I can think of no other disgusting future for the United States than the ex-Presidents, Clinton and Bush the Elder, running around the world bearing gifts for dictators and promising them all a piece of the American Pie in return for a widely-covered Photo-OP!
This single item alone, makes me want to re-double my efforts to protect my beloved Country from another Clinton-Bush wishy-washy, feel-good diplomatic fiasco.
But then again, you do not know if either Clinton is really serious about this effort or if Bush the Elder can keep up with the stress and strain of trying to match the energetic Bill Clinton hour-by-hour.
According to CNN...
"Bill Clinton: George H.W. Bush will help President Hillary -- Bill Clinton said former president George H.W. Bush will help fix damage done to America's reputation by his son, George W. Bush."
"Former President Bill Clinton said Monday that the first thing his wife Hillary will do when she reaches the White House is dispatch him and his predecessor, President George H.W. Bush, on an around-the-world mission to repair the damage done to America's reputation by the current president — Bush's son, George W. Bush."
Travelgate II -- The Clinton Years
"'Well, the first thing she intends to do, because you can do this without passing a bill, the first thing she intends to do is to send me and former President Bush and a number of other people around the world to tell them that America is open for business and cooperation again,' Clinton said in response to a question from a supporter about what his wife's 'number one priority' would be as president."
Speaking of Travelgate, let's review some of the facts courtesy of Wikipedia...
"The White House travel office controversy, often referred to as Travelgate, was the first major scandal of the Clinton administration. It began in May 1993, when seven longtime employees of the White House Travel Office were fired, after a brief investigation by the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI). The White House said the action was due to financial improprieties in the office operation. Critics said the actions were done to allow friends of the Clintons to take over the travel business and that the involvement of the FBI was unwarranted. Heavy media attention forced the White House to reinstate most of the employees in other jobs and remove the Clinton associates from the travel role."
Chaos, Corruption & Coverups...
The sad result, repeated time-and-time again was that the Clinton's were so busy managing their heavy-handed scandals that they were unable to govern the United States properly. And no matter how smart Bill Clinton was, he could just not help being at the center of chaos, corruption and coverups.
"Investigations by the FBI and the Justice Department, the White House itself, the General Accounting Office, the House Government Reform and Oversight Committee, and the Whitewater Independent Counsel all took place over the subsequent years. Travel Office Director Billy Dale was charged with embezzlement but found not guilty at trial in 1995. First Lady Hillary Rodham Clinton gradually came under scrutiny for allegedly having played a central role in the firings and making false statements about her role in it."
What a surprise -- Hillary being less than truthful during an official investigation...
In 1998 Independent Counsel Kenneth Starr exonerated President Bill Clinton of any involvement in the matter. In 2000 Independent Counsel Robert Ray issued his final report on Travelgate, stating that Hillary Clinton had made factually false statements but saying there was insufficient evidence to prosecute her.
What can YOU do?
Do not return chaos, corruption and the potential for political espionage to the While House. There is nothing to be gained by installing the Clinton gang back into power. Especially, if there first act is to initiate an end-run around Congress and execute their own brand of dollar diplomacy.
Just as Sandy "the Burglar" Berger illegally removed classified documents from the National Archives and destroyed them, there is no telling what critical documents may go missing during a Hillary regime. In fact, the master thief is one of Hillary's advisors on national security. A curious position for one who is an admitted thief, liar and representative of a time in history when the White House hated the military and refused to protect America from the radical jihadists. Sensing our nation's weakness, they were emboldened to attack on many fronts: leading to this current quagmire.
I urge you to review the historical writings of the period and not return this bunch of bumbling fools to a 4-year long vacation/party at the expense of the American people.
Do not vote for any candidate or current politician who is willing to subvert the safety, security, sovereignty and economic strength of the United States or limit an individual's right of self-defense for personal power, prestige or profits.
