Executive Order -- National Defense Resources Preparedness | The White House
Considering the massive corruption and incompetence associated with the political and bureaucratic control of the United States government, under what circumstances would the citizens of the United States and the individual states allow the Executive Branch of the Federal Government to set aside the Constitution and assume control over the people and resources of the United States?
Given the demonstration of non-existent leadership and the bureaucratic ineptitude in handling regional disasters, I can think of only two circumstances that would provoke this extreme reaction.
An all-out nuclear war and an attempt at a procedural coup d'état by the ruling elite.
Or is there another purpose?
Shutting down the Internet and mass communication ability of the mainstream and alternative media in case of a compromised national election – where massive fraud and interference with the electoral process is probable and that the authority of the newly elected leadership is suspect.
I would suggest to the people of the United States, that should the federal government seek to illegally assume power over the nation, the States themselves, acting individually or in concert, would assume all responsibility for regional command and control – and might seek to re-constitute the United States along the lines of the original Constitution.
But this is all speculation, as it appears that the President’s Executive Order may have simply been issued to update an older executive order to include infrastructure items that did not exist in previous Executive Orders.
However, there is another worrisome detail to be considered. That of a toxic and ideologically corrupt administration seeking to ferret out all of the weak spots in our nation in order to convey an advantage to our ideological enemies. That such an index of vulnerabilities, would, in and of itself, constitute a strategic weapon of incalculable strength as to convey a military advantage to an aggressor nation.
As far as I can see, there are a number of potential Constitutional Crises looming …
One, the unequal and disproportionate power of the Supreme Court in that they are usurping the sole power of Congress to make the laws which govern our land.
Two, the Constitutional right of each branch of Congress to set its own rules – which has led to the subversion of fair and equitable procedural policies in favor of ideological and corrupt actions.
Three, the usurpation of power by the Executive Branch in which certain appointed officials usurp the powers of Senate-confirmed cabinet-level officers and act as a shadow government – with little restraint or control. It has been clearly demonstrated that Agencies of the Executive Branch have attempted to exert increasing control over our natural resources and by extension our entire economy. Likewise it has been clearly demonstrated that Agencies of the Executive Branch have attempted to exert increasing control over the citizens of the United States by co-opting the payment and delivery modalities of healthcare – giving the government unprecedented control over who lives, dies and under what conditions their lives may be compromised by the denial of care for purported economic reasons.
Four, the use of spending as a political weapon; to either weaken the United States relative to other international entities or to purchase political power and influence using the state treasury to buy political campaign funding and voter support by corruptly ceding advantages to “special interests.” Both the Executive Branch and the Congress are guilty of this practice to the detriment of the Citizens of the United States.
Five, the increasing politicization of governmental agencies to the point where criminal activities are ignored and not prosecuted; even in the case of credible and informed notification. Existing laws which are presumed to fall within the guidelines of the Constitution are being ignored or applied on a selective basis – giving succor and support to those special interests and ideologues which seek to gain advantage over the citizens of the United States.
Six, the refusal to uphold, protect and defend the Constitution – where Constitutional activities have been long established. One such area of grave concern is the government’s failure to protect our borders and to allow foreign illegal aliens to economically, socially, medically, and criminally damage the infrastructure which is designed for American citizens. Another area of grave concern is our government’s insistence in allowing certain America and citizens and businesses of the United States to be subject to the unlawful control of international courts, commissions and panels.
Seven, and perhaps one of the most gravest of the issues, is the failure of our Constitutionally-elected representatives in Congress and the Supreme Court to fully investigate and confirm the eligibility of the President of the United States. There has been presented to the American people, probable cause to doubt the eligibility of the President of the United States – if not on the issue of his birthplace, then on the issue of one parent not being a citizen of the United States at the time of his birth; and thus raising a question about the meaning of “natural born citizen” as expressed, but not defined, in the Constitution.
The “Executive Order” …

Bottom line …
As for the Executive Order, it appears to be a simple update of similar Executive Orders to provide for agencies such as the Department of Homeland Defense which did not exist previously and the removal of references to FEMA (Federal Emergency Management Agency) which is now under DHS.
However, without Constitutionally-vetted leadership and the restoration of law in the United States of America, we are on the road to national ambiguity. Where alien influences to our finances, legal activities and culture subvert the “American Way” and allow us to devolve into just another unexceptional nation whose freedoms have been compromised by corrupt and self-serving leaders who pander to the special interests who appear able to purchase preferential treatment with their ill-gotten gains.
We have witnessed billionaires, some of whom have amassed a great fortune on the basis of luck or being in the right place and the right time, attempting to subvert the political will of “We the People” based on being flattered or threatened by this or that political party. People who could not get a job in the very company they own or lead, telling others how to live their lives and how to vote. Similarly, celebrities who play noble characters, speaking memorable words written by others, suddenly thinking that they are those noble characters and entitled to tell us how to live our lives.
It is now time to redress the evils which have befallen the United States of America. And the only way to accomplish our mission to restore law, order and honor to our nation is to vote those who are the most corrupt out of office.
Unfortunately, the political parties have placed us in an untenable situation – giving us no clear directions, platforms and allowing deeply-flawed candidates to run roughshod over the political landscape.
I wish I could tell you how to vote, but unfortunately, I am in the same quandary as are most citizens. While I do not respect or trust the current occupant of the White House, the majority of Congress and at least six Supreme Court Justices … I cannot, in good conscience, put forth and endorsement other to say that the democrat party has morphed into a malignant and corrupt organization who has done great damage to the United States with their domestic and foreign policies. The republican party has gone along to get along – and is equally guilty of crony capitalism.
But in the final analysis, it appears that the democrats have done the most economic and social damage with their policies. So I recommend voting long-serving and corrupt democrats out of power while we attempt to build a new grass-roots leadership structure.
I find that there is no logical reason to return crooks to office where they perpetrate crimes with impunity. We do not elect kings and should not be unduly influenced by those who fancy themselves as kingmakers.
Take care of yourself and your family first. Vote as if your very life was on the line – for in this election, that is literally true.
