Bottom line …
Sometime in this age of politically correct Generals, relieved of command for their “sexual activities” or inability to speak respectfully in politically correct tones when they see America being attacked by our enemies, both foreign and domestic … we need to remind ourselves there was a time when our politicians fought for America – and on the side of the American people – and did not provide aid and comfort to the enemy. Or disrespect our friends and allies while sucking up to our enemies.
It is routinely acknowledged that General Patton was a flawed individual. A man with a messianic complex, a man who was virulently anti-Semitic, and a man who thought that civilian leaders were sometimes an impediment to getting things put into the proper world context. But, he was no fool and was a superb fighting man and an inspiration to his troops. One of a kind.
But then again, there never has been a President like Barack Obama or a corrupt Congress willing to pocket cash from lobbyists representing terrorists and other evildoers. And, while the former President may believe that he is being a gentleman and respecting the Oval Office – he is every bit as much a part of the problem as Obama as he fails to use his status as the former President of the United States to inform the American public of the dangers they continue to face.
At some time there will be a definitive act perpetrated by our enemies that will demand that the American Public rise up and demand that the corrupt be punished and the traitorous sent to prison for life.
Think about this when you vote in the 2014 congressional election cycle and consider those corrupt republican bastards in Congress who “go along to get along” And, those progressive socialist democrats who want to sell out capitalism in favor of European-style international socialism and become just another unexceptional member-nation of the corrupt and impotent United Nations.
