WHEN A COMMUNIST ENDORSES A CLINTON/OBAMA DEMOCRATIC TICKET, DOES THAT SAY IT ALL?

According to a Reuters' dispatch

"Ailing Cuban leader Fidel Castro is tipping Democratic candidates Hillary Clinton and Barack Obama to team up and win the U.S. presidential election."

"The word today is that an apparently unbeatable ticket could be Hillary for president and Obama as her running mate," he wrote in an editorial column on U.S. presidents published on Tuesday by Cuba's Communist Party newspaper, Granma."

"At 81, Castro has outlasted nine U.S. presidents since his 1959 revolution turned Cuba into a thorn in Washington's side by building a communist society about 90 miles offshore from the United States."

"He said all U.S. presidential candidates seeking the "coveted" electoral college votes of Florida have had to demand a democratic government in Cuba to win the backing of the powerful Cuban exile community."

"Clinton and Obama, both senators, called for democratic change in Cuba last week."

What do you thing about two junior Senators, one with excessive baggage and a leaning toward Marxism and the other with little world-class experience, when they are openly endorsed as a democratic ticket choice by an ardent communist?

Is this a telling moment?

Why would Castro even care about U.S. politics, if it were not for his fervent hope that the decades long embargo on certain goods and services be lifted and Cubans be allowed unrestricted travel between the United States and Cuba?

It remains to be seen if Castro has taken covert actions by funneling money and support to any political party or candidate in the United States.

As for Castro the man, this is not a person to be pitied as he has caused countless deaths and suffering in his once prosperous country.

What can YOU do?

Deny Castro what might be his final wish: a democratic victory and the election of two left-leaning candidates, whose real feelings toward the past and present history of the United States remain somewhat in question until this very day.

Elect candidates who will maintain the sovereignty of the United States and the principles upon which it was founded.

Disregard anyone who would even think of selling out the United States to any entity, foreign or domestic, for personal power or profit.

Clinton and Obama, individually and together, represent a serious threat to our continued democracy and it remains unknown to what degree the hard-left has infiltrated our American institutions -- and what might happen if they were provided with unfettered access to government secrets or the power to punish those who disagreed with them.

Listen to the Cubans who know Castro best.

Remember: candidates for high political office will often do or say anything to get elected.

Vote for honesty and the American way over greed, corruption and chaos.
