Gross polluters continue to pollute …
As a citizen of the United States, are you willing to give the gross polluters in this world the ability to continue to pollute the land, water and air?
By purchasing carbon emission credits, gross polluters will be able to continue polluting the planet with the express permission of the government who sets the pollution standards.
As a citizen of the United States, are you willing to pay for the pollution of the planet by endorsing “cap and trade” carbon programs – knowing that the polluter’s cost of mitigation credits will be added to your bill as a ratepayer?
No matter who says otherwise, corporations do not really pay taxes. They simply pass along the cost of their goods and services plus the cost of taxes and pollution credits to the ratepayers who purchase their goods and services.
Political corruption abounds …
As a citizen of the United States, are you willing to support the political corruption of both parties by allowing politicians to force the use of carbon credits on corporations by setting “caps” and standards that cannot be economically reached without the use of emission credits?
Political parties and individual politicians are beholden to the special interests who donate heavily to their campaigns and causes. Therefore it is in the best interests of these special interests, especially in the financial world, to make sure that the government mandates a “cap and trade” system that sets the emissions limits high enough to force the use of emissions credits.
The Wall Street Wizards Pocket Multi-Million Dollar Bonuses …
As citizens of the United States, are you willing to standby and watch the “Wizards of Wall Street” to pocket multi-million dollar bonuses for packaging and trading pollution credits?
During the disastrous subprime meltdown we saw numerous companies and individuals bankrupted while the Wall Street firms rewarded their high-flying sales executives and leadership with $38 BILLION in bonus compensation. That BILLION with a capital “B".”
“Shareholders in the securities industry are having their worst year since 2002, losing $74 billion of their equity. That won't prevent Wall Street from paying record bonuses, totaling almost $38 billion.”
“That money, split among about 186,000 workers at Goldman Sachs Group Inc., Morgan Stanley, Merrill Lynch & Co., Lehman Brothers Holdings Inc. and Bear Stearns Cos., equates to an average of $201,500 per person, according to data compiled by Bloomberg. The five biggest U.S. securities firms paid $36 billion to employees last year.”

A market ripe for manipulation and fraud …
As United States citizens, are you willing to allow the Wall Street Wizards and others to duplicate the very same “subprime mortgage” conditions that created the current financial catastrophe?

“Buyers pay more for a collection of low-risk credits, less for those that are chancier.”

Remember that these are derivatives which are non-transparent securities that are priced using computer models and whose value is effectively zero, nothing, nada if a willing counterparty buyer cannot be found.
Already we are seeing certain foreign banks holding pollution credits on their books as a speculative investment for the day when America enters the credit trading marketplace and creates a large and overwhelming demand.
If you think that this model is not capable of being gamed, you need only remember one word: ENRON! A company that built computer software to game the system as well as to encourage certain plants to go offline so as to raise the cost of electricity through the stratosphere. Californians are still paying utility company bonds that were necessary to pay for electricity from a so-called independent system operator. (In reality, the big utilities).
California politicians were in on the deal and they, in many cases, refused to take the necessary steps to send people to jail and recover funds obtained under fraudulent conditions.
Controlled by non-American evildoers …
As United States citizens, are you willing to play in a game where the rules are controlled by non-American political institutions like the United Nations whose members are often hostile to the United States?
No matter what the Federal Reserve, the SEC (Securities and Exchange Commission) and the CFTC (Commodities and Futures Trading Commission) says … unregulated hedge funds with abundant capital trading essentially unregulated securities is a prescription for market manipulation and an unmitigated financial disaster.
Not to mention the political risk of a large country such as Russia flooding the market with easy-to-produce pollution credits which effectively nullifies their investment potential.
Based on the world’s biggest lie …
While there is consensus that our global climate is cyclical and ever-changing, there is no evidence, only suspicion derived from incomplete computer models, that there is a phenomenon call global warming. There is no true consensus of scientists and the data is dodgy in terms of long-range predications spanning hundreds of years.
Thus nobody can say with assurance that the “cap and trade” system is or is not working for hundreds and even thousands of years. Since we will all be dead, it seems rather a moot point.
What can YOU do?
First, do not buy into the hype that we are facing a global emergency or that a catastrophe is just around the corner.
The very same people who predicted a mini-ice age are now the same people behind global warming. Based on the same models and with the same prescription: “carbon cap and trade” programs that are politically enforced.
Second, you cannot believe the government as they have a vested interest in exerting tighter control over the population, increasing the bureaucracy to a self-sustaining critical mass where they can vote themselves into perpetual power, reaping untold billions in increased tax revenues to support this burgeoning behemoth, rewarding each other with plush positions of power with outsized salaries for doing the bidding of the special interests.
Third, you cannot trust the utilities or energy companies as they will simply pass the costs of pollution mitigation to their rate payers and the cost savings will accrue to the executive bonus fund and a higher return on the shareholder investment.
Fourth, you certainly can’t trust the financial people in Wall Street and elsewhere based on what they have just done to our economy and plan to repeat with their corrupt carbon cap and trade system.
Ignore the distractions and let the politicians and others know that you demand a full, unbiased and open scientific inquiry before allowing these charlatans and poseurs to access one dollar of your tax money.
Be vocal. Vote the bastards out of office before they continue with their cockamamie socialistic social engineering experiments that will greatly weaken the United States’ military and economic power.
Do not vote for any candidate or current politician who is willing to subvert the safety, security, sovereignty and economic strength of the United States or limit an individual's right of self-defense for their personal philosophy, power, prestige or profits.

You will notice that the graphic you reference has no source as to its sponsor or the dataset it represents. Therefore, in the world of science -- it does not exist.
Also, one hundred years in geological or climatological terms is a blink of an eye and not worth discussing. The Earth has been much hotter and much colder -- with greater carbon dioxide concentrations and with lesser carbon dioxide concentrations. It is all part of a self-regulating, self-sustaining feedback system of which man is a minor influence. Very minor and probably insignificant in the larger scheme of things. Even if we did what the politicians wanted, the results would not be measurable (against the background noise of climate variability) for thousands of years -- and we hopefully, as a species, will be on to greater things.
Next, ice caps growing and melting is all part of the natural cycle and it means nothing in terms of being symptomatic of anything other than nature's variability.
As for Photoshopped photos -- proves nothing without accurate, verifiable and reproducible measurements. However, the great ice calving scene in Gore's movie was computer-generated for another movie. Again, it doesn't represent reality.
You need to move beyond the religion of global warming and taking things on faith. Even science has its current limits and we have all seen how the data, computer programs and peer-review process have been manipulated. Hopefully climate science will regain its credibility -- but I won't be around in a hundred years.
