POST MARTIN LUTHER KING: "I HAVE A DEMAND"

w1

I am sickened by the speeches by high-ranking government officials and so-called civil rights leaders as they put forth their new vision, a progressive socialist democrat version, based not on individualism and the equality of opportunity, but the communist version of “from each according to his ability, to each according to his need.” All enforced at the point of a gun by representatives of an ever expanding government. A government that wants to interfere, and regulate every facet of your life for their self-interests and those of their special interest friends.

I do not have a dream, I have a demand …

Whereas Martin Luther King, Jr. had a dream that envisioned racial equality where a person was judged not by the color of their skin, but by the content of their character, today’s race-hustlers – including members of King’s family – continue towards progressive socialist democrat politics. It’s no longer “I Have a Dream,” but “I Have a Demand.”

A demand for unequal treatment that provides affirmative action – unconstitutional preferential treatment based on one’s race or gender.

A demand for unequal action that provides reparations as redress for historical wrongs – overlooking the billions of dollars that have poured into disadvantaged areas with little or no effect on the culture of entitlement or the living conditions found in the community.

A demand for wealth redistributions, from the “have’s” to the “have not’s” – not on a basis of individual work, but on the basis of socialistic need.

A demand for free healthcare, providing that some medical facilities, physicians, nurses, and others reduce their compensation for their hard work in order to provide for others who refuse to work.

And, worst of all, a demand that society accept criminal activity, the destruction of the nuclear family, and an entitlement culture as being the reward for some historical disadvantage long past.

Who are these people on the platform with their mouths open, spouting racism and hatred, with their palms up to receive the donations of others? Who are these people who speak of a bright future, when their people refuse to assimilate into society – with strange names, strange dress, strange language, and strange cultural practices that have little or nothing to do with the culture of their forebears?

It is had to believe that some of these hard-working, church-going people listening to the drivel of corrupt politicians and community leaders who serve as Judas Goats, embrace the criminality, bitches and ho’s of the gansta’ rap culture and cannot see why they are disadvantaged. Looking at decades of functional illiterates and poor education and listen to their community leaders rail against vouchers because it would disadvantage the unions. It’s not about the children – it’s about adults, political power, and big money.

It does not take a genius to know that single parents with multiple children from multiple irresponsible men ensures poverty, decay, and crime. But, they sit at the foot of these false leaders and applaud wildly as if they were mesmerized by the stunning brilliance of those leading them down the path to ruin.

What the hell happened to those who believed that Martin Luther King had a righteous vision … and then see race-baiters like Obama, Sharpton, and Jesse Jackson sell them out as so many votes delivered to the progressive socialist democrats?

How can they sit idly by and watch their children who outperform their grade, openly derided as uppity Uncle Toms and Aunt Jemimas that make the lower-achieving people look bad?

Bottom line …

If they are not blind to the political corruption that is keeping them as a permanent underclass in America – surpassed by ethic African and other recent immigrants – they must be willfully stupid. There is no third option other than apathy – the acceptance of the entitlement culture and the hopes that scraps will fall off the table as their leadership feasts above.

If Martin Luther had a dream and was alive today, do you think he would be claiming gay rights to be equal to civil rights, or would he turn to the words of Booker T. Washington and tell you to get off your asses and plow those 40 acres of opportunity.

"There is a class of colored people who make a business of keeping the troubles, the wrongs, and the hardships of the Negro race before the public. Some of these people do not want the Negro to lose his grievances, because they do not want to lose their jobs. There is a certain class of race-problem solvers who don't want the patient to get well." ~ Booker T. Washington

THE BIG BLACK LIE: "TRAYVON MARTIN IS A MARTYR"

It is indicative of those who owe their entire careers to race-hustling for personal power, position, prestige, and profits to cast a wannabe gangsta’ thug who attacked a neighborhood watch community member as martyr …

And, yet that is exactly what former United Nations Ambassador Andrew Young claimed when he declared Trayvon Martin is one of the martyrs of the civil rights movement.

Former UN Ambassador: Trayvon Martin Is A ‘Martyr’

In a lead-up to President Barack Obama’s address marking the 50th anniversary of the civil rights movement March on Washington, the former U.N. ambassador under President Jimmy Carter interrupted MSNBC guest host Joy Ann-Reid’s question on troubles in the African-American community to express his thoughts on the Trayvon Martin case.

“No, Trayvon is a martyr. We’ve had a string of martyrs from the time of Emmett Till. Every generation has its string of martyrs and they’re going to continue. And we celebrate them and we lift them up to know that they’re not lost,” said Young. Source: Former UN Ambassador: Trayvon Martin Is A ‘Martyr’ « CBS Tampa

The Orwellian world of progressive socialist democrats …

The progressive socialist democrats boldly and blatantly speak in Orwellian terms. Redefining common words to an alternative meaning. Declaring that evil is good and good is evil; black is white and white is black; up is down and down is up. Making some words so toxic that there very mention demonizes one as a racist – whatever that pejorative word means in the socialist lexicon. These are the proponents of the “big lie,” repeated so often that it becomes accepted as truth in the common culture. Twisting and mangling the truth beyond all recognition. Making allowances for politicians openly lying to their constituents by claiming they are in “campaign mode” as if lying to the people of America is an acceptable behavior during political campaigns. But, even worse, retreating to that Orwellian meme that “some animals are more equal than others” and therefore should have a natural right to govern the masses for the good of the collective.

