There is little or no doubt that life in America has gotten worse -- at least for the average non-wealthy or non-governmental workers -- under the Obama regime. Lawlessness and a disregard for the United States Constitution and legal system appears to be the norm for President Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats who are attempting to re-create an Orwellian world that is topsy turvy. Where freedom is slavery, evil is good, and productive individuals and organizations should be punished and penalized for their success. Even the rule of law that claims you are innocent until proven guilty has been turned upside down with Obama's interference with Supreme Court cases that allow grossly erroneous statistics to suggest someone is guilty of discrimination and that they must prove their innocence or pay millions or billions of dollars to the government and the socialist/communist community organizers behind these lawsuits. 

But, New Year is always about dreams and new beginnings ... A time of stupid resolutions which are impossible to keep and unrealistic dreams that have less probability of than being the sole winner of a $500 million Powerball jackpot.

About those dreams ...

The truth is, that while it might be nice to be a billionaire, very few people can handle the single-mindedness of purpose, the fear that it will all go wrong, the sense that people are interested in your money and not you, and of course, your companion is waiting until they are vested enough to walk away with a significant chunk of your fortune. Charities and others who now invite you to events, hoping that notoriety and peer pressure will open your checkbook in return for a building naming opportunity or fawning media coverage. 

Yes, the homes, the cars, the servants and the ability to jump on your own plane -- making your own itinerary and schedule -- might be fun, until the day you realize that you can't simply sit on the couch eating pizza and laying about in your underwear. 

In many instances, people who dream about success never realize that they have achieved their dream. Mostly because it is not cast in the form that they imagined. This people who have good health, a steady income and a faithful companion -- may look outward and wonder why they have never achieved their dream.

About those resolutions …

Psychologists are constantly reminding us not to make resolutions that we are not likely to keep in the coming year and only serve to increase stress and frustration.

Therefore, I resolve …

To be more accepting of people for what they are – and not waste my time, energy or money trying to change them.

Barack Obama and his Democrat/Marxist fellow travelers are unlikely to change. Therefore, I will concentrate my energies on exposing their foibles and perfidies and helping to prepare for the 2014 congressional election to win back one-third of the government. Ultimately to win back two-thirds of the government in 2016.

The GOP, run by the Northeastern liberal elites from Ivy League colleges, appears to be hopeless. They have not articulated a conservative platform and have not put forth any attempt at real leadership.

The GOP is fighting against the consevatives and the TEA party, a coalition of republicans, democrats, and independents who want to save America by wanting to bring about smaller government, fewer onerous regulations, and lower taxes. I will save my money and support for those local and state candidates which meet my standards. The era of the responsible political party appears to be dead as both parties are neck-deep in promoting special interests in return for campaign contributions and voter support. Corruption, complacency and stupidity abounds, whether it is democrat-flavored or republican-flavored.

The Marxist-unions appear to be the second most dangerous force in America, right after the progressive socialist democrat party which they appear to control. We need to demand that the politician-union conspiracy end now before we are all bankrupt socialists or communists.

To assist in preventing fringe candidates from taking center stage within the GOP and causing another tragic loss with their insistence that the GOP address unwinnable social issues such as abortion, gay rights and the re-imposition of religion into government activities.

We have seen the beginnings of a pushback against the progressive socialist democrats, especially those who pander to gays and the gay agenda. Why shouldn't every crime against every citizen be punished in the same manner; after all that is what is required by the United States Constitution? Enough with the super-privileges for minories, women, and special classes. They are all citizens, so treat them as all citizens should be treated under the law. With equality and fairness.

To continue to make technology serve my needs …

To change the names of all my folders in my email system using a prefix of 2013. Starting out the year with empty folders and archiving the rest on removable media. (Hint: Don't forget to change your e-mail rules if you use rules to sort your e-mail into categories.)

To remove all of the programs I installed because they sounded cool or promised some benefit which I seem to have forgotten or ignored.

To clean out “My Documents” folder by archiving everything under a sub-folder labeled 2013-history.

To clean off my desktop of unused folders and icons (which should provoke laughter among my friends and others who have seen my screen).

To reduce the number of devices I use to accomplish real work and/or amuse myself.

To clean my desk …

A project best undertaken one folder at a time. I resolve not to print so many hardcopies of electronic files, although I am still afraid of electrocuting myself using a laptop to read in the bathroom.

To re-purpose my Tschokes …

I think that there must be some charity left that would be appreciative of those serviceable things which I now regard as “clutter.” And if not a charity, perhaps someone who is struggling and can find benefit in things I no longer use.

To take more time off …

For those who know me, I can work anywhere and am most likely thinking about something other than my immediate surroundings. I have never succeeded in turning off the flow of ideas – but perhaps I can staunch the flow.

