1/23/2013--Introduced.National Emergency Centers Establishment Act - Directs the Secretary of Homeland Security (DHS) to establish at least six national emergency centers on military installations to use existing infrastructure to provide: (1) temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance to individuals and families dislocated due to an emergency or major disaster; and (2) centralized locations for the training of first responders and the coordination of preparedness, response, and recovery efforts.
Lists minimum requirements for sites for such centers, including that they be capable of: (1) meeting for an extended period the housing, health, transportation, education, public works, humanitarian, and other transition needs of a large number of individuals affected; (2) being scaled up or down to accommodate major disaster preparedness and response drills, operations, and procedures; (3) housing existing permanent structures necessary to meet training and first responders coordination requirements during non-disaster periods; and (4) hosting the infrastructure necessary to rapidly adjust to temporary housing, medical, and humanitarian assistance needs.
Sets forth center location requirements, including requiring the Secretary to designate closed military installations as sites whenever possible and to designate portions of existing military installations as centers otherwise. And you have the makings of a massive civil insurrection response by the democrat-controlled Department of Homeland Security.
There is no doubt that America is highly polarized, with the democrats sowing the seeds of class warfare, racial and ethnic conflict. We see staggering murder rates in democrat-controlled inner cities, mostly between members of minority gangs and involving minorities as targets or as innocent bystanders, so-called collateral damage.
You find that illegal aliens are flooding our nation and have little or no allegiance to America or the American way of life. You have an extremely large number of incarcerated criminals nearing the completion of their reduced sentences. And, you have foreign Jihadist influences in Saudi-financed Mosques.
All of the makings for trouble ahead.
Bottom line …
I have no idea whether or not this preparedness is a precautionary response to gamed scenarios run by prudent planners or something much more malevolent inspired by an artificial or man-made crisis. But in any event, “We the People” need to remove corrupt politicians from office and to purge the government of an ideological fifth column that does not wish America well. Something that can be seen in the democrat party as they attempt to divide Americans into classes of haves and have-nots, by race, ethnicity, national origin and any other characteristic which would allow them to assemble a coalition of the disaffected in order to gain or maintain political power.
I will leave it up to you, the informed reader, how these facts should be interpreted. And, how we should remove this malignant influence from American politics. Personally, I believe the democrats have been infiltrated by international socialists and communists to the point of proving Joseph McCarthy right about a fifth column in our government and social institutions. And, I believe the GOP is too afraid of calling a spade a spade for fear of sparking a media backlash.
Where are tomorrow’s patriots and leaders? Will the lead the fight for Congress in 2014 and the Presidency in 2016? The big question that remains unanswered.
