The Socialists believe – or at least tell others they believe – that planetary resources are limited and they must be managed by a cadre of ruling elite for the benefit of mankind and succeeding generations. And that we, the unexceptional populations unit, must accept their dictates for the good of the collective. Unfortunately, wherever and whenever socialism and communism existed, man’s fortunes took a dramatic downturn – spreading the misery fairly among everyone except the ruling elite. Proving you cannot overcome human nature and the need for one man to dominate another for their own self-interest.
Of course, the socialists have a snappy comeback – these were the wrong leaders and they used the wrong methods. I wouldn’t call mass murder, genocide and mass starvation methods – but crimes against humanity. But, let me put that in the proper perspective. Can you imagine a Jimmy Carter, Bill Clinton or Barack Obama providing the leadership to save the people and the planet? There is no doubt that these are pale imitations of the type of leadership that will benefit America and mankind.
Almost every decision made by President Barack Obama and his cadre of socialist/communist fellow travelers is rooted in increasing their own power – and the hell to the other 48% of the nation. As if Republicans were not people too.
So what does Sir Dick have to say …
Humans are plague on Earth – Attenborough
Humans are a plague on the Earth that need to be controlled by limiting population growth, according to Sir David Attenborough. The television presenter said that humans are threatening their own existence and that of other species by using up the world’s resources. He said the only way to save the planet from famine and species extinction is to limit human population growth.
“We are a plague on the Earth. It’s coming home to roost over the next 50 years or so. It’s not just climate change; it’s sheer space, places to grow food for this enormous horde. Either we limit our population growth or the natural world will do it for us, and the natural world is doing it for us right now,” he told the Radio Times.
Sir David, who is a patron of the Optimum Population Trust, has spoken out before about the “frightening explosion in human numbers” and the need for investment in sex education and other voluntary means of limiting population in developing countries.
“We keep putting on programmes about famine in Ethiopia; that’s what’s happening. Too many people there. They can’t support themselves — and it’s not an inhuman thing to say. It’s the case. Until humanity manages to sort itself out and get a coordinated view about the planet it’s going to get worse and worse.” Source: Humans are plague on Earth – Attenborough - Telegraph
Perhaps if Sir Dick knew something about science, he would be reassured …
Nature is a marvelously complex system that appears to have enormously powerful feedback loops that perpetuates planetary life. And the truth, Dick, is that man is just another part – perhaps more evolved – of the ecosystem which is subject to planetary restraints. Some people will die of natural disease. Some people will die of old age. Some people will die because they lack access to scarce resources.
And it is this last item that should scare the bejesus out of Sir Dick: people lacking access to scarce resources. Primarily, because some strong-man or political entity is creating and managing scarcity to achieve political power.
How many people have been deprived of corn and other essential foods because some political entity and their special interest friends dictated that there be incentives for producing unneeded ethanol to supplement fossil fuels? And I am not saying that this was part of the socialist conspiracy to implement population control through starvation, I am saying that it is a conspiracy to make profits which in return produce political power.
Clean water filtration devices, sanitary facilities, medicines and other goods are cheap when they are mass produced. So why are these items withheld from emerging populations? Profit and Power! And when humanitarian aid is provided, it is confiscated by the strong-man in charge and allocated to the ruling elite and those who serve the regime before any ordinary person gains access. And, by that time, there is not enough to go around. Leading to a new round of political control and managed scarcity.
Bottom line …
Funny how the socialists point to developing countries as candidates for population reduction. As if they are saying, we got ours and we want to keep it, so you people must do your fair share and sacrifice for the collective good.
That an asswipe in North Korea is allowed to exist and starve his people by the United Nations and other political entities is a crime against humanity. But then again, socialists do not view humanity in a humanitarian way. They see unexceptional population units to be manipulated by a ruling elite.
If you want to see the link between abortion, birth control at an early age, and the exploitation of non-productive homosexuality, you only need to look at the socialists and their population control agenda.
The truth is that we are not running out of space, just that we are running out of habitable space that can be sold by one party to another. A vast portion of the planet remains unexplored – except by satellite overview. There are species still being discovered. Science in agriculture is advancing – but the socialists are determined to demonize genetic crop engineers just as they demonize nuclear energy. WE CANNOT HAVE ABUNDANCE because that will lead to more people. People who will dilute their political power. People who will no longer be so dependent on government. People who will be at peace instead of profitable war.
The truth is that America may not survive corrupt politicians, but people will continue to populate the Earth until nature dictates otherwise.
BTW: If you feel more comfortable with replacing the word “nature” with the word “God,” have at it.