And most of all …

To appreciate what I have and to share it with those I care about and who care about me. And, let us not forget the men and women serving in the armed forces and intelligence agencies who are maintaining our safety and security as we ring in the New Year.

Time to take a break ...

CLINTON 2016: WHEN YOU CAN'T TRUST YOUR GOVERNMENT: SUSPICION FALLS ON GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES OR CONTRACTORS (?) FOR HACKING WHISTLEBLOWER E-MAIL ACCOUNT?

The lack of trust in your government – elected officials, bureaucrats, and government contractors – now makes the government as suspect for hacking as it does state-sponsored or domestic hackers. Especially after Edward Snowden revealed some of the NSA’s hacking capabilities and official court indications that official intelligence and law enforcement agencies of the United States have crossed the line.

A chilling story …

State Dept. whistleblower has email hacked, deleted

The personal e-mail account of a State Department whis­tle­­blower was hacked, and four years worth of messages — some detailing alleged wrongdoing at the agency — were deleted, The Post has learned.

The computer attack targeted the Gmail account of Diplomatic Security Service criminal investigator Richard Higbie, his lawyer, Cary Schulman, confirmed.

“They took all of his e-mails and then they deleted them all,” said Schulman. He said that he could not prove who was responsible for the hack job, but said the attack was “sophisticated” and called the targeting of Higbie “alarming.”

“Obviously, somebody is not happy with something he’s doing and wanted to get that information and also cause him an inability in the future to have ready access to that,” Schulman said.

The e-mails included evidence about misconduct by top officials at the department, communications with other potential whistleblowers there, and correspondence with members of Congress who are investigating the allegations, Schulman said.

They also include correspondence between Higbie and Schulman about legal strategy, the lawyer said.

There are a few disturbing issues in this story that go beyond the hacking …

  1. Why was a government employee using a personal Gmail account for sensitive documents; especially one that appears to violate the security of the United States and the fact that all electronic government records need to be accessible to the government’s archivist ?
  2. Why would Google be unable to restore the deleted account from its backup files? And if not, doesn’t that pose a greater danger to the population who believe that Google has their back in the case of a data disaster?
  3. Is it possible that the loss of this data makes it unavailable to the government and therefore might thwart subpoena government requests?
  4. Why would anyone publicize the loss of critical legal data and who benefits from such a disclosure?

Imagine that, the scandal involves Hillary Clinton and the State Department, how random might that be?

Schulman said he could not provide details about the evidence deleted with the e-mails. Higbie has asked the FBI in Dallas, where he lives, to investigate the hacking, which occurred this month.

Higbie played a key role in helping fellow whistleblower Aurelia Fedenisn, a former investigator for the department’s inspector general, reveal in June a pattern of alleged coverups by top department officials.

The alleged coverups included keeping quiet separate IG investigations that found that members of then-Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton’s security detail had engaged hookers and that the Belgian ambassador had solicited underage prostitutes.

These were among a string of investigations by the service, responsible for protecting dignitaries and investigating crimes within the department, that were allegedly derailed by senior officials, including one instance of interference by Clinton Chief of Staff Cheryl Mills. Since the revelations in June, the department again mostly swept the cases under the rug.

Higbie, a senior criminal investigator and the second-highest-ranking agent with the service’s Dallas office, also has an employment lawsuit against the department, alleging it retaliated against him. The hacking of Higbie’s e-mail follows a mysterious break-in at Schulman’s Dallas law firm in July, shortly after the whistleblower allegations came to light. The burglar sawed a hole through the wall from an adjoining office and stole three computers, but left behind other valuables.

Although cops arrested a petty thief for the crime, Schulman said, “We feel like we’re in a movie. It’s nuts. Jumping to conclusions …

It is not hard to imagine that this might be another Clinton scandal in the making, where underlings and operatives will say or do anything to protect Hillary Clinton’s historic opportunity to protect her bid for the presidency in 2016. Somewhat like the Rose law firm billing records being mysteriously found in the White House – with Hillary Clinton’s fingerprints on the documents – years after they were subpoenaed by government investigators?

Bottom line …

I decry the erosion of trust in our government that would give rise to the suspicion that this black bag job was done for political reasons by political operatives – and that like Watergate, those operatives were operating at the highest levels of our government.

Additionally, it makes me wonder about the security – as well as the sanity – of anyone who trusts sensitive documents to Google’s Gmail. Not only because we know they are algorithmically searched, but that they are not beyond casual perusal by government intelligence and law enforcement agencies. Why Google could not restore the missing data is also quite troubling as millions of users believe – possibly falsely – that their data is safe in case of an accidental deletion or data disaster.

Another problem with the progressive socialist democrats. Remember this – as well as all of the lies, distortions, misdirection, and crimes committed during the first Clinton presidency. Ask yourself, are we willing to elect a known Marxist, a proven liar, and an overall contemptible person to the presidency because she is a woman? More progressive socialist democrat perfidy!