People are becoming afraid to speak out …

People are afraid to stand up and tell the truth, lest they be subject to the progressive socialist Alinsky treatment: demonized, shunned, or most egregiously, mocked for their beliefs. With a corrupt mainstream media and an Internet where everything lives on forever, many people believe that silence is golden. That speaking out will damage one’s life, one’s standing in the community, and more importantly, damage one’s career. So they see true injustice and untruths being told and they remain quiet.

The truth is there for all to see …

Trayvon Martin, by his own words and photographs, was a wannabe thug gangsta interested in beating down others and getting high. And, even more importantly, he was a criminal – yes, a criminal. Due to political correctness, the Miami-Dade School Police suppressed reports of criminal activity by black high school students lest the school and its administrators be judged incompetent and unable to handle an unruly student body.

In this world of political correctness, the report of Trayvon Martin’s possession of jewelry and a “burglar tool” was suppressed. Even though the jewelry matched items taken from a nearby residential burglary, the crime was withheld by the Miami-Dade School Police and school authorities from the Miami-Dade police department. Only when the the Miami-Dade School Police Chief ordered an investigation into “departmental leaks” was the suppressed report brought to light – and the Chief removed from his position.

In addition, on the night in question, Trayvon Martin’s true activities were glossed over. No mention of what did occur when he was at the convenience store and possibly smoked marijuana – the defense fighting to get the toxicology report admitted to evidence. Also, Trayvon’s purchases were mischaracterized, one being claimed to be “iced tea;” when the truth it was Arizona Watermelon Cocktail, one of the three ingredients of a home-made drug popular in Trayvon’s circle. The other two ingredients being “Skittles” which Trayvon also purchased, and cough syrup.

And what about George Zimmerman? A family man, a man who was helping safeguard his mixed ethnicity gated neighborhood from crime – recent burglaries by black youths – as a member of neighborhood watch. Remember, the gated community was private property and there were no police patrols, only the efforts of community members. There was no hint of racist in Zimmerman’s background. He took a back girl to his prom. He tutored black children. And he stood up against authorities when he believed a black homeless man was being abused.

He was on his way to do the weekly grocery shopping when he observed a suspicious person in a hoodie slowly walking off the sidewalk, between home, on a dark and rainy night. And, he did what was right. He called the police and reported a suspicious crime. By all accounts, he was walking back to his vehicle when he was attacked by the more physically fit and aggressive Trayvon Martin. Forced to defend himself against a life-threatening “Mixed Martial Arts-style” beat-down, Zimmerman pulled his legally registered weapon and passed into history.

So how did an ordinary community hero turn into a villain?

The race-hustlers made a mistake. They believed Zimmerman was white and the shooting of an innocent black teenager by an armed white man could be turned into political capital to push their radical progressive socialist democrat agenda. Furthering the meme of the victimhood of the black community, and of course, only the progressive socialist democrats could remedy this injustice in return for the black vote. Marxist black liberation theology at its best – a class struggle against authority demanding the dissolution of constituted authority and the rebuilding of a worker’s paradise.

When it was discovered that Zimmerman was of mixed race, like the President of the United States, but identified himself as an Hispanic, the progressive socialist democrats needed to fit their story to the facts. One station editing the 911 call to make it appear that Zimmerman was a racist. Others inventing a new racial category, the White-Hispanic.

The entire progressive socialist democrat line-up, from President Barack Obama, to Eric Holder, to the lowest of the low – race-hustlers like Al Sharpton and Jesse Jackson sought to make national political hay out of this local crime committed by Trayvon Martin when he attacked George Zimmerman.

Justice prevails …

The full weight of the President of the United States, the Department of Justice, the State of Florida, and special prosecutors could not change the facts and George Zimmerman was acquitted of all charges and released. No matter how hard they looked – including the establishment of a federal hot line set up especially for people to related racial stories about George Zimmerman – they couldn’t find a single instance of racism.

But was justice done?

For Trayvon, justice was served. He reaped the consequences of what he sowed in the real world. For Zimmerman, although he was acquitted, he has been sentenced by the race-hustlers and the progressive socialist democrats to a life sentence of scorn and ignominy, public shame and disgrace brought on by a false narrative from corrupt politicians and journalists who have no claim on journalistic ethics.

Bottom line …

The progressive socialist democrats and a corrupt mostly progressive mainstream media devoid of journalistic ethics are the new fifth column, trying to overthrow the government of the United States from within and impose international socialism on the American people. Like most black heroes who turned out to be radical socialists or communists like W.E.B. Du Boise, we are seeing socialist and communists infiltrate our government and the important institutions that support this country. President Obama is a radical progressive socialist democrat – one that has opened the White House and the far reaches of government to his fellow travelers.

And, unless we reverse the trend of corruption in politics and curb the race-hustlers and special interests, America as if was formerly known will be lost. Search your hearts and reject evil. Look at what socialism and communism have wrought on this world and take that to the voting booth in the upcoming 2014 congressional cycle.

