OBAMA ON GLOBAL WARMING: MARXIST/ACTIVIST'S IDEAS?

From recent studies, there is no doubt that the mainstream media has given Barack Obama a pass and that they have done everything in their power to portray the current Bush Administration and our nation in a negative light.

But hiding or omitting critical facts from a story is unconscionable … even when the media is located in the far-left liberal democrat city of San Francisco.

According to Newsbusters.org, audio of Barack Obama claiming that he will implement a stringent carbon cap and trade system that will severely effect one of the largest energy sources in America is front-page news.

So why did the San Francisco Chronicle omit the story?

That will create a market in which whatever technologies are out there that are being presented, whatever power plants that are being built, that they would have to meet the rigors of that market and the ratcheted down caps that are being placed, imposed every year.”

“So if somebody wants to build a coal-powered plant, they can; it's just that it will bankrupt them because they're going to be charged a huge sum for all that greenhouse gas that's being emitted.”

“That will also generate billions of dollars that we can invest in solar, wind, biodiesel and other alternative energy approaches.”

“The only thing I've said with respect to coal, I haven't been some coal booster. What I have said is that for us to take coal off the table as a (sic) ideological matter as opposed to saying if technology allows us to use coal in a clean way, we should pursue it.”

I am not for global warming …

I am not an advocate for the current liberal religion called “global warming” as I believe the science is still unsettled as to the description of the global climate change phenomenon, the accuracy of the computerized climate change models, the inability to measure any man-made climate changes for hundreds of years – and, most of all, the susceptibility of the proposed remedy to political manipulation in such a manner as to severely restrict our liberties, enlarge the government bureaucracies, increase taxation on each and every citizen, share political control over critical U.S. corporations with foreign institutions outside the United States (e.g. United Nations, International Commissions) and cede an enormous amount of power to those who have proven in the past that they would become tyrants with unfettered restraint. No wonder that they need to curb the First Amendment rights of citizens by adopting regulations of the Internet and talk radio as well as curb our Second Amendment rights which lead to a means to forcefully redress the tyranny of governments and protect ourselves from foreign invasions.

Is there now any wonder why Barack Obama has proposed a massive internal police force in the guide of a Civilian National Security Force?

"We cannot continue to rely on our military in order to achieve the national security objectives that we've set. We've got to have a civilian national security force that's just as powerful, just as strong, just as well-funded."

What can YOU do?

Playing on the racial sensitivities of the liberal democrat voter, Barack Obama has managed to squeeze through the political cracks left by the 50% of the population that hates Hillary Clinton and the 50%  of the population who hates the media-demonized Bush Administration.

Make no mistake about it: it looks like a duck, sounds like a duck, walks like a duck – Barack Obama is much, much more than a far-left liberal democrat: he is an outright Marxist/Socialist! A term that the mainstream media and others are reluctant to use for fear of breaching some unwritten law on “political correctness.”

Look at Barack Obama’s long-term relationships with leftist radicals, hate mongers, racists like Louis Farrakahn and Reverend Wright, foreign terrorists such as Rashid Khalidi, domestic terrorists such as William Ayers and Bernadine Dohrn and others of their ilk. This is not merely guilt by association … because he has had a long-term social and business relationship with most of these miscreants.

An Obama presidency, coupled with a far-left liberal democrat Congress, would be the turning point of America towards a political posture that would not only encourage waste, fraud, corruption and increase crime – it would severely cripple the United States – perhaps to the point of becoming a European-style socialist republic.

Do not vote for any candidate or current politician who is willing to subvert the safety, security, sovereignty and economic strength of the United States or limit an individual's right of self-defense for their personal philosophy, power, prestige or profits.

O hai !!!!! It's Jef again.

High five brother. You are pounding the keyboard, rather than the dash, and it is excellent to connect on this blog with you.

There are many weird things I am finding out:
* Ronald Reagan was a leftist in Hollywood during the McCarthy witch hunt - indeed, a radio broadcaster for the Screen Actors Guild, the most successful labor union of all time.
* However, RR was never brought to Congress (or was he?)
* At any rate, RR soon afterwards became a prominent (hippies would say "evil") conservative.
* This kind of 180degree switch stinks of psyops to me !
* I have a hypothesis that RR was an embedded agent of the Communist Party.
* Reagan signed a book... this came to me in a dream... he signed his soul to the KGB, which maneuvered him into power as a Republican but a sleeper agent.
* The McCarthy witch hunts were possibly a disinformation campaign to protect the one most key embedded agent (RR).
* This would explain so called "supply side" economics, the first wave of the domino effect that has continued through the bailouts today. It was a KGB scheme to eventually wreck us.
* The KGB never ended. The new Russian Federation is the Soviet Union with a bit more "withering away of the state" but the same control apparatus and many of the same institutions and priorities. Amazing what changing a brand can do for a nation.
* Russian eggheads are predicting some kind of "dissolution of the USA". Which sounds ridiculous to the mainstream. However, it is predicted in the science fiction of Robert A Heinlein ("Friday").
* I believe in FREE ENTERPRISE. The Republican Party is guilty of many of the things undermining it: an overreliance on religious conservatives makes for an atmosphere of censorship, the emphasis on "family values" leads to a larger police state and prison industrial complex, Enron... the list of manipulations goes on and on.
* My guess is that the true structure resembles Orwell's world: the DEMS are the "Outer Party", and the REPUBLICANS are the "Inner Party".
* To go further, if Russia usurps the EU somehow (oil?), and China further integrates with Central and South America, we will be in a situation very similar to Orwell's world: EASTASIA, EURASIA, OCEANIA.