AMERICAN COMPUTER CORPORATIONS ALIGNING AGAINST GOVERNMENT SPYING TO PROTECT THEIR OWN CURRENT AND FUTURE PROFITS

Each time I read articles about Google, Microsoft, Facebook, Yahoo, Twitter, and Apple pushing back against government spying, I cannot help but ask myself why are they suddenly on the side of civil liberties and consumer protections.

So, I simply follow the money …

First, we find that Edward Snowden has revealed that the National Security Agency (NSA) has allegedly tapped the incoming and outgoing data pipes of the largest Internet Service Providers (ISPs), thus depriving them of the profit they would have amassed from selling consumer information to the government much in the same manner as the three major credit repositories, Experian, TransUnion, and Equifax.

Second, we find that these companies fear something far worse than the government’s intrusion into the personal and private lives of consumers. They fear a consumer backlash that would see stringent privacy legislation that would virtually curtail all government and commercial data gathering without significant private disclosures. The very disclosure of the exact information being gathered and presented to the consumer might chill their commercial activities to the extent that consumers no longer want to provide the treasure trove of data they once harvested for little or no cost.

And third, we find that the lack of trust in hardware, software, and allied services will have an extremely negative effect on their continued viability as a profit-making entity. One does not need Microsoft’s Office Suite if one can access an open source equivalent for little or no cost. Where the code and components can be examined for exploitable bugs as well as back doors. Already many security-conscious countries are wary of purchasing American software and hardware lest they discover that their trade secrets have been plundered by American corporations as it is suspected that the Chinese presently do to American corporations.

Bottom line …

So before I ascribe noble motives to those who are calling for a halt in alleged NSA spying activities, I would look more closely at the fortunes of those companies that are, all of a sudden, calling for constitutional and consumer protection from the government. Because, if we do not hold these very same corporations as accountable as their governmental counterparts, we have simply exchanged one master with an actual weapon for a master with an economic weapon.

Already we are seeing Facebook losing customers as the younger generation turns to more nimble and responsive methods of information sharing. Already we are seeing Twitter valued at $40 billion dollars – with relatively little no profit to sustain their stock prices … or even guarantee they will be a dominant playing in current social interactivity.

So before you allow your representatives in Congress to put forth legislation, demand that it cover commercial as well as government entities. Demand that the legislation includes heavy criminal penalties, with jail time, fines, and restitution, for those who would access and use personal private data for political, professional, or profitable gain without proper constitutional safeguards. Make corporate executives responsible for their company’s actions – no more allowing executives to simple agree to settle criminal or civil allegations by paying a “record” fine which is ultimately paid by the clients, shareholders, and taxpayers (when prices rise) without admitting or denying the allegations. No more confidential settlements that keep the true facts out of the public domain.

And, you may want to start obfuscating your own non-government data by misspelling your information, adding trackable initials, and making it harder for search engines to built accurate dossiers.  Read those cryptic privacy statements and terms of service agreements – and if necessary, use such services sparingly or using masking technology.

George Orwell would be surprised that our government and corporations have made 1984 a reality. All that is left, is the installation of a totalitarian regime – like that ultimately proposed by the progressive socialist democrats and their socialist/communist agenda.

DEMOCRATS WE NEED THE HOUSE AND THE SENATE TO STOP OBAMA IMPEACHMENT!

It appears that a significant tactic to be used on blacks, minorities, those on entitlements, and the low-information voters is contained in a DNC (Democratic National Committee) e-mail …

VOTE DEMOCRAT TO KEEP THE REPUBLICANS FROM IMPEACHING BARACK OBAMA!

President Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats in the Administration know that they can continue to flout the United States Constitution as well as federal law as long as they are protected by Attorney General Eric Holder’s corrupt Department of Justice that also controls the nation’s premier law enforcement and investigation agency, the FBI. In addition, as long as the Senate is controlled by progressive socialist democrats under the direction of the corrupt Senate Majority Harry Reid, they know that there will be no impeachment trial in the Senate if President Obama and other high-ranking constitutional officers are impeached in the House of Representatives.

But, imagine motivating the entire black population using the impeachment of the historic first black president as a rallying cry. Imagine motivating all of the minority and union activists with the rallying cry that entitlements will be cut, government size (containing a large portion of minorities) will be reduced, and that the government might not use taxpayer funds to insure underfunded union pension funds. Imagine teachers rallying their students as unthinking political pawns to urge their parents to keep education funds from being cut back.