If you believe that you want to vote for blacks, vote for people like Alan West, Ben Carson and other non-socialists. If you want to vote for an Hispanic, vote for Ted Cruz and other non-socialists. Do not be part of the continuing decline in America by voting for radical progressive socialist democrats. And, by all means shun the dishonest progressive media.

Feel free to call be names or label me – but the truth is the truth, and as in science, consensus is not fact.

Syria: Is the President of the United States willing to commit a constitutional crime?

There is no way that President Barack Hussein Obama can justify committing an act of war against a sovereign nation without the express permission of Congress unless that foreign sovereign nation poses an actual or imminent threat. This, the opinion of Constitutional lawyer Barack Hussein Obama. Since Barack Hussein Obama does possess the intent to knowingly violate the Constitution of the United States and commit an international crime, it should be recognized that such action should be the grounds for impeachment by the House of Representatives and trial by the Senate. The sentence should go beyond removal from office and the perpetrator should be tried in a military tribunal of competent jurisdiction.

It appears that the motivation for such an action presents two alternatives. Alternative one, Barack Hussein Obama is willing to use United States forces to attack a foreign sovereign nation for the purposes of burnishing his reputation, and alternative two, Barack Hussein Obama is aiding and abetting the rebels which appear to be aiding the Muslim Brotherhood and is infiltrated by representative of al Qaeda.

Should the rebels force the ouster of the Syrian government, it is most likely that they will move to install strict Sharia law; with the possibility of ethnic cleansing of all persons they consider to be traitors and infidels, namely the Alawites, Coptic Christians, and others who represent a loose interpretation of Islam. In this case, Barack Hussein Obama should be tried as a co-conspirator and charged with crimes against humanity.

However, in the event that sending Cruise Missiles into Syria is an impotent show of force, Kabuki Theatre if you will, President Barack Hussein Obama should be charged with the willful and illegal destruction of government assets.

“The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat.” ~ Barack Obama speaking to the Boston Globe in reference to George Bush’s foreign policy.

In 2007, Barack Obama was asked when Presidents have the authority to launch a military strike without congressional authorization. He had a precise answer at the ready.

“The President does not have power under the Constitution to unilaterally authorize a military attack in a situation that does not involve stopping an actual or imminent threat,” Obama told the Boston Globe.

Back then, the target in question was Iran, and Obama was a first-term Senator running for President against the excesses of George W. Bush’s foreign policy. But the statement stands in stark opposition to Obama’s view now. The Obama Administration is on the cusp of intervening in a Syrian civil war that by all accounts does not pose an imminent domestic threat to the U.S. And Obama appears set to unilaterally authorize punitive strikes against Bashar Assad’s regime.

It would not be the first time Obama acted outside his own previous definition of presidential war powers. In 2011, with a bloody conflict escalating in Libya, Obama authorized the U.S. to join an international coalition that established a no-fly zone in order to stem the threat of mass slaughter. Obama argued the intervention was justified.

“The growing instability in Libya could ignite wider instability in the Middle East, with dangerous consequences to the national security interests of the United States,” he wrote in a letter to Congress. Officials pointed to the possibility of an imminent massacre of rebel forces, but no immediate threat to national security.

“In 2007, Obama was adamant that the President did not have the power to authorize an attack if there was no imminent threat to the U.S.,” PolitiFact wrote at the time. “But now he has authorized just such an action.” The fact-checking site called the reversal a “full flop.” Source: U.S. Intervention in Syria Would Reaffirm Obama's Biggest Flip-Flop | TIME.com

Bottom line …

Our enemies are killing each other and the United States is in no position to act as a policeman to the world in the absence of a United Nations’ coalition and a legal basis for taking action. At this point in time, we do not know to a certainty what chemical weapons were used, who used the chemical weapons, and the motivation for the use of chemical weapons. Unless this was a test of Obama’s resolve or a false flag operation, there appears to be no justification or legal authority for striking Syria at this time.

We should not overlook the possibility that Syria is a cover for a strike on Iran’s nuclear facilities – and a way to amass troops and materiel for such a strike without an overt action that may lead Iran to mount a preemptive strike on Israel. At this point in time, we do not know if Iran has a nuclear weapon – but we do know that the Obama Administration has apparently done little or nothing to stop the production of a nuclear bomb with the exception of covert sabotage.

I do not trust the man who lied to the American people and lied to the world about Benghazi. I do not feel confident that Valerie Jarrett, Samantha Power, Susan Rice, and John Brennan have the requisite skills to correctly advise President Obama on military affairs.  Considering we still do not know who gave the stand-down order in Benghazi, I think that the President’s leadership and team is open to question.

Let us hope that Obama does not provoke international terrorism with an illegal act.

BTW: There will be a launch of a heavy NRO (National Reconissance Office) secret sattelite aboard a Delta-IV heavy launch vehicle from Vandenberg Air Force Base at 10:52 a.m.  Nice that the mainstream media publishes these details as we ramp up for a potential war in the Middle East.

LOOKING MORE AND MORE LIKE A COMMUNIST NATION UNDER OBAMA AND HIS FELLOW TRAVELERS!