Does any of this make sense ? I'm riffing on the McCarthy trials as being a showboat affair, no matter how you slice it. The KGB doesn't take these kinds of chances of "it could go either way". The purpose I believe of a showboat trial is misdirection; Reagan was the True Hollywood KGB Agent, and his subsequent shift in communicated ideology is why the McCarthy trials took place (give up Hiss but keep Reagan, which is just good chess.)

I have heard many people say a number of things about Ronald Reagan, but to even consider that he was some dupe of a foreign sovereign power is beyond the pale. I suggest you re-study Reagan's life, perhaps visit his library and then re-examine your assumptions. I think that you might be easily persuaded that what you saw is exactly what you got: a limited government, fiscal conservative with a deep and abiding sense of patriotism. Try thinking that communism is economic Marxism with the perversion of the elite ruling class. Their policies are designed to capture attention and support of the "have nots" in this world, but cannot work in practice. One the government provides for one needs, all technological and social development ceases as there is no incentive to work hard or excell since their is no reward or recognition for your efforts. I did not vote for Obama; of course, McCain would have been terrible too, so I just abstained from this farce election. But you were 100% right; Obama is a total PLANT.

Kucinich is a liberal. Obama: not cut from American cloth at all. The gullible Democrats did not do their homework. I know, I supported Edwards ;) I am as guilty as any of them, I guess, but I did not get 100% snowed like most liberal friends of mine. Whoa. They really screwed up, allowing Obama to get through with nary a question about his mysterious background. A feint by Hillary about Rezco... Hillary of all people. Where was The Nation when Obama was running? Cheering the "first black guy" on and not doing actual journalism, obviously.

Yes, McCarthy was right -- especially in light of declassified documents from Russia and Eastern Europe detailing espionage activities within the United States. And, of course, he was demonized by the liberal press at that time who refused to believe it was happening to the extent portrayed by McCarthy. The reason McCarthy could be taken down so quickly was that he had numerous personal foibles and used his position for political advantage. To this day, the demonization of McCarthy continues and the source of the comments is almost always from a thoroughly far-left-infilitrated educational system, the "liberal" media and those who want to appear to be "politically correct" to gain acceptance to their social circle. Today, if you look around, "fellow travelers" abound, especially in the media. Anyway, the original purpose of my blog was an experiment in personal communications and as a preventative from keeping me from pounding the dash of my car or yelling at the television. I am amazed at how far the United States has fallen and am at the point where I consider the democrat party to be neo-socialists and the carriers of a plague that is sweeping the nation. Until Americans wake up and realize that the democrats only promise "change" and refuse to demand they define that "change" prior to legislative or administrative acts, we are screwed. Let's flash forward to 2020 with the ecosystem devastated by industry. What kinds of governments will need to be elected then? Where will you and your family be, if not in an air-conditioned womb, huddled against the scorched atmosphere that is the natural consequence of the policies of a fictional "president mccain" ???

While the term "Marxist" is only a label, it is also shorthand for those who celebrate "collective rights" over "individual rights," believe that the "end justifies the means," and achieve and maintain power based on the inherent struggle between the classes, and capitalize on the racial, ethnic, gender, sexual divides to recruit adherents. In this case, I stand by my description.

Funny you should mention 2020 ... it seems that all of the dire predictions that are posited by the global climate change alarmists are based on nothing more solid than computer models that purport to model our current global climate system and desperately try to match flawed historical records; some based on climate proxies such as dissolved gases, tree rings and other stand-ins for actual data. But while I acknowledge the existence of global climate change, I am not ready to cede my position that not everything has a political or legislative solution that involves severely restricting the freedoms of Americans, enlarging the government, increasing taxes and ceding some degree of control over American life, politics and industry to international groups like the United Nations -- whose corrupt dictatorship-led countries outweigh those countries which believe in democracy.

As far as being called an enemy of the human race, who the hell died and appointed you as God? Your assertions are based on nothing but your media-conditioned beliefs. Have you ever looked at the guts of a climate model, wondered what the Fortran statements actually say and do? Or the warnings about estimates and values used within the modeling system? What is it that you know that makes you qualified to state, with an unequivocal certitude, that your view of events is true and correct and that there is no alternative belief system.

As for the Hummer comment, I would much rather drive my Ferrari F430! If you knew anything about greenhouse gases, you might note that carbon dioxide is a minor influence -- except in the minds of computer modelers and those wishing to control economies -- far overshadowed by water vapor. Now let's see your proposal to control ocean evaporation and atmospheric clouds? Not to mention that the rise in CO2 levels lags the rise in temperature by 600 - 1000 years depending on which datasets you use. Even if man could affect nature on a global scale, can you tell me that reducing CO2 gases in the United States will affect a planet in which other countries continue to pump out rising amounts of this so-called pollutant? Or better yet, tell me how to curb that volcano that continues to spew out CO2 near Mauna Loa?

So before you go crazy with the thought of labels and dire predictions by self-interested politicians and their polluting special interests, think through the problem and let me know what you find.