Even though the evidence demonstrates:

  • Blacks and other minorities are less well off than they were under former President George Bush.
  • Most of the significant gun-related crime is coming from the domestic terrorist gangs in the inner cities, and the democrats want to disarm law-abiding citizens to enlarge the victim pool.
  • Government spending is out of control and only the politically connected wealthy and special interests are prospering.
  • Education spending has increased dramatically, but educational achievement continues to decline; even to the point when it is obvious with dumbed-down and rejiggered tests.
  • President Obama has violated the Constitution and continues to evade Congressional lawmaking with his administrative rules and regulations.
  • President Obama is disrespecting and disadvantaging our allies while providing aid and comfort to our enemies – possibly to the extent of allowing Iran to go nuclear.
  • President Obama and others in his administration are actively committing criminal acts; perjury and obstruction of justice among the impeachable offenses.

The DNC is panicking in the wake of the Obamacare debacle and now has to turn to an emotional appeal … 

 

DNC sends email defending Obama from impeachment possibility

The Democratic National Committee (DNC) sent out a paranoid email Saturday evening urging supporters to vote for Democrats so that Republicans can’t impeach President Obama.

The email, subject line “Impeachment,” was sent to Obama for America supporters, imploring them to contribute to the DNC’s 2014 efforts. “What do these people all have in common?,” the email asked, featuring quotes from Republican Sen. James Inhofe of Oklahoma, Rep. Michele Bachmann of Minnesota, Rep. Kerry Bentivolio of Michigan, and Rep. Blake Farenthold of Texas discussing the possibility of impeaching Obama for one of his numerous instances of presidential misconduct.

The DNC email discussed the “I-Word” and said that “Republicans are actually excited about the idea.”

“Show these Republicans that they are way, way off-base, and give President Obama a Congress that has his back,” according to the DNC email, noting that Democrats need to win 17 GOP House seats to reclaim a majority.

The DNC, which recently expanded its political tactics to include boycottingindependent news outlets, previously supported the last president to be impeached: Bill Clinton.

Obama’s staff changed key talking points on the 2012 Benghazi terrorist attack; his Internal Revenue Service targeted conservative groups during the 2012 election cycle; and Obama personally lied to the American people when he told them that they could keep their existing doctors and health insurance plans under Obamacare.

Bottom line …

President Barack Obama has committed impeachable offenses and deserves to be impeached in the House of Representatives and tried in the Senate for high crimes and misdemeanors. However, there is little likelihood of that happening. 

But, because Barack Obama appears to be a clear and present danger to America, its Constitution, and all law-abiding Americans, we need to checkmate his power to nominate activist judges who will continue to promote the progressive socialist democrat agenda. We need to clean up the corruption in the House and Senate, mostly from democrat ideologues who are willing to sell out their country to foreign interests.

The question comes down to: Are the Republicans willing and able to fight for their country? Are they willing to throw out those who are democrats in disguise, a fifth column to destroy the GOP from within? Are they willing to tell the awful truth about the President and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats? Do they have the balls to stop infighting in the primaries while the democrats continue to campaign 24/7?

Our nation hangs in the balance. The truth is that Obama is lazy, incompetent, clueless, and perpetually doing the only thing he is capable of doing: campaigning, fundraising, vacationing, and handing out the goodies to major supporters.

Call me a racist, bigot, homophobe, or any of those other pejorative terms and I don’t care. It doesn’t change what I believe, it won’t silence me, and it won’t stop me from telling the truth as I see it. And, the truth is that Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats are not traditional democrats, they are socialists, communists, and above all, corrupt opportunists.

It’s up to you folks. You won’t be able to change minds unless you point out how you have been screwed by the system. Senior citizens, how the banks get artificially low or zero interest rate loans while you get less than inflation on your fixed incomes and investments. Businesses, how Obamacare and environmental regulations are crippling your livelihood and disadvantaging your employees. Graduates, explain why you are not getting one of those competitive jobs even though you have a college degree.

Freedom may be a thing of the past unless we impose congressional checks and balances on the President in 2014, and avoid electing another historic Marxist in 2016.

DUCK DYNASTY: IS DEMOCRATIC STRATEGIST CHRISTOPHER HAHN SUGGESTING PHIL ROBERTSON MAY BE A LATENT HOMOSEXUAL?

Discussing A&E reinstating Phil Robertson on Duck Dynasty, a progressive socialist democrat strategist, Christopher Hahn, immediately goes on one of those snarky attacks that appears to protect freedom of speech, while at the same time engaging in the politics of personal destruction by positing a theory that most people who come out with these crazy views (in this case biblical views) might be latent homosexuals.

“They clearly have a huge fan base. I don’t know if that’s going to stay. Look, I abhor what he said, but again, I will defend his right to say it. I think people should vote with their viewing habits on whether or not to watch it. Plus, this gives me an opportunity to really test my theory. I find that most people who come out with these crazy views against homosexuality are usually latently homosexual themselves. As the substitute host says Yeah, I think this would be a good time to switch to our next topic, Hann doubles down by saying, “We’re going to find out!” 

