VOTE FOR CALIFORNIA -- YES ON PROPOSITION 32 -- LAST CHANCE FOR REFORM!
California is just a single vote away from the beginning of reform – by voting YES on Proposition 32 you can break the union’s hold over politicians and return government back to “We the People.”
The unions have spent over $50 million dollars to try to defeat this proposition. They have pulled out all of their old props: the police, the firefighters, the paramedics, the nurses and the teachers to spread their false narrative. They have attempted to demonize the bill by claiming big oil, big banks, Karl Rove and others are behind the bill. They have suggested the bill is flawed and needs more work.
But the truth is simple …
If California wants a head start on cleaning up the political cesspool, they must stop the unions from holding children and taxpayers hostage for the type of pension increases that are bankrupting our cities and states.
If California wants a head start on cleaning up the political cesspool, they must stop the unions from holding children and taxpayers hostage for the type of tax increases that are necessary to pay outrageously high pensions and healthcare costs for retired workers who will be able to collect nearly 100% of their employment salary and benefits even when they are no longer employed.
It’s time the California taxpayer got a seat at the bargaining table – not just the union representatives and their bought-and-paid-for politicians. Politicians who are more afraid of the unions than they are of the taxpayers who elected them.
Californians must start now …
Voting YES on Proposition 32 would end the questionable practice of the automatic deduction of funds from employee paychecks for political purposes; would end union and corporate contributions to political candidates; and would end government contractor contributions to elected officials. The prohibition applies to labor unions and corporations, as well as to government contractors.
IT’S AS SIMPLE AS THAT: VOTE YES ON PROPOSITION 32 FOR REFORM.
