Who voted to allow the Evironmental Protection Agency to become a Soviet-Style Central Planning Agency that will be allowed to control the economy of the United States?
"Endangerment Finding: The Administrator finds that the current and projected concentrations of the six key well-mixed greenhouse gases--carbon dioxide (CO2), methane (CH4), nitrous oxide (N2O), hydrofluorocarbons (HFCs), perfluorocarbons (PFCs), and sulfur hexafluoride (SF6)--in the atmosphere threaten the public health and welfare of current and future generations."
Ignore the politician behind the curtin who is telling you to ignore nature's self-regulatory process. Forget that the Earth has been much hotter and much colder, that the concentrations of carbon dioxide has been significantly smaller and significantly greater. Forget that carbon dioxide cannot be the cause of global warming as the rise in global carbon dioxide LAGS the rise in global temperatures by approximately 800 years! And that the rise in atmospheric carbon dioxide can be simply explained by the warming of our oceans which emit carbon dioxide like a cold beer on a warm day.
In a pure political play, the United States Environmental Agency has ruled that life-sustaining carbon dioxide, a greenhouse gas and a necessary component of life on Earth, is now a dangerous “life threatening” substance.
This is the Obama Administration’s attempt to subvert Congress and to bypass science altogether in an attempt to subvert the Constitution of the United States and implement a radical Marxist Agenda of Government Central Planning and Control.
Bottom line …
EPA Administrator Lisa P. Jackson should now resign or face future prosecution for any potential damage that her agency, under the direction of President Barack Obama, has caused to the people of the United States and the aid and comfort it has provided to our enemies, both foreign and domestic.
Our government, through its actions involving healthcare, cap-and-trade , and the uncontrolled unmonitored spending now is approaching a condition where further action in enforcing governmental control on the freedoms of Americans may now reach the definition of government tyranny. Possibly to the point of calling for the impeachment of the President of the United States and the formation of a new Constitutional Convention.
Never before in the recent history of the United States have we seen the Government of the United States attempt to destroy the free-market capitalist system and replace it with a Marxist-oriented government which features central planning and control.
Anyone who can observe the current political scene can see that we are now facing a clear and present danger posed by corrupt and complacent politicians who are subverting the Constitution and denying the Founding Father’s vision of America. Breaking the generational contract that binds us to our personal freedoms and the rule of law.
Remember 2010 is around the corner and we must remove ALL incumbent politicians from office. It doesn’t even matter who is elected as long as they are not politicians, past or present, lawyers, lobbyists, celebrities or others with an anti-America bent. We need to elect our friends and neighbors who will agree to serve for a single term and then leave office. For those who complain that we would lose the “great expertise” of the current crop of politicians – look what their expertise and self-dealing has wrought: we are at the brink of insolvency and the implementation of Marxist style central planning and control.
This EPA finding is a pure political play and is not based on verifiable science.