Who the hell is Christopher Hahn?

Hann is a regular on Fox and is among the most liberal of their progressive socialist democrat contributors.

Christopher Hahn is a political commentator consultant and attorney, based in New York. Christopher's skill in dealing with public policy issues was honed during five years he served as an aide to United States Sen. Chuck Schumer (D-N.Y.). During that time, his responsibilities included dealing with post 9/11 Homeland Security activities, federal environmental matters and economic development. HOW GAY IS THAT? OBAMA'S PAJAMA BOY ILLUSTRATES EVERYTHING BAD ABOUT PROGRESSIVE SOCIALIST DEMOCRATS

America is fast becoming pussified. From the time little boys are taught to act like polite little girls by their unionized progressive teachers or face being medicated, suspended, or taken to jail in handcuffs for playing with an imaginary gun, to the time when 26-year old men can claim rights on their mommy and daddy’s insurance, it appears that the progressive socialist democrats are trying to raise a generation of weaklings. Moral cowards that “go along to get along” with the progressive socialist agenda lest they be labeled homophobes, Islamophobes, bigots, racists or similar unpleasant sounding labels.

Obamacare’s Pajama Boy: ‘I am a liberal f***’ -- Ethan Krupp, the little man who played “Pajama Boy” in a widely mocked Obamacare ad, once characterized himself as a “liberal fuck.”

Krupp, an Organizing for Action (OFA) content writer who became the face of progressive America while wearing a onesie pajama suit, also remarked that gays “are all liberal fucks” and criticized a “conservative gay prick” on his now-deleted WordPress blog, entitled “Not Being Creative.”

“I am a Liberal Fuck,” Krupp wrote in one post. “A Liberal Fuck is not a Democrat, but rather someone who combines political data and theory, extreme leftist views and sarcasm to win any argument while make the opponents feel terrible about themselves. I won every argument but one.”

Krupp then detailed the only political argument he claimed her ever lost, a drunken encounter he had with a “conservative gay prick.”

“I sat in a pizza joint, chomping on meat-heavy pizza and slamming whisky sours with gay guys on Pride Parade day in Columbus, Ohio; My gay roommate and friends loved to ironically ‘bro-out.’ I love gays because they are all liberal fucks too,” Krupp wrote.

“Someone mentions politics and everyone perks up, distracted from the whisky. Equal rights get first dibs, followed by education and then sassy comments about closeted Republicans. Feeding off the energy, I introduce abortion: ‘Old men controlling women’s bodies.’ The guy who’s stayed silent, Chip, joins the conversation,” Krupp wrote.

Krupp claimed that he at first told Chip, a conservative on the abortion issue, that his “ignorant views come from his biological disregard toward pregnancy,” prompting Chip to explain a procedure by which fetuses can be removed from the womb, grown elsewhere, then given up for adoption.

“The whisky yelled at Chip for being a terrible gay man. Chip smirked, knowing full well he won the argument,” Krupp wrote. “To this day, I haven’t fact checked Chip’s scientific report. Beyond the women’s rights implications, I’m afraid it would be the ultimate surrender if I knew the truth. No matter, the liberal fuck lost to the conservative gay prick that day; one rode off into the sunset, the other ordered another whisky.”

Why are Obama’s supporters not calling out Obama for using this disgusting person to sell Obamacare? Because they don’t care? Because they are pandering to hipsters? Who knows? Or because this is how they seem American boys in the future? How can they challenge Phil Robertson on his core values, when they use a spokesman who spouts this nonsense?

Bottom line …  Grown men do not wear onesie-pajamas and sit around drinking cocoa, talking about Obamacare.

Is this the way you see our world? Is this what we want when a Hillary Clinton runs for office? Is this why the progressive socialist democrats got so angry about Duck Dynasty’s Phil Robertson – because he calls out yuppies and girly-men and will not back down from his core beliefs?

The thought that the Obama-run government is spending millions of dollars with the mainstream media to promote this asswipe’s image to promote Obamacare is transcended only by my anger that the progressive socialist democrats believe that this is an image of an acceptable American man in the context of a world already laughing at us for being weak.

Good news that A&E responded to the outpouring of support for Phil Robertson and “Duck Dynasty” …

A&E Welcomes Phil Robertson Back to 'Duck Dynasty' -- Less than two weeks after his anti-gay remarks prompted an "indefinite hiatus" for the reality patriarch — and a strong fan backlash — the network says he will remain on the series.

An A&E statement to The Hollywood Reporterread:

As a global media content company, A+E Networks' core values are centered around creativity, inclusion and mutual respect. We believe it is a privilege for our brands to be invited into people’s home and we operate with a strong sense of integrity and deep commitment to these principals.