This is a direct insult to those who have fought and died to protect America and its Constitution …

obamaflag

You will notice that the flag appears to be held by a person wearing a NEA-logo union shirt …

On Monday’s broadcast of “The O’Reilly Factor” on the Fox News Channel, network contributor Juan Williams accused African-American leaders of corruption an criticized speakers at Saturday’s March on Washington anniversary for failing to address education.

“[March leader Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.] is not one who would simply cry, as you were saying, over the awful lyrics and the bad schools,” he said. “He would act. He would stand up. That’s the tradition of Dr. King — stand up and act against bad schools that are condemning these kids to useless lives because they never have an opportunity to climb that ladder of upward mobility. And the civil rights challenge of this generation is education, and Dr. King would never allow anybody to buy his silence, to buy him off, to sell out the kids and that’s what’s happening right now.”

“I look today at some of the reports on union spending — it’s unbelievable,” Williams continued. “[The American Federation of Teachers] — you know, AFT and their affiliates in New York, tens of thousands of dollars going to Jesse Jackson, Al Sharpton and NAACP. Same thing with the National Education Association — NEA.

Why?

Because they know that they don’t want those civil rights leaders to ever stand up and say yes to charter schools, yes to vouchers, yes to school reform. Yes to Rahm Emanuel in Chicago saying that we need the black community. Poor people need better schools, and you can’t make excuses at the cost of our children and our children’s future.” <Source>

Bottom line …

The public service employees unions are infiltrated with socialists and communists, so why should we be surprised when these radical leftists try to subvert the government from within and spout their race-baiting socialist propaganda? Never before has our enemies, both foreign and domestic, had such a grip on our government and the institutions that made America strong.

Remember, the 2014 congressional election cycle is fast approaching and it appears that the socialists and communists are at risk of being voted out of office. While they may call it racism, I call it subversion, sedition, and treason.

WHY CONTRIBUTE TO OBAMA'S POLITICAL LEGACY WITH A MEANINGLESS ACT OF WAR WITH NO POINT OR OUTCOME?

We have no abiding national interest in Syria …

Other than Obama’s ego and political legacy, the United States appears to have absolutely no national interest at stake in Syria. It is not our Constitutional responsibility to police the world and promote democracy if it disadvantages America and American citizens. I am not saying that we should not extend the hand of friendship and democracy to willing people … but that we are unlikely to bring democracy to religious zealots who demand that their state be a religious one and that everything be governed under Sharia law – a medieval code that is intolerant of divergent viewpoints and other religions.

I have yet to see conclusive proof that Syria used chemical weapons ...

All I hear is talk and more talk. There does not appear to be concrete evidence regarding what chemicals were used, their origin, their delivery mechanism, and why Assad would tempt the world to attack him. There is a great possibility that the weapons were holdovers from Saddam Hussein and that were exploded with conventional explosives rather than being fired from artillery. This could be a rebel false flag operation or a Syrian Army operation -- but we do not know. Using chemical weapons of mass destruction is likely to make the perpetrator an international criminal and thus someone who could be scooped up and delivered to the Hague to be tried for war crimes against humanity.

I do not trust John Kerry any more than I trust John McCain. And, I certainly do not trust an incompetent Barack Obama who leaves the heavy lifting to expendable subordinates.

Acting against Congress should be an impeachable offense …

Here we have a President, without Congressional approval, without United Nations approval, and with no national interest committing an act of war against a foreign sovereign nation for no other reason than to back up President Obama’s rhetoric. This is not an emergency and the United States is not under attack.

Don’t trust Saudi Arabia …

There is little doubt in my mind that Saudi Arabia was an unindicted co-conspirator with regard to the scurrilous 9/11 terrorist attack. Not only does Saudi Arabia promote a hard-line strict interpretation of Islam, but is spending billions building Mosques throughout the world to promote Whabism. There is also little doubt in my mind that Saudi Arabia has made a Faustian deal that secretly supports terrorists and terrorism in exchange for not attempting the overthrow of the The Kingdom and deposing the Saudi Royal family. The Saudis have a record of duplicitous behavior, saving one thing in public, and quite another in private. Seeking American assistance to protect Saudi assets and political power while condemning the United States. As for their arming of the rebels, there has been significant concern that the rebels have been deeply infiltrated by al Qaeda – an organization designed by Osama bin Ladin, a Saudi, allegedly funded by wealthy Saudis, and who sent forth Saudi terrorists to attack America on 9/11.

Allies Withhold Public Support for U.S. Strike on Syria

The U.S. is moving toward possible military strikes against Syria without the public support of any major Arab ally, reflecting broad unease in the region about another Western military intervention.

The lack of public endorsement from Arab governments, even from Saudi Arabia and other countries that have helped arm, train and fund rebels fighting Syrian President Bashar al-Assad leaves the West with little political cover regionally should any Western-led attack go badly. <Source>

The Saudis greatly fear Iran, so could this be cover for a strike on Iran’s  nuclear facilities?

Iranian Official: Israel to Be ‘First Victim’ of U.S. Attack on Syria

A senior Iranian lawmaker said Israel would be the first casualty of any U.S.-led strike on Syria, according to regional media reports.

Hossein Sheikholeslam, the director general of the Iranian parliament’s International Affairs bureau, claimed the United States would not dare attack Syria but said that if it does, “the Zionist regime will be the first victim.”  “No military attack will be waged against Syria,” Sheikholeslam was quoted as saying on Monday by Iran’s state run Fars News Agency.

