IS THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA TRYING TO USE GEORGE ZIMMERMAN - TRAYVON MARTIN CASE TO CAUSE A RIOT TO BOOST RATINGS?

RE-MAKE OF LONE RANGER DEADER THAN THE DEAD BIRD ON TOP OF TONTO’S HEAD …

WTF …

db

One can only imagine what the producer, writer, and actors were thinking when they put this POS together. It does not honor the behavior of the Lone Ranger I grew up with … nor the characters created by the late Clayton Moore and Jay Silverheels.

If this was meant to be a “campy” version of “Pirates of the Panhandle,” it failed on that level also.

This is one movie that is unwatchable for anyone of a certain age or anyone with discriminating taste in the cowboy genre. Even the producer, Jerry Bruckheimer’s comment that Johnny Depp was part Indian did not make one bit of difference. Nor did the fact that the lead actor is named for the symbol of the Communist State (Arm and Hammer) – a respectful reference to his communist relative, the late Armand Hammer of Occidental Petroleum.

This is beyond a turkey … it is a foul, stinking, decaying buzzard peeing on its own feet to stay cool.