That is why we reacted so quickly and strongly to a recent interview with Phil Robertson. While Phil’s comments made in the interview reflect his personal views based on his own beliefs, and his own personal journey, he and his family have publicly stated they regret the “coarse language” he used and the mis-interpretation of his core beliefs based only on the article. He also made it clear he would “never incite or encourage hate.” We at A+E Networks expressed our disappointment with his statements in the article, and reiterate that they are not views we hold.

But Duck Dynasty is not a show about one man's views. It resonates with a large audience because it is a show about family… a family that America has come to love. As you might have seen in many episodes, they come together to reflect and pray for unity, tolerance and forgiveness. These are three values that we at A+E Networks also feel strongly about.

So after discussions with the Robertson family, as well as consulting with numerous advocacy groups, A&E has decided to resume filming Duck Dynasty later this spring with the entire Robertson family.

Notice that the Hollywood Reporter slanted the headline by claiming Phil Robertson’s remarks were “anti-gay” rather than “pro-Christianity” as they were intended. Note also A&E’s statement regarding coarse language – perhaps because Phil Robertson used the words “vagina,” “anus,” and “bestiality.”

So how will they treat Anderson Cooper’s on-air remarks about his mother and oral sex? Will he get a pass because he is openly gay?

Anderson Cooper Discusses His Mother and ‘Cunnilingus’

CNN was doing one of those year in review segments, and Cooper asked Dan Savage for what he thought was a really good scandal story this year. Savage had to go with the amazing saga of Rob Ford, and said, “I love a good cunnilingus joke on the evening news.”

Everyone (especially Andrew Sullivan) burst out laughing, and that’s when Cooper decided to over-share.

“My mom once wrote a romance memoir about men she had dated–and I use that term loosely–and she described one guy she was currently dating––my mom was 85 at the time––as the Nijinsky of cunnilingus. And she made me proofread the book.”

In case you did not know, Cooper’s mother was the socialite heiress Gloria Vanderbilt. And, if you want to be shocked, it turns out that Anderson Cooper spent two summers as an intern for the CIA – known to recruit wealthy Northeastern liberals from prestigious schools (Cooper went to Yale),  many of them gay. Ditto our State Department. 

Funny about those PSAs (Public Service Announcements) ... A&E cites "unity, tolerance, and acceptance among all people" -- while the progressive socialist agenda is to divide people into classes based on real or imagined grievances and pit them against others in order to gain or maintain political power. I wonder if companies and consultants affiliated with those "advocacy groups" will be providing input. I can only hope that these advocacy groups, such as the one headed by master race-baiter Jesse Jackson will not see a nickle of the money that Duck Dynasty has earned for A&E. 

Bottom line …

The progressive mainstream media has a selective double standard and sense of media “outrage.” By conditioning the news that the “low information” voter will see on mainstream news, they push their liberal progressive socialist agenda forward along with candidates who do not represent ALL of the citizens of America.

Now, I am not suggesting that CNN suspend Anderson Cooper or place him on ‘hiatus’ for his coarse language or insulting his mother’s memory, he has every right to say what he wants. But, it is curious that his remarks came while on his own program rather than an off-program remark like Phil Robertson of Duck Dynasty.”

But, then again, double standards and switched-on moral outrage are a few of the hallmarks of progressive socialist democrats and their grievance industry among others such as  political correctness, moral equivalency, multi-culturalism, and blindness to the vast silent majority.

Notice is hereby given that the Office of Research Integrity (ORI) has taken final action in the following case:

Dong-Pyou Han, Ph.D., Iowa State University of Science and Technology: Based on the report of an inquiry conducted by the Iowa State University of Science and Technology (ISU), a detailed admission by the Respondent, and additional analysis conducted by ORI, ORI and ISU found that Dr. Dong-Pyou Han, former Research Assistant Professor, Department of Biomedical Services, ISU, engaged in research misconduct in research supported by National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases (NIAID), National Institutes of Health (NIH), grants P01 AI074286, R33 AI076083, and U19 AI091031.

ORI and ISU found that the Respondent falsified results in research to develop a vaccine against human immunodeficiency virus-1 (HIV-1) by intentionally spiking samples of rabbit sera with antibodies to provide the desired results. The falsification made it appear that rabbits immunized with the gp41-54 moiety of the HIV gp41 glycoprotein induced antibodies capable of neutralizing a broad range of HIV-1 strains, when the original sera were weakly or non-reactive in neutralization assays. Falsified neutralization assay results were widely reported in laboratory meetings, seven (7) national and international symposia between 2010 and 2012, and in grant applications and progress reports P01 AI074286-03, −04, −05, and −06; R33 AI076083-04; U19 AI091031-01 and −03; and R01 AI090921-01. Specifically:

a. Respondent falsified research materials when he provided collaborators with sera for neutralization assays from (i) rabbits immunized with peptides from HIV gp41-54Q (and related antigens HR1-54Q, gp41-54Q-OG, gp41-54Q-GHC, gp41-54Q-Cys and Cys-gp41-54Q) to assay HIV neutralizing activity, when Respondent had spiked the samples with human IgG known to contain broadly neutralizing antibodies to HIV-1; and (ii) rabbits immunized with HIV gp41-54Q to assay HIV neutralizing activity, when Respondent had spiked the samples with sera from rabbits immunized with HIV-1 gp120 that neutralized HIV.