“Yet, if such an incident takes place, which is impossible, the Zionist regime will be the first victim of a military attack on Syria,” Sheikholeslam said in an apparent response to the Obama administration’s increasingly stern rhetoric against Syria.

Iran has been one of embattled Syrian President Bashar al-Assad’s chief allies. It has sent Hezbollah reinforcements to battle rebel forces and acted as Assad’s chief defender in the Middle East. <Source>

Bottom line …

Attacking Syria is bat-shit crazy. Unless Obama can convince Congress of the necessity to attack Syria, he should be impeached for high crimes and misdemeanors.

What you need to know about the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act

Unfortunately, we are seeing the practice of politics interfere with the practice of medicine …

Under progressive socialist theory, political power derives from managing real or imagined scarcity. Scarcity drives medical costs up and creates additional scarcity as people are unable to afford medical care. And, creating politicial power for those who serve as gatekeepers, exacting a toll on every person passing their artificially created gate. Upon examining the current state of medical practice and the legislation created by the progressive socialist democrats, I have come to a number of irrefutable conclusions. Conclusions that portend a very dark future for all Americans, with the exception of the wealthy and those who are politically connected and can exert “influence” over the system.

The so-called Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act is a misnomer – in fact, it is an outright lie. As the legislation introduces control mechanisms and expenses that make healthcare a scarce commodity, affordability will be a thing controlled by the government and their special interests. There will be no patient protection if you are beyond the norm, an outlier that may require individualized care and perhaps access to specialized and costly treatment.

And, if one we totally objective, what the detractors call cynical, one can plainly see that this system is designed to fail.

Why, you may ask, would anyone designed a system to fail? The answer lies in progressive politics. The progressive socialist democrats have created a system that has a number of loopholes, exceptions, and privileges granted to special interest groups and the politicians themselves. Therefore, the power grab is incomplete until the progressive socialist democrats implement a single-payer system that demands and exerts absolute control over the delivery of healthcare in America.

So with this said, let us look at some of the more troubling aspects of the Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act.

The government will create a massive database containing a dossier on every individual in the United States. Medical, financial, educational, and social data will be consolidated in an integrated database that could be used by the government for any purpose it deems necessary and proper to aid in the delivery of healthcare. Going beyond the privacy issues involving a database containing your private, personal, and non-public information, consider that no government has been able to keep those in authority – the people with the “keys to the kingdom” – from illegally accessing government information and using it for their political, personal, professional,or profit-generating advantage.

It is not unlikely that those with weapons will be required at some point to register them and the results recorded in the database. Declaring weapons to be a public health issue allows the corrupt politicians to skirt the Second Amendment of the Constitution and to force many Americans to “voluntarily” surrender their firearms or face an extreme upward “adjustment” in their healthcare insurance premiums on the speculative basis that people with firearms are likely to use those weapons in a manner that creates additional healthcare costs.

It is not unlikely that those who engage in “inappropriate behaviors,” eating too much, drinking too much, engaging in dangerous sports, or simply being gay, might likewise see their insurance premiums “adjusted” to compensate for the risky behavior they voluntarily undertake.

And, it is not unlikely that the government’s power will stop at personal behavior. It is possible that the government may decide to “adjust” the insurance premiums for those who drive certain cars, live in certain areas, and purchase certain products. Thus, controlling the industrial output and consumer economy as if there was a mandate to reduce all risks of living to satisfy the requirements to provide healthcare at the lowest possible cost to the greatest number of insured recipients.

There will be delays and denials of care, by any other commonsense name, rationing …

Mathematics can be used to define our physical reality. And, here on Earth, time is not elastic and expandable, neither are time-based resources such as the number of patients that can be treated by a healthcare professional without compromising the patients safety and the number of patients that can be accommodated within diagnostic testing devices. Which posits a serious concern. How can a system accommodate millions of new patients using the same number of facilities, physicians, diagnostic devices and the other resources critical to the delivery of healthcare?

It is possible that some patients do not require advanced levels of care.

It is possible that some patients do not require a specialist to provide care.

It is possible that there is some “slack” in the system that can accommodate additional patients; but it is also possible that current practitioners need this “slack” to fully consider the treatment of existing patients, prepare for new patients, handle administrative chores, and engage in continuing education.

But, in the final analysis, you cannot add millions of patients to a finite and already burdened system without sacrificing something – the cost, or the availability of quality medical care for all enrolled individuals. Resulting in insurance companies denying and delaying claims – maybe until the point where you give up and die.

Here we find that the government is stepping between the physician and his patient. Inserting government bureaucrats and insurance company clerks into the process. Approving or denying care according to computerized criteria that is designed to provide adequate healthcare to the 80% masses while rejecting the specialized healthcare that may be required to save the lives or improve the quality of care in the 20% outliers. This can be easily illustrated using a standard statistical “bell curve” found in all areas of science and statistics.

So how will appropriate healthcare be defined?

