The new Senate rule mandates that a simple majority, which the progressive socialists now hold, can confirm judges that will advance a progressive socialist agenda in America. With liberal judges in power, any laws, rules and regulations that are unfavorable to the progressive socialist democrat agenda can be blocked or overturned. Unconstitutional or unlawful legislation, rules, and regulations can be upheld. Court cases involving political malfeasance and criminal activites can be side-stepped.
Perhaps necessitating the future removal and reconstitution of the judiciary along non-partisan lines as envisioned by the Founding Fathers.
By changing 200 years of political and legal precedent that affirms minority participation in the political process, the Senate Majority Leader, Harry Reid (D-NV), has moved America closer to a totalitarian federal government. Thus reinforcing the imperial presidency of the lying Barack Obama.
Even worse, the progressive socialist democrats can ratify international treaties that breach the sovereignty of the United States and make America and Americans subject to international laws and norms such as the United Nations wealth redistribution scheme based on sketchy global warming science.
We are rapidly approaching a day when President Obama needs to be impeached for his unconstitutional and criminal activities. Along with the state recalls of their representatives for their refusal to represent ALL Americans in their constituency and providing aid and comfort to America's competitors and enemies, both declared and undeclared.

"And doesn't serve anyone's best interests and it certainly not what the patriots who founded this democracy had in mind."
Joe Biden saying in 2005, "This nuclear option is ultimately an example of the arrogance of power. it is a fundemental power grab." "I say to my friends on the Republican side, you may own the field right now, but you won't own it forever. And I pray God when the democrats take back control, we don't make the kind of naked power grab you are doing."
Even Harry Reid said in 2005, "for people to suggest that you can break the rules, change the rules is in-American."
And, Nancy Pelosi sai in 2005, "The nuclear option, if successful, will turn the Senate into a body that could have its rules broken at any time by a majority of Senators unhappy with any position taken by the minority. It begins with judicial nominations, next will be executive appointments, and then legislation."
The Republicans stepped back and compromise prevailed. But can you compromise with the devil and the evil he manifests into the world?

The nuclear option was designed to confirm progressive socialist judges to the D.C. Court of Appeals, the second most powerful court in America and the very Court where complaints against Executive Branch and Agency rules and regulations are heard. In essence, rubber stamping President Obama's unconstitutional and illegal actions or throwing out cases of criminal wrongdoing by President Obama and his cadre of progressive socialist democrats.
Look for the nuclear fallout to contaminate executive decisions on Obamacare. With real Americans dying for the international socialist agenda.
Bottom line ...
The worst case scenario is the election and confirmation of Hillary Clinton to the Supreme Court where she can cover-up and complete Obama's transformation of America into an unexceptional socialist nation like those found in Europe.
We are rapidly approaching a time when the only method for protecting out liberties is the impeachment and trial of constitutional officers who have betrayed their country and the American people.
The progressive socialist democrats should be reminded that when you use a nuclear option, it invites retaliation -- and often the result is mutually assured destruction. Hopefully seeing both parties held accountable as the progressive socialist democrats and their RINO friends (McCain, Graham, Rubio, Christie, and the others are held accountable for the political waste, fraud, and abuse found in the government and the damage these corrupt politicians have done to the American people.