b. Respondent falsified data files for neutralization assays, and provided false data to his laboratory colleagues, to make it appear that rabbits immunized with gp41-54Q and recombinant Lactobacillus expressing gp41-64 (LAB gp41-64) produced broadly reactive neutralizing antibodies, by changing the numbers to show that samples with little or no neutralizing activity had high activity.

Dr. Han has entered into a Voluntary Exclusion Agreement and has voluntarily agreed for a period of three (3) years, beginning on November 25, 2013:

(1) To exclude himself from any contracting or subcontracting with any agency of the United States Government and from eligibility or involvement in non-procurement programs of the United States Government referred to as “covered transactions” pursuant to HHS' Implementation (2 CFR Part 376 et seq) of OMB Guidelines to Agencies on Government-wide Debarment and Suspension, 2 CFR Part 180 (collectively the “Debarment Regulations”); and

Professor admits faking AIDS vaccine to get $19M in grants

An Iowa State University professor resigned after admitting he falsely claimed rabbit blood could be turned into a vaccine for the AIDS virus.

Dr. Dong-Pyou Han spiked a clinical test sample with healthy human blood to make it appear that the rabbit serum produced disease-fighting antibodies, officials said.

The bogus findings helped Han’s team obtain $19 million in research grants from the National Institutes of Health, said James Bradac, who oversees the institutes’ AIDS research.

The remarkable findings were reported in scientific journals but raised suspicions when other researchers could not duplicate Han’s results. The NIH uncovered the scam when it checked the rabbit serum at a lab and found the human antibodies.

Han resigned from his university post as an assistant professor of biomedical studies  in October.

Han agreed last month not to seek government contracts for three years, the register said.

So why isn’t the researcher in jail and his institution who apparently failed to supervise his work adequately paying restitution? Another example of taxpayer money flushed down the drain. What other research has been faked. And how many lives have been put at risk while researchers struggled to confirm bogus findings?

Another example of a toothless government agency considering the ORI does not have the power to put this miscreant in jail or even seek fund restitution. Consider that a common criminal who steals far less goes to jail for at least five years and you have some idea of the injustice in this case.

Race-Baiting slime-ball Jesse Jackson attempts to capitalize on Duck Dynasty controversy

America’s premier race-baiter, Jesse Jackson,  is back.

He must have seen the lights of the mainstream media and smelled the money to be shaken out of the grievance industry money tree. “Jackson and his civil rights group Rainbow PUSH Coalition have demanded a meeting with the A&E network, which broadcasts the hugely popular ‘Duck Dynasty,’ and restaurant chain Cracker Barrel, which carries ‘Duck Dynasty’ merchandise.”

For what purpose?

  1. To capture media attention for himself and his dubious organizations?
  2. To sell the services of himself and his dubious organization as a “racial” consultant or to provide “sensitivity” training?
  3. To prove his relevance to the progressive socialist democrats who are purchasing the services of that other premier race-baiter, Al Sharpton?
  4. All of the above?

Bottom line …

I want to see Jesse Jackson meet with Phil Robertson. I am sure Robertson will love him as an individual and extend his brand of Southern Hospitality. Praying with Jesse Jackson and helping him to see the evil of his ways. I can just see Jesse sitting down with the Robertson family at dinner. And, after that meeting, let him stand up and claim Phil Robertson is still a racist.

But, don’t hold your breath. Phil Robertson and all of the Duck Dynasty family does not need A&E, does not need Jesse Jackson, and certainly cannot be swayed by his threat to march around claiming Phil is a racist. In fact, I wouldn’t be surprised if Phil or Willie filed suit against Jackson for tortuous interference with contractual relationships if he persists. They have the money to fund the lawsuit and have no fear of Jackson and his bullshit machine.

Elusive Papers of Law Firm Are Found at White House

After nearly two years of searches and subpoenas, the White House said this evening that it had unexpectedly discovered copies of missing documents from Hillary Rodham Clinton's law firm that describe her work for a failing savings and loan association in the 1980's.

Federal and Congressional investigators have issued subpoenas for the documents since 1994, and the White House has said it did not have them. The originals disappeared from the Rose Law Firm, in which Mrs. Clinton was a partner, shortly before Mr. Clinton took office.