Before the Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act, deep in the bowels of the progressive socialist democrat-crafted stimulus bill known as the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), there were billion dollar expenditures on the beginnings of what is now colloquially known as Obamacare. Proof positive that the legislators were lying about the true costs of the Patient Protection and Affordable Healthcare Act. By breaking up portions of the program and hiding the basic control components in other measures, the legislators dishonestly represented that the costs were contain under a trillion dollars. (Not to be prominently mentioned is the $500 billion cut from Medicare’s Advantage Program to fund Obamacare; thus screwing over senior citizens.

Comparative effectiveness research is the basis of data that will be used to determine which medical diagnostic procedures, treatment protocols, and medicines will be available to patients – all controlled by allowing or denying patient and physician claims for reimbursement from government-sanctioned insurance companies.

A council of progressive socialist democrats appointed by a progressive socialist democrat. Not only is the Board’s work compromised by the same type of situational ethics and conflicts of interest that led others in the Obama Administration to cover-up Fast and Furious gun running to Mexican drug cartel scandal, the Benghazi gun-running to terrorists scandal, the IRS scandal, the NSA spying scandal … and other progressive socialist democrat scandals, but it cannot by trusted with the healthcare of American citizens.

Somebody is trying to remedy the situation …

The GOP mounted a good fight in 2010 … but is wasn’t good enough. Perhaps not enough people felt the pain of Obamacare and saw their insurance premiums rise dramatically and were forced to switch doctors – contrary to what Barack Obama promised the American people. Consider this political piece by a doctor in support of the GOP nominee in Michigan. Although Steele did not win office, he held the notorious progressive John Dingell to his lowest percentage of vote in his 55-year career in Congress. Listen to Dr. David Janda for a moment …

Bottom line …

Obamacare is an Obamination that cannot be allowed to stand. It is a radical socialist attack on the American capitalist system and the American way of life. Obamacare potentially, over time, has the potential to kill or injure millions of innocent Americans. Especially senior citizens who saw their retirement evaporate under Obama’s mishandling of the economy.

After four years, it is no longer Bush’s fault. It is no longer the Republican’s fault. It is the fault of one man, Barack Hussein Obama, and his cadre of fellow progressive socialist democrats. Something that needs to be remedied in the 2014 congressional election cycle lest America be destroyed from within.

Do what you must do, vote how you must vote … but do it in an informed manner. Do not be one of the sheeple who is being promised something that will never appear – in exchange for your freedom.

IMPEACHABLE OFFENSE: IF OBAMA COMMITS AN ACT OF WAR AGAINST SYRIA WITHOUT CONGRESSIONAL APPROVAL

This is not an exigent event that demands immediate action by the Commander-in-Chief. Therefore, the President of the United States must seek Congressional approval before committing an act of war on a foreign sovereign nation. According to Secretary of Defense Chuck Hagel, he is providing President Obama with the ability to move quickly if he decides to use a cruise missile strike against Syrian government forces.

In addition, there is the possibility of a charge of “crimes against humanity” should President Obama give arms, aid, and comfort to the Syrian rebels – most of whom represent al Qaeda and promise to slaughter the remaining minorities in Syria, including the Alawites, Coptic Christians, and others while turning Syria into a theocratic state governed by Sharia law.

If this is to be a symbolic gesture ... in what crazy world does the President of the United States commit an act of war to register his personal outrage?

Even worse, why isn't the President doing his duty and stop those chemical weapons from falling into the hands of al Qaeda to be used against Americans or American allies.

Has anyone noticed that President Obama has done nothing to stop Iran from going nuclear and becoming relatively untouchable -- even as they spread state terrorism?

And, who is stopping President Obama from arming the al Qaeda rebels to further the aims of the Muslim Brotherhood? Other than Senator Ted Cruz, who is even speaking out on the issues?

DUH! YA THINK DEPARTMENT: "At Nation's Oldest Environmental College, Freshmen's Big Worries Are Climate Change, Energy"

Sometimes you wonder about progressive socialist colleges and their self-serving media hype …

One would think that the student’s biggest worries should be how to pay their burgeoning school costs, if there will be a job in their future, how an increasingly corrupt political arena is changing the nature of the world, and what will happen when global climate change is shown to be a political hoax to pursue an international socialist agenda?

At Nation's Oldest Environmental College, Freshmen's Big Worries Are Climate Change, Energy

Other concerns: public apathy, declining biodiversity, pollution, deforestation, disregard for natural resources and overpopulation

The Class of 2017 at the SUNY College of Environmental Science and Forestry (ESF) arrives on campus with the knowledge that their generation faces a host of major environmental problems.

Concerns about climate change, perhaps caused by the overuse of fossil fuels, topped a random sampling of this fall’s incoming class of approximately 290 students at ESF, the oldest college in the nation devoted exclusively to the study of the environment. The students’ responses also listed concerns about public apathy, declining biodiversity, growing pollution of both air and water, deforestation, a general disregard for natural resources and the environment, overpopulation and more.

“I believe pollution is the major environmental problem we face caused by a lack of awareness of how everyday products are made and what happens to them after we dispose of them,” said Amanda Chudow, an environmental resources engineering major at the college in Syracuse, N.Y.

Kayla Besong, another environmental engineering major, said, “Our dependence on too many non-renewable energy resources leads to more harm for the environment like using hydrofracking (to drill for natural gas), wars for oil and deforestation.”

