Anti-American YouTube Sensation PSY secretly buys $1.25M Beverly Hills Condo
Amazing how many anti-American foreigners, thugs and criminals seem to be buying our real estate or putting money in our banks …
PSY secretly buys $1.25M LA condo: report
“Gangnam Style” rapper PSY has reportedly used his new-found wealth to secretly snap up a lavish $1.25 million pad in Beverly Hills.
TMZ reported that his two-bedroom, 2,700 sq. ft. condo in the famous Blair House was paid entirely in cash. The purchase barely made a dent in his pocketbook as PSY allegedly raked in $7.9 million for "Gangnam Style" in the last few months alone.
Earlier this month, PSY issued an apology for performing an anti-America song in 2004 with lyrics that included “Kill those [bleep]ing Yankees who have been torturing Iraqi captives . . . Kill their daughters, mothers, daughters-in-law and fathers. Kill them all slowly and painfully.”
He said: "I'm deeply sorry for how these lyrics could be interpreted. I will forever be sorry for any pain I have caused by those words."
The South Korean pop star is not an US citizen so it’s unclear how much time he will be spending in his new home. TMZ suggested that the purchase was a way for the now-controversial performer to apologize again and to show Americans he does not hate them.
How many people know that American visas can be “expedited” by the “right” immigration attorneys for people who have a significant investment in United States property or businesses?
Foreigners' Sweetener: Buy House, Get a Visa
The reeling housing market has come to this: To shore it up, two Senators are preparing to introduce a bipartisan bill Thursday that would give residence visas to foreigners who spend at least $500,000 to buy houses in the U.S. The provision is part of a larger package of immigration measures, co-authored by Sens. Charles Schumer (D., N.Y.) and Mike Lee (R., Utah), designed to spur more foreign investment in the U.S.
To fuel this demand, the proposed measure would offer visas to any foreigner making a cash investment of at least $500,000 on residential real-estate—a single-family house, condo or townhouse. Applicants can spend the entire amount on one house or spend as little as $250,000 on a residence and invest the rest in other residential real estate, which can be rented out. The measure would complement existing visa programs that allow foreigners to enter the U.S. if they invest in new businesses that create jobs. Backers believe the initiative would help soak up an excess supply of inventory when many would-be American home buyers are holding back because they're concerned about their jobs or because they would have to take a big loss to sell their current house. <Source>
Bottom line …
The United States is his biggest market and there will come a time when this anti-American asswipe will need to visit. Perhaps, someone should object to any Visa on the basis of aiding and abetting our enemies with propaganda.