The newly discovered documents are copies of billing records from the Rose firm, where Mrs. Clinton helped represent Madison Guaranty, a savings and loan run by James B. McDougal, the Clintons' business partner in the Whitewater land venture. The originals are still missing. Investigators have been seeking the documents to determine the role Mrs. Clinton played in the firm's representation of the savings and loan.

Mr. Kendall said the Rose billing records were discovered in the White House on Thursday night by Carolyn Huber, a White House aide and former office manager of the Rose firm. He also said Mrs. Clinton was not aware until today that the records had been in the White House.

FIRST LADY'S FINGERPRINTS ON BILLING RECORDS

Mr. BURTON of Indiana. Mr. Speaker, Newsweek magazine reported this week that the FBI had discovered Mrs. Hillary Rodham Clinton's fingerprints on billing records from the Rose law firm discovered at the White House in January. These billing records have been under subpoena and could not be found for over 2 years. Nobody knew where they were. And yet, just recently, they were found in President Clinton and Mrs. Clinton's personal residence at the White House by Mrs. Clinton's secretary.

beacon_flashing[7] Hillary Clinton is a liar … One need not look any further back in history to see that Hillary Clinton openly and knowingly lied to the American public on the 9/11 terrorist attack in Benghazi, Libya. Four Americans, including our Ambassador, killed and Hillary claims it was a spontaneous protest over a little-seen video on Islam. The White House and the State Department had real-time video feeds and on-the-ground intelligence and they still did nothing to save American lives and lied about the Benghazi incident. Even worse, it was Hillary’s State Department that denied the Ambassador’s written request for additional security – especially after all the other embassies had been evacuated leaving America as the last flagged facility officially standing.
   
  Hillary Clinton is Barack Obama … Another socialist/communist ideologue. An elitist who believes they are so enlightened that they can tell the American people how they should live.

The GOP's History of Sexist Hillary-Bashing

Desperate to stop a second Clinton presidency in 2016, it’s a sure bet many in the GOP will reprise the ugly attacks they used on her 22 years ago.

While Hillary Clinton has made clear that she won’t decide whether she wants to pursue the presidency in 2016 until next year, Republicans have decided they already are going to make her a top target. Reince Priebus, the Republican National Committee Chairman, has promised this month to go after the “rough stuff” about Clinton in an ad campaign that will be “very aggressive.” The Republicans are promising a shotgun approach; just shoot out things like the “a botched health care roll out in the '90s and Benghazi,” and hope something hits.

This isn’t the first time that Republicans have tried to nasty attacks against Hillary. That tradition stretches back to 1992, when Republicans decided to go after her with a series of sexist attacks that continued into her husband’s administration. As Republicans start to open up attacks against Hillary once again, it’s worth remembering the sexist overtones in the earliest Republican attacks on Hillary, and how these attacks can backfire on Republicans.

Consider the truth …

Hillary Clinton and her cadre of progressive socialist democrats used the politics of personal destruction to demonize those women who accused Bill Clinton of rape and other sexual offenses. Offenses that were later found to be credible and often true. Hillary, who portrays herself as a militant feminist – albeit one with reported lesbian tendencies – personally orchestrated these attacks on women, knowing that her husband, was an unfaithful  sexual predator.

The American Family Association's Bryan Fischer believes Hillary Clinton will be a pioneer in more ways than one if she is elected U.S. president in 2016.

Fischer, whose anti-gay declarations have become a near-weekly staple of his "Focal Point" radio show, points to a recent interview with Bill Clinton's alleged ex-mistress Gennifer Flowers, Right Wing Watch first reported. In that interview, Flowers told the Daily Mail's Laura Collins that during their alleged affair, Bill Clinton had told her that Hillary was bisexual.

Pointing to Flowers' speculation over Hillary's relationship with aide Huma Abedin (also the wife of failed New York mayoral candidate Anthony Weiner), Fischer noted, "The bottom line is that if Hillary Clinton becomes president in 2016, she will not only be our first female president, she could be our first lesbian president.”

Bottom line …

Unless the GOP presents America with a new leader, one who will be supported by the entire party, and a cohesive platform based on economics, they are doomed. If the GOP continues on the path of putting up strange candidates who are all about religion and social issues, they will, once again, snatch defeat from the jaws of victory, If anything should be said about religion, abortion, immigration, now is not the time to say it. We fix our country before damaging it further with piecemeal programs that are designed to politically divide and disadvantage America.

Wake up people. It’s your choice. Democracy of French Socialism? In any event, Hillary Clinton is the worst of the worst and should be prosecuted rather than promoted to the Presidency. And, if women vote for this historic candidate, they too will be the proximate cause of the decline of the American era of exceptionalism.