Colin Myers, who is studying forest and natural resource management, thinks deforestation is our major environmental concern because, “…it causes problems like habitat destruction, air pollution and erosion.”

“We have to protect species and their habitats,” said Gerard Deleva, a conservation biology major. “Because decreasing biodiversity means a smaller gene pool and once a species goes extinct those genes can be lost forever, perhaps genes that might’ve led to a cure for a major health threat.”

Hannah Wheeler, an environmental studies major, said, “Not enough people are recycling! Especially in areas where people are not compensated for it.”

People are also a concern for Anthony Skinner, an environmental biology major, who said, “Overpopulation is the major problem that we face and is behind most other environmental issues including climate change, invasive species, habitat loss, air/water pollution, and unsustainable harvesting/agriculture.”

Samuel Sheehan, a chemistry major, feels people are simply apathetic: “I think the major environmental problem is that not enough people care about the environment and therefore aren’t willing to spend the time learning what they need in order to be more environmentally friendly.”

In general, the students see good science, extensive research, advocacy and leading by example as the means to resolve these problems exemplified by Michael Wood’s hope regarding energy, “With the knowledge obtained from a bioprocess engineering degree, I hope to be on the leading edge of finding, extracting and distributing clean renewable energy.”

The fall semester gets underway at ESF today (Aug. 26).

Bottom line …

Spare me the bullshit rhetoric from people with a vested interest in a science that has been corrupted by politics.

This is the socialist line: “Overpopulation is the major problem that we face and is behind most other environmental issues including climate change, invasive species, habitat loss, air/water pollution, and unsustainable harvesting/agriculture.”

The socialists gain political power by creating and managing real or artificial scarcity, whereas the capitalists believe that man can adapt to their changing environment and grow our way out of any temporary shortages. Whereas the progressive socialist democrats whine and moan, the capitalists are out solving real problems and pushing man’s achievement’s forward.

The fundamental difference between liberty and opportunity and the socialist totalitarian state necessary for the enlightened ruling class to manage the relatively unexceptional and replicable  “population units” known as  people. Unfortunately, we are in an age of apathetic and low-information voters who do not expend the time, energy, and money to pursue their own agenda and cede power to those who want to remove personal freedom and restrict their options in every area of life.

How many of these people know that "cap and trade" is a scheme to tax energy producers by selling government-mandated indulgences that allow gross polluters to continue polluting and killing local wildlife and people -- with the costs being passed along to the ratepayers? All while generating significant profits for the Wall Street Wizards and corrupt politicians like Al Gore?

Too bad, that the progressive socialist democrat influence will demand that these students learn revisionist history and corrupt science -- and parrot back nonsensical abominations to receive a passing grade.

Don’t be one of the sheeple – buying the self-serving drivel of the progressive socialist democrats.

OBAMA ADMINISTRATION: WAFFLING ON SYRIA, NO INDICATION OF CONGRESSIONAL INVOLVEMENT (Updated)

Update: Even the Progressive Socialist Democrats recognize that President Obama is shadow boxing with himself …

U.S. Prepares to Attack Syria -- 60% of Americans Are Against It, Obama Has No UN Approval, and No Proof of Who Was Behind Gas Attacks

Any moves to bomb Syria risk further American involvement in a brutal civil war that has spiraled out of control.

The U.S. is giving all signs of preparing for a unilateral military strike on Syria after an alleged chemical weapons attack last week.  Any move to attack Syria could entangle American involvement in a brutal civil war that has killed tens of thousands of innocent civilians.

The American people are strongly opposed to U.S. military involvement in Syria. <Source>

Original Blog Post …

Once again, ambiguity and speculation reign supreme at the State Department and apparently the highest levels of the White House. It appears that President Obama does not want to take direct action and wants to, once again, “lead from behind.” A euphemism that covers his lack of leadership ability and his propensity to allow others to do the dirty work so his hands appear to be clean. Throwing people under the proverbial bus if things turn south and someone must be blamed.

It also appears that the Obama Administration does not have “proof” of Syria’s involvement in the alleged chemical attack – because all we have seen are anecdotal stories about chemical weapons being used and the aftermath. No hard evidence as to what chemical agent was used, what was the origin of the chemical weapons, how the weapons were deployed, and most importantly, who deployed the chemical weapons.

Since both sides could have perpetrated this act: Syria in a false flag operation to involve the rebels, and the rebels, to invoke allied assistance in combatting Syrian troops, the picture remains unclear.

Here is what John Kerry had to say today …

Remarks on Syria - John Kerry, Secretary of State

Washington, DC -- August 26, 2013

Well, for the last several days President Obama and his entire national security team have been reviewing the situation in Syria, and today I want to provide an update on our efforts as we consider our response to the use of chemical weapons.

What we saw in Syria last week should shock the conscience of the world. It defies any code of morality. Let me be clear: The indiscriminate slaughter of civilians, the killing of women and children and innocent bystanders, by chemical weapons is a moral obscenity. By any standard it is inexcusable, and despite the excuses and equivocations that some have manufactured, it is undeniable.

