short-term fix to pay insurance companies for plans selected on HealthCare.gov, the not-yet-complete government website used to shop for insurance required under Obama's healthcare program.
The Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) has not yet finished building the part of the website that would transfer billions of dollars in subsidies for plan premiums and cost-sharing payments to insurance companies. It is part of a long technical to-do list that has so far focused on fixing the errors and lag times in the part of the website used by consumers.
The healthcare program faces a critical test to enroll hundreds of thousands of people by December 23, the deadline for people who need insurance coverage starting on January 1, 2014.
Julie Bataille, a spokeswoman for CMS, said the government will make the payments to insurers for premium tax credits and cost sharing on time.
Health plans will estimate how much they are owed, and submit that estimate to the government. Once the system is built, the government and insurers can reconcile the payments made with the plan data to "true up" payments, he said.

Bottom line …
The President of the United States has nationalized one-sixth of the national economy and based everything on a computer system that not only did not work, it was not finished. This should be an impeachable offense as millions of Americans have been exposed to needless real anguish, pain, and suffering.
The government has never been able to reconcile discrepancies in accounting, preferring to hide billions of lost and missing dollars from the American people than hold important politically-connected executives and their firms accountable for the waste fraud and abuse. Or even hold high government officials responsible for their incompetence and malfeasance.
Why is Congress not stepping up to the plate and declaring Obamacare an abject failure, holding the President and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats responsible for this national disaster and demanding their impeachment and trial? When is our Congress going to honor their oath of office – to the Constitution of the United States?