The meaning of this attack goes beyond the conflict in Syria itself, and that conflict has already brought so much terrible suffering. This is about the large-scale, indiscriminate use of weapons that the civilized world long ago decided must never be used at all – a conviction shared even by countries that agree on little else. There is a clear reason that the world has banned entirely the use of chemical weapons. There is a reason the international community has set a clear standard and why many countries have taken major steps to eradicate these weapons. There is a reason why President Obama has made it such a priority to stop the proliferation of these weapons and lock them down where they do exist. There is a reason why President Obama has made clear to the Assad regime that this international norm cannot be violated without consequences. And there is a reason why no matter what you believe about Syria, all peoples and all nations who believe in the cause of our common humanity must stand up to assure that there is accountability for the use of chemical weapons so that it never happens again.

Last night after speaking with foreign ministers from around the world about the gravity of this situation, I went back and I watched the videos, the videos that anybody can watch in the social media, and I watched them one more gut-wrenching time. It is really hard to express in words the human suffering that they lay out before us. As a father, I can’t get the image out of my head of a man who held up his dead child, wailing while chaos swirled around him; the images of entire families dead in their beds without a drop of blood or even a visible wound; bodies contorting in spasms; human suffering that we can never ignore or forget. Anyone who can claim that an attack of this staggering scale could be contrived or fabricated needs to check their conscience and their own moral compass.

What is before us today is real, and it is compelling. So I also want to underscore that while investigators are gathering additional evidence on the ground, our understanding of what has already happened in Syria is grounded in facts informed by conscience and guided by common sense. The reported number of victims, the reported symptoms of those who were killed or injured, the firsthand accounts from humanitarian organizations on the ground like Doctors Without Borders and the Syria Human Rights Commission – these all strongly indicate that everything these images are already screaming at us is real, that chemical weapons were used in Syria.

Moreover, we know that the Syrian regime maintains custody of these chemical weapons. We know that the Syrian regime has the capacity to do this with rockets. We know that the regime has been determined to clear the opposition from those very places where the attacks took place. And with our own eyes, we have all of us become witnesses.

We have additional information about this attack, and that information is being compiled and reviewed together with our partners, and we will provide that information in the days ahead.

Our sense of basic humanity is offended not only by this cowardly crime but also by the cynical attempt to cover it up. At every turn, the Syrian regime has failed to cooperate with the UN investigation, using it only to stall and to stymie the important effort to bring to light what happened in Damascus in the dead of night. And as Ban Ki-moon said last week, the UN investigation will not determine who used these chemical weapons, only whether such weapons were used – a judgment that is already clear to the world.

I spoke on Thursday with Syrian Foreign Minister Muallim and I made it very clear to him that if the regime, as he argued, had nothing to hide, then their response should be immediate – immediate transparency, immediate access – not shelling. Their response needed to be unrestricted and immediate access. Failure to permit that, I told him, would tell its own story.

Instead, for five days, the Syrian regime refused to allow the UN investigators access to the site of the attack that would allegedly exonerate them. Instead, it attacked the area further, shelling it and systematically destroying evidence. That is not the behavior of a government that has nothing to hide. That is not the action of a regime eager to prove to the world that it had not used chemical weapons. In fact, the regime’s belated decision to allow access is too late, and it’s too late to be credible. Today’s reports of an attack on the UN investigators, together with the continued shelling of these very neighborhoods, only further weakens the regime’s credibility.

At President Obama’s direction, I’ve spent many hours over the last few days on the phone with foreign ministers and other leaders. The Administration is actively consulting with members of Congress and we will continue to have these conversations in the days ahead. President Obama has also been in close touch with the leaders of our key allies, and the President will be making an informed decision about how to respond to this indiscriminate use of chemical weapons. But make no mistake: President Obama believes there must be accountability for those who would use the world’s most heinous weapons against the world’s most vulnerable people. Nothing today is more serious and nothing is receiving more serious scrutiny.

Thank you.

Bottom line …

  • This is a no-win situation.
  • You cannot destroy the chemical weapon stockpiles using cruise missiles or conventional ordinance without risking the wider spread of the toxic chemical agents. Only nuclear or fuel-air bombs can be employed to insure that the agents are vaporized. So it is unlikely that an attack will be mounted on the chemical weapons. Unless, we are willing to put men on the ground and physically take custody of the stockpiles; an unlikely scenario.
  • The Russians have men and equipment on the ground, further complicating any response against assets like aircraft or artillery, or against command and control centers.
  • The rebels are allegedly linked to the Muslim Brotherhood and al Qaeda, both of whom are enemies of the United States as they want to impose strict Sharia law and a theocracy in Syria. Israel, Saudi Arabia, and others are against the Muslim Brotherhood – although President Obama appears to support them.
  • Congress does not appear to have been consulted on this matter and, once again, the President may be overstepping his Constitutional bounds as there is sufficient time for Congressional approval of any actions that could be construed by Syria and the international community as an act of war.
  • We are overlooking the fact that Muslims who hate us are killing each other – which is a win-win for both civilization and the democratic way of life.

Who is to say that these are not part of Saddam Hussein's old weapons cache that was allegedly trucked over the border years ago and discovered by the rebels?

Obama is over his head and likely to bungle this as he has bungled most of his domestic and foreign policy before. The man cannot simply be trusted to protect America and American citizens unless it coincides with his toxic radical progressive socialist agenda.
